Love it! I believe they are the best wings in town!

We ordered plain wings, and lemon pepper with bone. We had to wait of course and that's a good thing! We got our order home and it was so hot still. French fries perfect. Fed 3 adults for under $25. We thought the teens working there were perfectly mannered. Be sure to get rolls!! And blue cheese. Oh just get a family meal. Ask for tastes before ordering. We will b back. Flat out terrible service. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell that the "host" Natasha was annoyed. I asked for tenders and rather than be told they were out I was told "we don't have tenders" when the menu clearly stated otherwise. So naturally I changed my order and continued tolerating Natasha's rude tone, I can honestly say that I felt like my business was unwanted. Seeing as I'm new to the area and only live two miles away, this experience has made me want to drive the extra two miles to go to a different location. I'd like to add that I am also in the food service industry and understand the frustrations of the job, but guests should never feel like they have to go out of their way to avoid an establishment because of one bad apple, unfortunately for me that is the case. read more

Rude staff!!! I ordered from this location several times over a two year spam. Though the food is good, service is well below par. They are rude and unfriendly. I have given up on this location completely after being put on hold for 15 minutes to make a to go order. Only after asking for a manager did the girl say, "well, I GUESS I'll take your order now." This review is left because of the service. It seems that by reading others reviews that their is a commonality. Did I mention they ration out their ketchup instead of having a self serve option like other Wingstops. I came in a few hours before closing and all the chairs were stacked except 2 tables. The food tends to come out decent, but my husband and I are regular customers and have been for a good year now. Alondra is VERY rude every time we place an order on the phone and when we go in person to pick up our food. She has been rude to multiple members of our family as well, so it's definitely not the first time. She has had this negative, catty attitude EVERY single time we've gone to this location the past few months. Every single time. Not exactly a warm greeting for a paying customer or the kind of person you want being the first face of your company... it is absolutely ridiculous. This store is no where up to par with the other wing stops I've eaten at. I started by calling in a pick up order. There was a lot of confusion on the employee end, she was trying to make my order a combo which was not what I wanted. I also wanted my fries well done so they weren't soggy. Unfortunately however she rang the order up the fries were so burnt the were inedible. Then after taking our order home we noticed they forgot a whole flavor of wings. We called to let them know and they wanted us to come back to the store and get them. I said no that we're going to eat dinner first and then come back after for a refund. They seemed annoyed at that. So after we ate we went back up to the store where both the cashier and manager were very rude and seemed inconvenienced by giving us a refund. All in all, customer service is severely lacking. I also find it odd that this store doesn't give a military discount like most stores do, especially because its right down from Randolph. Wingstop is my go to for wings. I go to them at least 2-3 a month. I have always enjoyed the service but usually frequent the one on Bandera Rd or in Stone Oak. This was my first time using this Wingstop. I called ahead and was told it would be about 21 minutes which was fine. I ordered 25 wings, my usual order Lemon Pepper. I arrived about 25 minutes after I called in and was told the order wasn't ready. I sat at a table and waited as I saw order after order come and go. When I asked about my order, the attitude I received was unbelievable. They acted as if I was bothering them. Never have I seen such rude service. When my order was finally ready I checked it and the young lady sucked her teeth at me as if I was bothering her. When I got home there were only 23 wings, I thought about calling but after their attitude thought better and just called the one on Nacogdoches and had them make me an order. Horrible horrible customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars. You could start by refunding the money I wasted in your location, since I wound up spending more at a different location read more

Customer service was okay... until I got home and discovered my order wasn't even in the bag. She repeated the order to me as she handed me the bags so I thought it was all good. So, it was already 11:30 at night and they close at 12. My boyfriend had his food but I didn't. I called and explained the situation and Maria says, "So do you want to come back for them tonight or tomorrow?" Ummm yes I ordered the food tonight which means I'm hungry right now. She says, "As long as you can get here by 12 because we lock the doors" I said it wouldn't be a problem because I live 5 minutes away and if they could go ahead and start my order. Upon arrival, I found out they hadn't even started my order. Maria the cashier treated me like I was lying and just trying to get free food, didn't even greet me. One of the cooks had to come to the front to "deal with me" and I wasn't even being rude about their mistake. As someone who works in the restaurant business, I can understand the frustration this close to closing time. But DO NOT treat me like I'm lying and completely ignore me when I walk in the door! So the cook comes up and asks what I had ordered and I ended up having to wait an extra 15 minutes because they didn't start my food when I called. Will be making the drive to bulverde location from now on. I never even send food back that I don't like... I just eat it. I just want what I paid for in the first place. No one even apologized to me and that's what frustrated more on top of being looked at like I was lying. And I'm sorry but we all have rough lives and want to get off work but I'd had a long day too and just wanted my wings. Just super rude all around. Maybe she should have reviewed the order with me to verify everything was in the bags. Wings were still delicious but I won't be coming back. Absolute worst service EVER. I walked in early to pick up my app order, and they didn't greet me. After being 20 minutes early, I asked the girl to change my order for dine in, and she rolled her eyes. My food came out 30 minutes later... They weren't even busy! What was the hold up? So after waiting for so long I went back up there and asked the girl for two boats and a knife and she huffed and screamed at the other girl to get what I asked for. I've never seen so much rudeness. We've been ordering from this location for about a year and a half and it seems like the service has only declined in quality. They forget parts of our order (wings, ranches, etc.) about 50% of the time. I actually called once and instead of fixing the order the manager offered to replace my missing items on the next order. The thing is, he wouldn't link this credit to my account or phone number or anything. Just said that he would write my name down on a sticky note. I didn't even bother trying to explain that confusing situation to the cashier on my next visit. We just ordered here again tonight and they forgot to include items we paid for yet again, so I'm done. I'll be taking my business else where. read more

Something needs to be done about "Alondra". The food at the location is always decent, but I will still rate this restaurant 1 star bc of my 2 negative experiences with HER. My husband wanted a bite to eat on the night of NYE and I made sure to call ahead and check if the place was open. I was told that it closes at 10. We showed up a little before 9 and upon arriving we found that the neon signs outside were turned off which made the place seem like it was closed. (Probably to discourage people from showing up). As soon as we walked in, Alondra made a comment to her coworker. Something along the lines of "oh my god we need to lock the doors already". So rude. She seemed very annoyed while taking our order. I tried to break the ice and make a joke. I said "Don't worry we won't be long, we eat fast! Lol" and she rolled her eyes and handed us our change. I was fuming at this point but it was late already so we went ahead and stayed. While we were eating another person walked in to order and the girls made ANOTHER rude comment about people continuing to show up. They made sure to make the comments loud enough so that we can hear them too. Then they proceeded to turn off most of the lights in the dining area as well as the TVs and the music while we were eating. I guess it was done to encourage us to hurry up and get out. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so unwelcome at a restaurant in my life. I called two days later and spoke to the manager and told her what happened on NYE and gave her name. I was told that she'd receive a coaching on the matter. Well I returned with my mother and my little girl a few days after and this time another girl took our order. This girl was not particularly friendly but still not as rude as alondra. Then to my surprise alondra walks up from behind her to ask the cashier a question and shoots us the dirtiest look. I wonder if her manager told her about my complaint and she recognized me from the night of NYE. Now... I'm normally not a person who resorts to confrontation but at this point... she's lucky that my child was there bc that kind of disrespect is not okay. My mom interacted with her a few times to order a meal to-go and then to ask for our drinks bc of course the morons forgot to serve them to us and she had the same awful disposition towards her too. I guess Wingstop doesn't value customer feedback. Not only will I not return to this location but I won't be returning to any Wingstop locations. First time I called, I got hung up on. When I called back I had to wait again for three mins. Was told 18mins for my order. Arrived at location and it took a total of 34mins! BTW, this location NO Longer offers a military discount and nickel and dime you for everything. I'm going to take my business to Wing It, just up the street. I was in there a couple of weeks ago and if I could this 0 stars I would. I used to come in a lot and the service is always excellent but whenever I am missing stupid with my order a particular manager makes his cashiers apologize for him or claims to be too busy. Well the wait time was over 30minutes and it was busy. I had asked the cashier named Jewel what was taking so long. She checked and let me know there was a delay. I understood and she offered me a drink. I watched as she and another cashier tried to help in the back and then saw the manager throw a bowl and tell the staff and I quote "you guys all suck I'm done with this" stormed out like a toddler. The same cashier tried to keep the service going but when the manager returned he told her to get out she's not helping and she sucks. I asked the cashier Terri what the managers name was and his position his name is Omar and he's the GM. I am shocked that this company keeps a manager like this on staff who is too hot headed. I saw the cashier leave in tears because she wanted to make sure us guests were being taken care of. As long as that manager Omar is there I will not go there knowing if he runs the staff like that how is the service going to be great. read more

Beats Buffalo Wild Wings by a landslide. I personally thing BWW's food is nasty, their service is beyond slow, and it's dirty inside. Wing Stop, on the other hand (especially this one), is DELICIOUS, the service is so fast, and they're clean. Best fries, with cheese sauce. Ranch is delicious. Their traditional wings are amazing, along with the flavors original hot, bbq, teriyaki, and cajun. Best wings for sure! read more
