Here now. Good vibe, good food, dog friendly. A- Asset to the area, support this small business. Food 8/10 Atmosphere 9/10 Service 10/10 Lunch for 4 = $158.62 after tip. Break down of menu costs in the pics. Reasonable for the area. Thanks for the lunch HGW!

Visited Hurricane Wings on Saturday using a Local Flavor gift certificate. The location on 210 was my first time there, and it had a great atmosphere. The bartender , Alexa, was attentive and took my drink order promptly. I ordered the six-tender combo with teriyaki and garlic Parmesan sauce, along with a side of fries. The service was excellent, and the food was good, but the tenders could have been cooked a bit longer for crispiness. I met some new friends at the bar, which added to the enjoyment of the evening. The venue has both indoor and outdoor seating, with a live band playing outside. I would definitely come back to this location when in the area.

Ashley, and Kio! No matter what day or shift you walk into Hurricane's Grill and Wings, Shane, Ashley, and Kio always bring the heat! These three are absolute rockstars behind the bar - mixing up amazing drinks, creating an unbeatable vibe, and making everyone feel like part of the Hurricane's family. Whether it's a chill afternoon or a busy weekend night, they're always on point with fast service, great conversation, and genuine smiles. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every pour and every interaction. Hurricane's wouldn't be the same without them. Cheers to the dream team - Shane, Ashley, and Kio!

Winning NO awards! Food quality has gone way down hill and portions are smaller. Happy hour is now being limited and prices are up.

The 30% off code - LOVETACOS - is good on the entire menu on Taco Tuesdays. The deal & code are advertised on a window poster you'll notice as you walk up in addition to another poster advertising a great lunch deal available. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos (corn tortillas, lettuce, breaded fried shrimp, chipotle mayo, and cilantro) minus pico & they were great. The shrimp were freshly fried and steaming hot. I had to wait a bit because a large catering order was being finished as I arrived. The manager offered me a free Jarritos and apologized profusely for my wait. I took it as a good sign that their tacos are that popular plus it gave me time to enjoy the gorgeous murals by ARTBYJAE. I visited the Baymeadows location (open until 3am Fri/Sat & 1am Sun-Th) & they now have a second location on Parental Home Rd (open until 1am Fri/Sat & 11pm Sun-Th).

The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.

We went on a Friday night and it was quite busy. We lucked out finding a good parking spot; but had a 20 minute wait. We had anticipated this and went to the bar; only to find it was equally busy! We had to put in some effort to get a spot at the bar and order drinks. The prices seemed very reasonable: a Corona Light was just $3.75, a TacoLu Margarita was only $9, and an Aperol Skinny was $10. After about 15 minutes our table was ready and we were seated on the patio. It was cute and festive as well. Our server, Avery, came over immediately and brought us some fresh chips and salsa.....yum! We all decided on tacos à la carte which were all around $4 or $5. There were a few more pricier options and there were so many different choices made with chicken, beef, pork, seafoods and there were even vegan options. My daughter and I both had one carne asada and one Deb's Verde, (chicken with a light verde sauce.). Both were small flour tacos but both varieties were piled high with meat. I liked both of them very much. My husband had one carnitas taco, one Baja Fish taco, and one Taco Rosa. He said the carnitas one was good, the Taco Rosa, which was ahi tuna, was unique, and the Baja Fish, which was fried fish, was awesome. Overall our service was really good and everyone really enjoyed their meals. The prices were very favorable so we'll probably visit again the next time we're in Jacksonville Beach.

I ordered the Wet California burrito with steak, and it was mostly rice and beans with very little steak. The "wet" was just queso poured over the top and onto the plate. Some bites tasted decent, others were inconsistent. The steak that was there was okay. The margarita was also a letdown -- more sour than expected and likely house tequila, with very little ice. Chips were unsalted (which I didn't mind), and the salsa had a bit of a pinch to it. Unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with a bad stomach ache and didn't feel great while eating the food. I probably should have said something to management at the time. Our waitress was friendly, but couldn't really elaborate when we asked about the menu.
