Dinner time. It's been over a year since we had chickenjoy
Jessilyn C.

Never disappoints. In order online. And as soon as I get there it's always ready and I never have to wait in a long line. Chicken is always crispy even when I have to drive home 25 minutes away. Love the mango peach pie. So much better than McDonald's apple pie that they now bake. So it's not crispy like jollibee.

The 6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal

Sometimes you need the Jollibee Chicken Joy. Their meal deals are at a good price point for juicy crispy chicken with dipping gravy. We got the 6 pack meal half original half spicy with spaghetti and mashed potatoes. We prefer the original! Potatoes were buttery. Spaghetti is sweet and smokey, Filipino style. A solid go to place that is consistently good with friendly service.

11.22.2025 This Jollibee delivers on its promise of comfort food. I crave on Jollibee once in a while. Their chicken sandwich is consistently crispy and juicy, paired perfect. Peach Mango Pie is a must-try! Crispy, golden, and filled with tropical sweetness. Despite the weekend crowds, staff are efficient and welcoming, and the space is clean and well-maintained. Seating is limited, so plan ahead or opt for takeout if it's busy. Whether you're craving a taste of home or trying something new, Jollibee Southcenter hits the spot!

I had been craving some fried chicken lately and found myself in the Southcenter area so Jollibee was my choice. This time I ordered the 3 piece spicy Chickenjoy and chose adobe rice as my side. The orders come with a biscuit and a container of gravy for dipping. Service was good and I ate at a table near the front. Pretty much you get what you pay for. A regular chicken lunch with a decent sized side dish.

What a delightful experience. I'll tell you the spicy chicken is HOT it's very good but buyer beware. Coleslaw creamy and fresh. Adobo rice nice flavour. Gravy is new to me but it's for the fried chicken. Staff was really nice and explained the jollibee experience!

I had their Chicken Sandwich and their Spaghetti and the total came out to around $16 which I thought was a bit pricey for fast food. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Chicken was crispy and full of flavor. However, for the price of it, I was disappointed that it didn't come with any veggies. The spaghetti was okay. I didn't find it that great. The service was alright. One employee was nice, while the others weren't so nice. It didn't take long for the food to be ready. The ambiance of the restaurant is okay. Nothing special about it. Can be chaotic with how busy it gets.

I heard good things about their fried chicken, so I was very excited to finally try it! We arrived around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday, and it was still very packed with long lines. But we were able to find a table to eat in after ordering. They do charge 8 cents for a bag if you do take out. The Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was deliciously spicy and had a great crispy texture. I also enjoyed the fries, the side of Jolly Spaghetti, and the Guava Freeze. My friend enjoyed her Chickenjoy with gravy. Definitely coming back for more! The ambiance was a bit noisy, and our table was dirty due to the high customer traffic so we cleaned the table while waiting for our order. Parking was easy since there's a parking lot for the mall.

The south center jollibee is really small, hot, and stuffy. It was super busy when I went and the wait was over 30 minutes. I expected the chicken to be juicier and more flavorful, but it wasn't anything crazy to be honest. The peach mango pie was goopy and way too sweet. My favorite thing, surprisingly, was the spaghetti. It was a little sweet, but I enjoyed it. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd come back.

Have been wanting to try Jollibee for some time, so was pleasantly surprised to see one in the mall while we are exploring Seattle and surrounding areas! It was extremely packed with a long line around 1pm, but orders were taken fairly quickly. We probably waited about 10 minutes to get our order. While there are several tables inside and about 3-4 small tables right in front, you basically had to scavenge to get a table. I got the 1 piece (spicy) with spaghetti combo. The chicken itself was a good amount of heat, spicy and honestly taste pretty good when dipped in their gravy! The spaghetti is just about as nostalgic as Asian inspired spaghetti taste-- hot dog slices and all. My friend got the three piece chicken strip meal which he said was good. Came with a sauce that was very peppery. The fries weren't as crispy as we wanted so probably would pick a different side next time. We also got to try the ube pie which honestly was not good-- the filling was oddly savory and the texture of the crust was just strange. There also was no ice, but I suspect it was because the place was packed and employees were trying their best to get orders settled. Either way, will continue to try Jollibee in the future!

I went on a Friday around 2pm, and it was packed. Huge crowd, with the place being jammed with Jollibee aficionados. Place your order at the counter and you get a buzzer for when your order is ready, which I was really grateful for as you wouldn't be able to hear anything called out over the amount of noise in this Jollibee. Service at the counter was fast and minimal, and I don't blame them for trying to get through the lines as fast as they can. However, waiting for the food took 15 minutes. For this visit, I got the original chicken, fries, guava refresher, peach mango pie. All were great and to-order with the hot things hot and the cold things nice and cool. There's a fair amount of table seating, but with how many people there are you may have to poach a table elsewhere in the mall. Tables are messier than what you would expect at a typical fast food joint, and I did a lot of wiping them down myself before digging in. This particular location within the Westfield has other food options if you don't want to brave the line (right next door, there's three other great spots). If you do go for the amazing chicken and incredible gravy, be prepared to take it to go elsewhere.

The food here is good. I wouldn't say it's better than KFC. But the one thing that I really didn't like is they advertise 2 piece Korean barbecue chicken with 2 sides. for$10.99. I ordered just plain 2 piece chicken. And it cost me after-tax. $17.62 so my question is, how come the barbecue chicken is so much less than just getting two pieces of regular chickens? And two sides

Line is still a thing here even after many years
Joe H.

Their fried chicken ("Chickenjoy") is very very good! I am not sure how new their spicy option is (last time I was here a few years ago, they did not have this), but I highly recommend it if you can tolerate the heat. It is pretty legit spicy! Chickenjoy comes with gravy that tastes like curry. Unfortunately this is pretty much the only positive from me. I do NOT like their spaghetti (tastes like canned spaghetti) or the peach mango pie (wayyyy too sweet). My daughter agrees with me too! This is an extremely busy venue and the cleaniness isn't something I require but it isn't very clean. Service isn't bad but it is never great either. And honestly I do not care about service at a place like this. The line was about 15 minutes long on a Saturday 2pm. Do come here for Chickenjoy but don't get your hopes up on other menu items.

Rachel S.

There's always a line to get the food here for a good reason, because the food is really good. It hits the spot. Reminds me of the Philippines. .. The ambience is pretty casual, loud and busy. But it's always a treat when we buy a haul from this place. We got the Bucket Treat C, Burger Steak Family Pack, Palabok Fiesta Family Pack, 3 Side Jolly Spaghetti, 6pc Pie Snack Pack 3- Ube Pie & 3- Peach Mango Pie. Damage $128.30. I would do it again in a heartbeat. #Craving

Walking into this location, the interior is clean, simple, and welcoming. It has that classic sandwich shop feel: bright lighting, an open counter where you can watch your sub being made, and a steady but efficient flow of customers. It's not overly fancy, but it doesn't need to be--the focus here is clearly on the food and the experience. The staff keeps things moving smoothly, and there's a sense of familiarity if you've been coming here as long as I have. I actually made the switch from Subway years ago, and I haven't looked back since. What stands out most about Jersey Mike's is the value. You're getting a noticeably larger portion, especially with a "regular" size, which honestly feels more like what other places would call a large. It's filling, satisfying, and worth every dollar. My two staples are the #13 The Original Italian and the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite--and you truly can't go wrong with either. The #13 is packed with a variety of meats that all complement each other, while the #2 keeps things simple with provolone and ham, letting the quality of the ingredients really shine. That's what I appreciate most: the simplicity. There's nothing overly complicated here--just fresh bread, good meats, crisp toppings, and a balance that works every single time. Everything tastes fresh, at least in my experience, and you can genuinely taste the difference compared to competitors. The bread has the right texture, the ingredients don't feel processed or stale, and the sandwiches are assembled with care. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back. No matter how many times I've ordered from this location over the years, I've never had an issue with quality. That's rare, especially for a chain. At this point, ordering from this Jersey Mike's has become second nature. I know exactly what I'm going to get, and they deliver on that expectation every time. That level of reliability, combined with solid portions and fresh ingredients, makes it an easy choice. I'll absolutely continue ordering from this location--it's one of those places you can depend on when you want something quick, filling, and consistently good.

I went here with a bestie on a Saturday afternoon for something quick to eat and came across here. Their parking lot and the overall location is unassuming; you wouldn't expect a place like this to be around what feels like a secluded area. Plus the inside is just the front counter, the menu in big print and some small seating (not for dine-in, though). Bestie and I each got their combo bao, which comes with many ingredients like quail egg, jicama, celery, wooden ears, pork and black pepper. We wanted these heated up, and it took about 10 or so minutes for them to be ready. Bestie did also get a mini bao but asked for it not to be heated so he could eat as a midnight snack. As for the combo bao itself, the whole thing could easily qualify as a meal if you get more than one. Each is about $6 each so they are on the pricier side but it's definitely worth having and it's such a unique addition to the Tukwila area!
