So I'm short chicken and sides that should have been thrown away. I go on same mobile app I ordered to lodge a complaint. Mind you this was 7:30 pm. No longer than I hit send my phone rings. It's the restaurant. What happens next was absolutely crazy. The employee says. "I watched the video tape. In one was 8 pc and the other had 4; So you weren't short". I'm almost laughed. I wanted to say if you saw all that you would surely have noticed the rice was horrible but I didn't. She was very certain my complaint was wrong. This wasn't hard to figure out. I asked for 6 pc of fried/ 6 pc of roast. I got 4 pc of fried. Math folks. At this point. I was exhausted. When I mentioned the rice she was more than fine with me driving it back to the store at 8 pm from 35 miles away. I ain't going to lie. I hung up. I'm not arguing over this. I called the restaurant and was informed that the pizzas could be remade, but I would need to pick them up myself, which I agreed to. Shortly after, the original DoorDash order was delivered, but I immediately noticed that one pizza was missing. I contacted the restaurant again to explain the situation and for them to cancel the new order, and Roni advised me that, due to all the inconvenience and confusion, they would remake all three pizzas as a customer service gesture and for me to pick it up. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was then informed that management would only approve replacing the original missing cheese pizza. I expressed my disappointment because I had already gone out of my way to drive to the restaurant after being told all three pizzas would be remade. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and follow-through from management regarding what was communicated to me. I ended up wasting additional time and effort coming to pick up an order that should have either been handled properly the first time or re-delivered due to the issues caused throughout the process.

They have four big tables in the middle and some smaller booths around the edges, so it's spacious enough to host a little gathering if you wanted to. Now, about the food: that's where things got a bit tricky. The Beijing Beef on the serving line was extremely dry, almost like it had been sitting out for too long and turned into just fried beef strips with barely any moisture. When I asked for a fresh batch, the staff were great about making it for me, but the new batch ended up completely drenched in sauce--so much so that it was overwhelming and left a kind of knot in my throat. And to top it off, the food wasn't hot at all. I drove maybe two minutes down the road before eating, and it was already cold. So in summary, while the space is nice and the staff is friendly, this location might need to work on keeping the food both fresh and at the right temperature.

The smash burger was juicy with a great crust, and those thin, crispy fries were on point. Nothing overcomplicated, just really solid, well-done food.
