I ordered a 20 piece chicken wings 3 different flavors online. Picked up my order went home, the chicken was very dry and overcooked. It was also cooked in some old grease like they didn't clean or filtered the oil. You couldn't even taste the flavor the chicken taste like burnt oil. I had my husband call and complain. We order from this location because it's around the corner. But close isn't always good. When you call to make an order you're placed on hold forever or hung up on. I'm not sure why they ask how you want your food because no matter how many times I say fry my wings hard they never do. And I swear every time I take my food back to have it made correctly they put extra seasoning on my fries to the point you can't eat them. Salty fries and undercooked wings. They always mess up my order. I only order here because it's close to home. Staff turnover is high as there is always someone new when i go. When my order is messed up, they blame the trainee. I get it, it's closing time, you want to get home, I work in places like this. But the quickest way out of there is to make sure I get my food as soon as it's done. Two of the girls knew my name & that I ordered ahead. Both of them made eye contact with me several times. If there are three orders down there ready to go, barely any customers & you know that I ordered ahead & that I'm waiting for my order, logic tells you to check if one of those orders is mine.
