I used to love Wingstop. I went every couple of weeks years ago before I moved to Southern California. Tonight, I decided to try it again for the first time in 7 years. After placing my mobile order, which didn't seem complicated at all (five tenders and fries), I saw that the wait time was 67 minutes. This was my first time ever using their app, so I went across the street to the location and asked if it was correct. Upon entering, I heard the young man, average height, short black hair cut, making the customer in front of me sound stupid. After witnessing the exchange, I just said "oh, okay... um, I'll just wait my car then if the wait time is really that long." The dude turned his back, threw his hand up and made ME feel stupid too... I never post stuff like this on yelp... I guess there is a first for everything in 2020. read more

I told the lady I've been trying to call she said the phones haven't been working but took a call while I was paying...... I placed an order of 40 wings 20 bone in and 20 boneless 4 different flavors. The wing types didn't match the flavors I ordered and 1 of the flavors I didn't even ask for. Placed an order online. When my coworker and I arrived at the restaurant, the female cashier asked what we wanted to order. When I told her we were there to pick up 3 online orders, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back. So RUDE! Then when she was charging us, she looked even more annoyed because when she said the total for each order, we asked which was what. Obviously we have 3 separate orders and wanted to make sure the orders we picked up were being charged under the correct card. And 2 orders both had mild wings, but when we arrived at work.. there was so sauce and didn't even show any redness on them. We don't have enough time to go back to have them fix it. Most of the time if I eat out it's at restaurants but occasionally I go to In-N-Out and on rare occasions subway/ chipotle/ or chick filet. I called wing stop at the tarzana location to ask questions and the manager picked up and I have to say right off the bat the hospitality felt welcoming almost like I was talking to a friend. Once I figured out how the ordering system works he even threw in a couple free wings since it was my first time eating at this spot. The place looked clean as well. I love wingstop, but this specific location was horrible. I ordered a 20 pc (10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic Parmesan). All 20 wings were over cooked and dry. It tasted like it was an old order that's just been sitting there. Not only that, the garlic parmesan looked very plain. They just sprinkled a some parmesan on top. Usually the paper it sits on is wet. It was all dry! If I could have returned my food, I would've. Horrible location. read more

I couldn't be paid to order here. My order is always wrong in some shape or form, what settled me never going back here is my most recent order. I was told to wait because my order was accidentally given out, understandable, but when I received my order it was both incorrect, incomplete, and cold. The fries weren't cooked thoroughly, they were frozen in the middle. I ordered them with a topping and they came plain. I paid for an extra dipping sauce that I didn't recieve. I normally don't leave a bad review because I can understand having a bad day, but this goes beyond that. The employees seem to have no concern for the customers, they were cold to the delivery drivers and didn't wear gloves when they went from handling money to food. Eating here doesn't seem sanitary, and doesn't seem to be worth my time or money, as all of these aspects seem to go uncared for by the employees. read more

The employees are all nice and funny, great environment to be around. Me and my friends got our orders to go and we were all disappointed! We get home and all the sauce and grease is spilled all over everything in each bag without us even moving the bags too much. I've been ordering wingstop for years from all over Los Angeles and always have the same order. 10 piece combo all flats with fries and a coke. I've ordered on Postmates several times as well without any issue. I ordered today and Postmates no longer gives you an option for all flats (a $1 upcharge). I can't stand drumsticks so this was a big deal for me. I place the order and called in to explain the situation. The cashier said she couldn't do anything about it because she can't charge me the $1 on a $70 order. I asked if she can speak with the manager offering for them to not send me an item I ordered for $2.50 and keep it for the $1 upcharge. She replied the manager said no, this is not the way it works, and hung up the phone on me. I can also no longer cancel with Postmates since they already took my order. Such a simple thing with so many ways to be resolved. Instead of working with a customer that orders approximately once a month, over a $1 upcharge I was willing to pay double for, they lost my business. I'll be going to hot wings Cafe instead. Had a very bad experience today from start to finish. When I called to place my order, the cashier was clearly unfocused. He asked me everything three times even though I gave him my order very clearly the first time. He was trying to get me off the phone quickly, but he was the one at fault for the call taking much longer than it should have. Then, I was told to come pick up my order in 25 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes so that I would be there in time to pick up my order as soon as it was ready as I love my food hot. I was then told to wait outside for another ten minutes and the attitude was horrible. Finally I picked up my food and took it home only to be extremely disappointed by cold fries and wings. Why did I wait 25 minutes for cold food? I live just down the street so it didn't just get cold that quickly. Very disappointed! read more
