Decided to give this place another try because I was really craving wings a couple weeks ago. I like the variety of seasonings/sauces for the wings and that I can order just flats (for a small up charge). They were perfect. I ordered on DoorDash knowing it may take a little longer than picking up. But they arrived hot and fresh. The original hot and Cajun rub are really good. Every single table was dirty, with leftover trash from the previous customers. I questioned the hygiene of the workers, and was concerned about even eating my food. Instead of making a whole new batch of fries, they just made all of the fries extra crispy for all 3 orders! They also made all of the chicken extra crispy! Not the one to complain but this location is probably the worse Wingstop in this area. No matter if you call in or not there is at least a 30-40 minute wait. Not to mention that it is a Wednesday. Most of the time there is only one person working in the kitchen which is probably the problem. It wasn't DoorDash that let me down. It was Wingstop that let me down. The contents of the order were completely wrong and when I called Wingstop because of the missing items, the Incorrect items, the Insufficient number of items, I was told either they could credit my account or I can come in and pick up the correct order. So I decided to go in and pick up the correct order and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I got there in that 15 minute time frame, They said they still needed 10 more minutes because they needed to redo the fries. So I waited for 10 minutes and when I got the order and checked the order, the fries were COLD and very little lemon pepper on the wings and the thighs were over cooked this was after that I was supposedly waiting the additional 10 minutes for new fries!!!. Sigh, I love Wingstop, I really do. Nothing makes me happier than a bowl of freshly made wings ready for me to devour. However, unfortunately I will be avoiding this location in the The Colony like the Plague. My brother and I walked into Wingstop and ordered at approximately 3:26 pm. We had ordered the 8 piece combo and then proceeded to sit down and wait for it to come out. At approximately 3:55 pm, we were curious as to why our order hadn't come out yet. The magic number we use with Wingstop is 14 minutes so near the 30 minute mark, we were a bit concerned. My brother went up to the counter and asked how much longer the order would take - the cashier told us 4 minutes. At around 4 pm, they called out our order. While my brother was at the counter picking up his order, he asked the cashier why it had taken so long. We were the only patrons inside of the restaurant in that time period. Only when we were about to leave did another patron come in. My brother wasn't angry but he was a little upset that he had to wait nearly 35 minutes just to get some food. My brother addressed to the employees at Wingstop that he wasn't upset and he just wanted to know why it took this long. In comparison to the usual 14 minutes it takes, 35 seemed excessive. The cashier called out to the cook telling him that my brother wanted to know why it took so long. Instead of addressing the problem, we got an excuse of "we had to make it." We just wanted to know why the order took so long - perhaps they order got screwed up or mixed up. However, no one was willing to address the problem or answer us directly. Instead they ignored my brother after giving him an inadequate response and he sat down in frustration. I asked my brother if they had been rude to him and my brother responded with an exasperated sigh and said that we wouldn't come back to this location ever again. We left Wingstop frustrated and feeling like we were not even seen as patrons. As we walked out of the establishment, we were ignored as well. Unfortunately because of this past experience, we will probably do everything in our power to avoid this location and it's turned us off from Wingstop for a bit.
