My son and myself went to pickup the order and the girl who helped was clearly untrained to handle a situation or cancel the transaction. My husband wasn't there physically to show his identification and card which we understand then void the transaction and charge me for the order. Again unable to void the transaction, stated it would take 7 to 10 days for the transaction to be refund as she stated. The establishment never refund the money nor provide the food that was charge. The manager is clearly unable to handle a situation as well because he needed the receipt or email transaction to try to refund the money. We have the bank statement which clearly states the transaction was processed. We are still waiting for the owner of the store to call us back. They will not begin your order until you arrive , me and my wife always put our order in here , wait 40-45 minutes, and when we get there they haven't started. I'm assuming this is happening because they have an option upgrade to have only wing or only drum, and they distribute the disproportion to the customers getting both. They close the restaurant at midnight and I was not able to use the restroom because they cleaned it 2 hours before closing. Was not able to eat inside as well because manager told employee to clean all tables. This is even though their front door says they close at midnight and I was there at 10pm. Seen this Wingstop location, in the plaza across from Mt. SAC, open for awhile but never got a chance to visit until this past weekend. I was craving their Seasoned Fries, so I came in for a to-go order. There was only one other customer ahead of me waiting for their order, and another customer came in afterwards as I was leaving. Seasoned Fries Our fries start as Idaho® potatoes and are cut fresh, tossed in our signature seasoning, and served hot 'n fresh. Overall, service was okay. There were about 3-4 people in the store but seemed that only a couple people were actually cooking. Others were just chatting with their coworkers. Waited about 15 minutes for my seasoned fries. There were a lot of burnt, thin skin pieces. Flavors were right on and the fries were served "hot 'n fresh." There are not many parking spots in front of the store, so you might have to park a ways, especially since Jack in the Box spots are marked for Jack in the Box customers only. Not sure if ordering online would be faster but it seems it would only shave off seconds, not minutes. Due to the location, I may be back but I do prefer the City of Industry location, as it service seems to be faster. read more

Come here at your own risk! I placed a $40 online order that included wings, tenders (3 flavors total) and fries! 100% of my order was incorrect. None of the flavors I received are what I ordered. The wings were drenched in sauce while the tenders literally had dry patches. Neither the tenders, wings or fries were well done. The fries did not have extra seasoning... in fact they had less than 'regular' seasoning. I drove to the store to request a refund. They flat out refused to refund or remake the food stating they had not made the order incorrectly. After some back and forth they offered to remake the food after they were done with the rush. I refused stating I had to leave soon and that they could simply refund me if it was going to take too long. Again, they refused. At this point, the cashier and I were causing enough of a scene for all eyes to be on us. The cook, an older man, was clearly upset that I was asking for the food to be remade and was the one refusing my request. He finally agreed to remake the food. And again he gave me all the wrong flavors. This is my neighborhood Wingstop and I've been here many times. They certainly aren't the best Wingstop around, they make mistakes, they have attitude, the restaurant is always dirty especially the floor, there's never any parking, it's always busy but yet time and time again I made the trip. And again, there was no one in there except for us. I was getting really upset because by that time I was tired and hungry.
