I was excited to see a new eatery come to our neighborhood. Lately the service has been HORRIBLE and the management and owners can care less about customers feedback. It's been a week since I contacted the store regarding the POOR service and rude treatment I received from Celeste and Kathaleen on 1/13/16. They prepared my food and tossed it in a bag as if they were feeding animals. Veggies were not as ordered, not wrapped and thrown on top of the bread and made the bread soggy. The chicken once again was not well done as I ordered and under cooked. The Manager I spoke with named Maurice said he as well experienced terrible service from his 2nd shift crew. Maurice said he would forward my feedback to the owner for a follow up phone call but I have not heard from any representative. I see they don't care about their customers. read more

3pm on a Thursday. Not even lunch or dinner time. The slowest service ever. 4 employees but it took 30 minutes to complete my order.

On the night of April 1st I called and placed an order for pick up around 1030. The girl/woman who answered talked really fast but I was okay with that. I waited the 25 mins given for the wings to be done and headed out. Got there, paid, and waited an extra 30 mins! Finally, got tired of the wait and walked to the counter. A guy comes up and asks my name and says my order was ready when I arrived!! His explanation for the female cashier not letting me know? HER BOYFRIEND WAS THERE! Must be why she talked so fast when she took my order? Needless to say I have not placed an order since! If my hankering for wings is so bad that I must call and place an order I'll be sure to do it around 3 pm, our experiences around this time was always great! read more

Worst Wing Stop in Stockton! Told me my order will be done in 20. When I got there, they asked me what my order was. I wait another 20 minutes, fam! While I was there they refused to take orders after 11:30 because they wanted to leave right when 12 o clock hits. You fucking leave when the job is done and all orders are complete. Instead these unmotivated, unorganized people with no fucking common sense want to save a couple minutes at the cost of making the business look bad. This restaurant is usually consistent with it online orders, but not this time. First off, I had to wait 15 longer than my original time that was requested. Normally that doesn't bother me, but I felt most of the staff was aloof today. Foolish of me not to check my order there, but when I got home, I discovered that they got my order wrong. This is the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I deal with them because they are so close to my home. With specific instructions, I have to tell them how to fix my wings. Their employees are rude, they take forever to answer the phone only to put you on hold for @ least 8-10min. Maybe longer if you decide to take more than that. They never get your order right & they take FOREVER preparing it. They tell you that they will rectify their mistake by putting your name down in the "CLAIM BOOK" but when you call to redeem that order, they give you the run around. Please be sure to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Boy what a mistake I made, I payed 40 bucks and got the most dryest, undercooked underflavored wings i've ever tried. and what made it worse was when I went back to try to get some type of compensation for the horrible food, they looked confused and told me thats how its supposed to be cooked. I placed an online order at 11:10 pm today. My order was almost 30 dollarS.I send my sister to go pick up the order they tell her they didn't cook my order because my total WAS over $15. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. First they charged my daughter 5 times on her card which took 15-20 minutes after they told her that her card was denied. She checked her account on line only to see she was charged 5 times. Then, I accidentally forgot my purse there in the dinning room. I called as my daughter & I were on our way back when Ricky picked up the phone.
