You order at the counter when you come in and it's a pretty straightforward and simple menu. You can choose boneless or traditional wings, and your choice of spice or sauce. It took about 10 minutes but was well worth the way. We had our traditional wings and in order of cheese fries. 15 wings were more than enough for two people and the raspberry iced tea was fantastic. Wingstop has always been the go-to wing spot for everyone around me. Especially because they have a great "boneless meal deal" for less than $20 that comes with 20 boneless wings and a basket of fries. It's a pretty good deal that I definitely cannot finish on my own, or even my girlfriend and I can't even finish it. Even though I'm typically more of a bone-in wing type of guy, the boneless wings are still pretty tasty and for the price you seriously cannot complain. Are these the best wings in the world? Been to many wing stops, but this one has been the best and most consistent so far. The wings were cooked perfectly. I asked for them to be fried hard, which they were, but they were still juicy. The fries were perfectly cooked- crispy and soft, and seasoned just right. The restaurant was clean, and the workers were quick to wipe up tables as guests left. Well..... What a terrible experience and it really was just that TERRIBLE. #1- There was blood in the bathroom (Men's) it was all over the faucet and basin and floors. And the floors were soaking wet, I slipped , using my cane. Had to use tissues to turn the water on. #2- The young lady at the counter with the "Hijab" on had a jaw full of gum. So when she spoke you could not make out what she said. As well as her demeanor came across as "sassy" which was not a good 1st impression, when you ordered. #3- 1 of the orders we made was wrong, and we mentioned it and was told "okaaaay"! But nothing was done (We eat in restaurant, but after the blood we were not trying to stay. #4- Tenders were so full of grease when you bit in them the grease just drained out, and it tasted bad.. I also got a stomach ache from the grease. Not sure what happened this day (last Saturday April5th) but we usually have experienced a decent WingStop meal, up to usual standards. Really hope the manager will make sure we are refunded. And they really need to get it together before we go back (Especially the blood issue) checking the bathrooms more periodically would help. I'm terribly disappointed in what I received. I tried to give Wingstop another go at a different location. Instead of pick up I ordered delivery. My order was placed at 11:47pm and they close at Midnight. I hadn't thought much of it as my late night craving was foremost in my mind. The order was accepted, it was to reportedly take 43-48 minutes, and they began to make it. I didn't receive a call or an update until the actual time it was supposed to be here already. I received the bag opened slightly with the "Bag Secured" sticker adhered only halfway(which I know could be attributed to the driver). The chicken: I received an outstanding number of drummer yes in my order which was surprising as I didn't request all drums. The chicken was cooked to my liking although I received many of what I'd like to call shard chicken. The bottom half just jagged pieces of bone. The fries were frigid but the piece de resistance was the eyelash in my ranch cup. I wanted to unsee it as it was the only thing I had for dip. So to start- I love WingStop. I never had a problem with any of my WingStop orders over the past few years. This location was different. The fries were burnt and cut extremely unevenly. The Buffalo wings had barely any sauce on them and were more dry than wet. Plus, the wings were dry overall. I try Wingstop once a year or so. Every time my order has been extremely overcooked to qualify as Oh Boy Oberto again. I asked how long they cook the wings. They said 15 minutes. Fact: tiny chicken wings do not take 15 minutes to reach 180 degrees to meet the FDA requirement. Plus, the bone is not required to reach 180 degrees. Tip: Experiment with a shorter cooking time, then take the temperature of the wings. You might also try thawing the wings prior to deep frying for a more tender result. It's nice they have carrots and celery, since they only have to wash and cut those into pieces. The fries look good, but I go for the veges to keep my blood sugar down. read more
