Used to not be huge on chic fil a cause of their anti gay agenda, but they've toned that back and their chicken products are quite good, especially when mixed with honey mustard. They give things for free via the app throughout the year, and they are heavily focused on the local community and host events you can attend for free. If all fest food companies did this, my health would be in danger. read more

Please do the work and ensure that the customer gets fresh & hot food throughout the order. Especially during rush hours....Literally, bummed to rush out on lunch, to Chic Fil A because the orders are fast, USUALLY fresh & it's close to home & to get BACK home with 1 strip hot and the others dry and cold. Quality and customer service matter, and Ryan did not deliver. Half of our order (all of the sauces, utensils for yogurt, granola) was missing and when I returned to get the rest of it he told us that they absolutely would not offer even a partial refund for their mistake because it's "just the sauces." We have visited several Chick-fil-As and they always have the most exceptional staff. This one is no different. We are always greeted with a smile, the food comes out quick, and they swing by the table to ask if they can bring us anything especially refills on drinks. The chicken meals are hot, the fruits are decent, and the lemonade is the right amount of tart. The deduction of the star has to do with the cleanliness of the restaurant and play area. Sometimes, the high chairs aren't clean and the play structure is sticky and crumbly. read more

Order on the app to skip the line. My kids love the chicken nuggets here so we order the 30 count and they will eat every single one. They are already quick but ordering on the app allows you to just park in a designated spot and wait on your food. It's definitely safer than playing on your phone in the drive thru. read more

Great experience there during covid19 times. Aside from loving their nuggets and waffle fries, they are doing very well during the crisis. The outside order line was well maintained, organized and efficient. Even with all the staff wearing masks they were able to give a friendly vibe. As much as I enjoy CFA, I have never in my life had to wait as long as we did in their drive through. It's not that they were slow, but they were so incredibly busy. The drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building at 1pm. Wow! As usual, the food is consistently solid, and always leaves you with a satisfied smile on your face. I go to this location at minimum once a week for the past couple of months. I do ask for my food fresh because I think it does taste better and I don't mind having to wait. Im also 6 months pregnant so I am a little extra. I don't want to give someone my hard working money weekly and feel like I'm putting them at an inconvenience for asking and patiently waiting. And honestly it's a hit or miss on their customer service. Chick Flia is branded by their excellence service and this location could use some training.
