Ordered and waited 15 minutes before arriving since I was told to wait 14 minutes for my.order. Arrived to a semi empty store. They had about 4 customers inside at the timw of my arrival. I paid for my food and did not receive my drinks until 5 minutes of waiting and I had to ask. I continued waiting and a couple customers arrived and picked up there order after about 10 additional minute I went up to the counter nd asked if my order was ready and the person at the counter said oh yeah here it im my food was cold and soggy I had to reheat my apparently fresh cooked chicken when I got home. I love wing stop! This location is pretty average. My biggest complaint is that their air conditioning works too well :) I always have to remember to wear a sweater because it's freezing in there. We usually order a family pack of bone in garlic parmesan and original hot wings. My husband likes to get a side of the atomic sauce so that he can make his wings a little spicier but also control the heat. The fries are yummy! I also like that they have one of those soda fountains where you can create any flavor. I love a good Vanilla Coke! One tip, it takes about 15 minutes for them to get the order out. I think 2 stars is being nice. Today we ordered online and I ran in to quickly pick up our food and leave. It was not quick at all. The cash register wasn't accepting my card, so I gave them another and it still didn't work. Another worker tried on the other register and still no go. Luckily I had cash because another customer came back in to see if the register now worked and ended up having to go to the Von's to get cash. While this is going on I see the family sitting down complaining that the soda machine has almost no soda to offer, so much for the fancy million flavor machine! I had hoped by the time they took my payment and got my order they would have gotten some of the basic flavors in. I laughed out loud when my wife texted me she wanted a caffeine free vanilla coke. My wish never came true so I had about 2 options to choose from from the machine. One of the workers actually tried to accommodate us by offering us our choice of what soda they had from the 2 liter bottles. A couple of the employees were literally clueless of what to do. Finally get the food and get out to the car. When we get home my wife and I both agree it's the worst we have ever had from Wingstop. Some context, we have eaten here since we were dating, about 7 years and very frequently, you could say we should be part owners in the company by now. We love Wingstop, so today was a sad day. The wings had no crisp at all, the fries were BOTH under done and overdone, some of each. Yum. And, how does that even happen? Bummer Wingstop, a real bummer. Needless to say, I am sitting here about 8 hours later, very nauseous hoping and praying this emetrol kicks in quickly. It would get 5 stars if i didnt wait 30 mins for 8 wings when it wasnt very busy at all, nonetheless they wings did come out hot and were very delicious the seasonings were unique and tasty and the blue cheese dressing was chunky which was a huge plus! Heads up on a few things if you're not used to coming here: 1) When you order fries to go they don't come in a container. They're open and will engulf your bag with fries. So in theory parmasean fries sound great to go, but they are messy. 2) Wings do not come marked. So if you do more than one order make sure they're VERY DIFFERENT wings or else you'll end up eating someone else's order. I didn't mind but my co worker that accidentally got the mango habanero might. I'll let you know. 3) They don't put forks in the bag. So grab your own or else you'll be using your hands. Also, no napkins. I'm guessing they're right there for you to grab somewhere but I just grabbed my bag and left. No one mentioned it. 4) When the cashier looks at you and makes this face :/ it means she's ready to take your order. She may not say it. If I may leave a serious tip to the owner it would be this: these are not just customers, these are clients. The past few experiences with employees have been forgetful and slightly painful in some situations. I work with people everyday and I understand that energetic people are hard to come by. This location is the worst, always super long wait times at least 20-30min. And i just order a 10 piece meal. This is only one of my complaints. Recently i went in to order wings and they told me they are all out of wings(boneless & traditional) and only have tenders. It was 8pm. WTF. Tell me how an eatery named Wingstop is out of wings? This location has lost so much business due to long wait times and running out of their main product. Id love to go to a subway and they tell me they are all out of bread we only have wraps. Come-on . what type of management is running this location? I placed my order in-store and waited roughly 10 minutes before a an employee came to my table and asked for my receipt since their computer didn't print one for them. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub are my favorite flavors as of now. Def not comparable to BWW, not a place I'd sit and hang out, but we've been ordering for pickup. I've been going to this Wingstop ever since their grand opening in the Torrance Crossroads shopping plaza and as the years pass by this Wingstop has gone downhill exponentially in customer service and food quality. I've simply had enough of it and will no longer be going there and supporting this awful poorly ran/owned business and I strongly advise other people to stop going here too. Anyways, yesterday I ordered a 10 Pc Atomic Wings, Regular Seasoned Fries and a 20oz drink. The Atomic wings were properly sauced and tossed for once! Which is a extremely rare occasion considering the previous amount of times I have been here the Mexican guy who works in the back who sauces the wings always skimps on the sauce and doesn't properly sauce them correctly which makes the wings come out looking dry with naked parts of the chicken showing and no sauce coating/covering the entirety of the chicken wings. The Seasoned Fries were really gooood and we're definitely the highlight of the entire meal they were seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of sugar. I had purchased a drink as well and the plus side to this experience is that they have this huge Red Coca-Cola Freestyle machine with a 100+ choices of different beverages. I decided to opt for Mello Yello so I began to fill my cup with ice and just as I was filling my cup with ice I noticed that the very top of machine was spewing ice from it and it seemed like some incompetent very self-unaware Caucasian worker filled the machine all the way up with ice to the point where the machine was overflowing with ice and the lid wouldn't properly close so the machine was dropping ice from the top. The skinny petite Latina worker who comes in there to socialize and doesn't really work all that much at all accuses me of purposely dropping ice all over the floor which I told her I didn't but she clearly has no clue what she is talking about because she's just too busy socializing and not paying attention to the whole scenario. I shooed her off and paid her no mind and didn't give her the time of day or what I thought about her and her very self-imposed negative ignorant comments towards me. So, I went to my table with my drink and I was drinking it and I got up and got a refill and sat back down again and I went up to get another refill and as soon I was filling it up with my favorite drink Mello Yello... it stops working and it runs out mid way and I ask her with a very stern voice. "You guys don't have anymore Mello Yello?" "It stopped working it's all gone!" She gives me a sorry as heck excuse saying "We're all out of it we have no more." Which is a complete utter lie because she is too damn lazy to open the machine and fill it up with Mello Yello! Overall my numerous amount of experiences I have had with this Wingstop have been absolutely horrible! I hate this location with a passion now and I wish it nothing but failure and I hope this location shuts down and closes for good. read more

Let me start by saying I use to work at a different Wingstop so I know how things work here. I came in tonight really craving their wings so I come in at night and wait in the front for about 3 minutes before a guy says "well be right with you". Jennifer comes up to take my order. I ordered 6 piece all flats with well done fries. Obviously I am aware that well done fries take longer. 5 minutes after ordering, my order was already ready... i barely got my drink and napkins. My fries were NOT well done at all and my wings tasted absolutely horrible and definitely not fresh. It was as if these were pre cooked and they served them to me. I didnt even eat them all bc there was no flavor and they were even tough to bite into! Also, i think its ridiculous to charge now for flats only... i understand the drums but flats... really?? I wasnt even going to leave this review but I read other similar reviews so thats why I did. This place needs to talk with the employees because my whole experience was horrible. No hello, no goodbye, horrible wings that were not fresh, and fries that were not well done. I will not return to this location anymore. read more

Right when you walk in the place just smells amazing. We are always greeted with a smile and prompt service at the register. You can come on Mondays and Tuesdays and get $0.60 boneless wings, what a better way to feed a family on a budget. All the different flavors they have keep me coming back for more! read more
