I have yet to be disappointed with the food here. The way they have the menu listing the flavors, from most spicy to least, top to bottom, does not lie. Flavors at the bottom are pretty mild, and the flavors at the top are almost hot enough to make me sweat. The newest flavor, Serrano pepper, is pretty mild but incredibly sweet in the right ways. The French fries are absolutely amazing, and the ranch is good enough to murder someone for. All in all, if you don't mind the price, the food is amazing. read more

I like this place better than buffalo wild wings. Prices are cheap, lots of sauce to choose from, well seasoned wings and fries, great music playlist or whatever station its on, employees are helpful when you're a first timer. Nothing to complain about. I'll differently be back! read more

I like this place. We come here around once a month. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Yes, the food takes 18 minutes. But they make it when you order it. It's not sitting there. So it is always fresh and hot so I don't have a problem waiting for that. Have never had a problem at this place. read more

I have visited this location a few times since they've opened. The very first time, I ate in and really didn't have an issue except for the wait. It was very busy, so the wait was rather long. The second time my husband ordered online and the order was wrong even after they called him to confirm the order. Today I placed an order to be ready at a specific time. Once I arrived to pickup, I was told the order had just come through. I told the associate that it had been well over an hour and a half and I wanted to know how long it takes to come through. She stated she didn't know and that it would be about 15 mins. I'm not sure what's wrong with their online ordering system, but they need to do better. read more

went to lunch here, love wings, will eat wings anywhere... however will never come here again. the gal before me ordered her food, but halfway through it she decided to change from regular to boneless wings, however the gal behind the counter told her she was unable to do this, as she had already plugged it into the computer... and only the manager could change it. when customer asked where hte manager was at, the gal told her "i have no idea, he walked out a while ago and who knows when he will be back". it is the same price for boneless and regular wings, however the gal behind the counter said it couldnt be changed... and advised her that what she could do was to take her payment for the regular wings... then put in an order for the boneless wings.. charge her for that... and then she could come back in a few days and talk to the manager about getting her money back for the regular wings.... when the customer said how stupid is that? the gal behind the count said "i know, i hate this F-ing computer". (granted i was cracking up at this point). I finally got my order, i did half lemon pepper/half hot, with fries and a drink. the fries were GREAT! i really liked them!!! which was awesome as the wings sucked! they were very dry, and there was absolutely no heat. this took 45min of waiting for 8 dry wings and some really good fries.. and cost me $10. next time i will just go to Buffalo Wild Wings which is 5 min farther down the street. read more

I usually order through their app, but for some reason it wouldn't work. So I called and they placed me on a "brief" hold. I ended up hanging up after waiting almost 10 minutes. By that time I was able to place the order through the app. I arrived at the time my receipt said it would be ready. They told me they didn't have any online orders. I showed him my receipt and he still treated me as if I was lying to him. I had to reorder and wait another 25 minutes for my food. Needless to say I won't be back. I've come to expect a certain level of service from restaurants in the Tacoma area, and Wingstop does not fail to meet that, just awful and almost always wrong. When looking for a quick bite to eat in Tacoma we have now always expect it to be wrong. Wingstop's online ordering system is decent, however, their delivery on their ready times for meals is always wrong, I've eaten at this location five times recently and it's always been at least 10 minutes late, even with hours notice of the order. We were given the wrong sauces and the wrong size sauce several times. This isn't abnormal for Tacoma, it must be the employee pool here, if you can't go to another location the food still tastes great. Service just sucks. read more

While during rush hour this place is busy and the food comes out of the kitchen slow.. It's well worth the wait. Lemon Pepper is an absolute must and try them with extra shake. When it's slow the wings come out as fast as they cook. Love the fresh made wings. read more

Maybe the service/quality of this place has evened out; it was perfectly passable, neither great nor awful (basically as one would expect from a fast food wing joint). Employees were helpful and personable -- young and joking around with each other, but in no way that detracted from quality of service. Food was quick, despite it fairly busy. Got boneless wings, half lemon pepper and half hot original; the lemon pepper was kinda gnarly -- dry and tasted like vaguely-spiced meat, but the hot were tender and yummy. Got veggies instead of fries, so dunno about those. The wings *are* small, but I got eight or nine pieces for my six-piece order, so I don't count that against 'em. (If anything, it's a point for them, since I doubt the employees have any control over the wing size, and it seems like they're trying to compensate a bit.) I doubt I'd ever make a point of coming here, but wouldn't avoid it. read more

Just ate there for the first time, ordered a 15 piece combo for two. Had the lemon pepper and mild. The mix and match option of boneless and bone is very cool. The lemon pepper wings were very good, the mild ones were just right. Didn't care too much for the fries, kind of had an odd taste to them. Very cool that they sell beer. So this is kind of an update. I love wings and I love all the sauces but the workers here don't care for shit. When I try and place a phone order no one answers so when I walk in to place the order they start getting all angry and upset. The big white lady comes off rude and doesn't seem like she likes her job here. Why work here? Honestly I feel like this place can have more potential if they workers cared about the guest instead of ignoring us and not caring about one thing. I was in wingstop about two days ago, I do in fact consider myself a "regular customer. I usally get helped by the young girl with freckles, as I have told her I appreciate her service, she never rushes, remembers my name and makes sure my wait is always well spent. the other day when i was in, it was fairly busy there was 3 workers if i do remember correctly, the young lady on the counter and a woman and a male in the back. the young lady at the front counter was rushing everywhere getting tables cleaned, talking to customers helping in the kitchen. and doing whatever she could to help. but the lady in the kitchen, was a complete mess. she kept touching her hair then touching the food, yelling, ordering the other employees around. which is NOTHING new, I have came face to face with this woman on several visits to wing stop. she has takin my order, and handed out my food. and in all honesty, I have no idea who would ever in their life hire this woman to interact with any type of person, she rushes everyone she helps, including myself, her face is always bitter, and she just looks like she doesn't enjoy her job! all the other people that have ever helped me, always made me a priority, but this woman, is nasty as can be. and i am not the only who figures so. my employees and family and friends come in all the time as well, and they see what i see. I love wingstop the food is great, most of the people are great, and even if i have a long wait time its worth it.. but if i see that lady any where in the area, i will walk back out. but in other words do your thing wingstop, you have impressed me! Wing stop in tacoma is bomb!! From the different flavors of wings to those hot buttered rolls, slammin!!! Customer service has always been good, restaurant is always clean!! They should add a trash can in the lobby though! Always playing great music, atmosphere is cool. My favorite flavor would have to be the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan!! I want to say thank you to everyone working on this Sunday game day! I loved the atmosphere of when I walked in. I was greeted by all the staff members even tho it looked extremely busy they managed to keep smiles on. I anticipated this visit to be longer than usual because of the game but it was just like another day. I'm impressed by how good this team was working together. I got my food in no time. I didn't miss a minute of the game because you had it playing in the lobby! I'm honestly in love with this place! Whenever I come in I'm always greeted and treated extremely well, the food is always tasty and I always get extra (not to mention the honey mustard sauce is to die for). The only thing I wish was that the food prep was faster, I usually order online then leave late to make sure the food is there and I don't have to wait. However the food never seems to be ready no matter what time I come. Besides that, the environment is great, the music is amazing, and I love that there are two TV screens to keep me updated with what's going on. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! read more

I had wings at dominoes and have herd good things about this place. So I went in today with high hopes. I got boneless bbq, bbq wings and , teriyaki wings. My boyfriend and I went into the Wing Stop in Tacoma on 7/1/17 around 12pm. There was two people working. A gentlemen named Taylor took our order. He went to help the woman that was in the back with making the orders, and she was nothing but AWFUL to him. The whole 35 minutes plus that we were there waiting for our food she was non stop yelling at him and treating him like he was stupid in front of us. That's actually the only reason why I know his name because she kept yelling it. After about 15 minutes of waiting, more customers started coming into the wing stop. Taylor went to help them and In front of all the customers the woman looks at Taylor and says " you better not help them." So four different couples just stood there waiting for at least ten minutes while the lady continued belittling the gentleman about how he was doing everything no matter how small of a task he was doing. I am not at all upset about the wait and the food was really good I would defiantly go back to a different wing stop. But the way the lady treated her coworker was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable at any work place. She should not be working there or at least should not be left alone without supervision. I felt so bad for Taylor. Not only the fact that she treated him that way but the fact the she would treat him like that in front of all the customers in not good for business. I hope a manager see this and does what ever is necessary to make sure no one else is ever treated like that. read more

I seem to find my self eating at this restaurant at least once a week food is the best always hot and fresh usually get an extra wing or 2 which is nice. However I'm extremely disappointed that one of my favorite gals no longer works there? ? Wth. Wing stop I have seen so many people come and go and I read the yelp reviews and hand down number one complaint is customer service. So why is it the only one that actually knows how to do her job and put customers first no longer works there. I'm sry I didn't write a review earlier I been meaning to since every time I go in there she's been hassling me about putting a good shout out to wing stop. I'm not sure how my visits r going to be now my favorite is gone I'm not the only one who thought she was amazing always smiling friendly and out going. U guys have some big shoes to fill because I think she was holding u guys down. The other bigger lady I think she's a manager too. I will not deal with her she's rude always a mess and never polite.
