A HORRIBLE VALENTINES DAY. My boyfriend and i walked in yesterday hoping to enjoy our valentines day dinner. We ordered wings and fries but as soon as we took a bite of the wings they were EXTREMELY undercooked to the point where the wings were all pink on the inside. The fries were salty to the point that they weren't even enjoyable. First time going to this location. I called before coming in and the shift leader or manager I think picked up. I had a question or 2 that she answered politely. Normally sometimes you have more then one question when a restaurant is busy they can get irritated. But not here when entering I was greeted and order was taken right away. No using hand signals, sirens a map for directions on when I will have my order taken or even be acknowledged. But above all the FOOD is BOMBBBBBB! If I could delete the one star I would!!! I called to place my order at 6:12 pm. I had a custom order of all flats and 2 different seasoning. I asked for my chicken to be well done so I know it's an additional 15-20 mins. I arrive 43 minutes later pay and go to get my drink. Had a great experience with these guys --- placed the order online, parked in their lot, and the order was ready and exactly as we'd asked! I love the hottest sauces but I actually don't recommend the hottest sauce (Atomic); for some reason, Wingstop added a lot of peppercorns to it, and the flavor of the peppercorns really overwhelms the heat from the peppers.
