Best restaurant for wings! My favorite are the Garlic Parmesan but, all wings have great authentic flavor! I absolutely love their fries as well! They also have a substitute of Veggie Sticks if you don't want the fries and they're also pretty healthy! Literally hate coming here for wings sub-par to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street but a little more affordable. Sitting in the store i can hear the workers using language that is inappropriate for a family restaurant. Cherry on top is that the cashier looks very unprofessional with a messy shirt untucked and stained, kept a toothpick in his mouth while taking my order and i couldn't understand him, plus had the demeanor that i was wasting his time asking him to repeat himself. The cashier to his right was the complete opposite with standing up straight, making eye contact, speaking clearly and being courteous. read more

I will never eat at this location again!!! I love wing stop. The fries are the best ever and the wings aren't bad if you know whatcha like. But this location...just no. It's completely disgusting in there. Dirty dirty dirty! I'm not a clean freak by any means, but I could hardly stand it. It made me wonder how nasty it was in the back kitchen where they were making my food. It also wasn't that busy and yet took quite a long time for our food to be out, compared to other locations I've frequented. Disgusting. The fries are full of sugar, they taste more like sweet potato fries than regular. I tried the original and atomic wings. The original wings were tasteless and unsatisfying. The atomic wings tasted like spicy lemons, which is gross. 89¢ for a cup of ranch?- No thank you. read more

I was very impressed with this location. I ventured outside of my normal go-to wing place to try the Korean flavor that was being advertised. I actually ended up liking these wings better than my other place. The sauce was great, wings done perfectly and the ranch was not watered down, which is a trend that I unfortunately am starting to see in many restaurants. My only complaint was that the fries tasted like maybe they had had been made early this morning or even yesterday. However, I did not go for the fries I went for the wings and they were great. The service was all so wonderful as well I got smiles and hellos and thank yous and goodbyes and this day and age friendliness is not always so forthcoming in the service industry. read more

Absolutely horrible experience with the food, online ordering and actual restaurant. First, we ordered the $20 for 20 boneless wings with 2 sauces, LA Rub & Honey BBQ. I hope they put the wrong sauce on the 10 wings that were supposed to be the LA Rub because the Honey BBQ wings were a lot spicier than the LA Rub wings which in itself is odd. Then came the fries. Mine were too salty to eat, his were supposed to be large cheese fries and at least we had the foresight to not have seasoning put on them. The only thing decent was the iced tea. After eating 3 wings each we decided to stop for fear eating any more would make us both sick. Also - the store does not accept $50 bills which no one bothered to mention. I will never nor will my co-worker eat at another Wingstop. To add insult to injury the cashier gave me the wrong order, after the 50 fiasco, I immediately corrected her then had to ask for the 2nd drink we paid for. We threw 16 wings in the trash. Me and my wife had enjoyed this Wingstop location for years until they recently changed almost all of their staff. We first learned this about two months ago during a visit which resulted in us waiting 55 minutes (during my lunch break) for food that ended up being cold and wrong. We decided to give it a couple of months so last night (5/18) we visited around 7pm. We ordered a dine in order and were told we had about a 25 minute wait. The store was not very busy but we were hungry so we waited. After watching three people who ordered after us receive their orders ( about 40 minutes later) I stepped up to the counter where a young lady ( the same one who took our order and shouted dine in when we placed the order) attempted to hand me a greased stained to go bag I had seen sitting next to the register for about twenty minutes. We happened to be sitting at the table adjacent the counter so I actually remember seeing another employee stash the bag their. The girl attempted to place the food on a tray for us but I informed her we would just like a refund since I knew the food was cold now. The other girl ( I assume a manager) came to the front and offered little explanation and no apology after I calmly explained our recent experiences. I expected an offer to remake our food but was instead offered a bag of cold food again. I gave two stars to be fair because I'll assume the food might still taste good despite the horrible staff. We unfortunately may never get to find out what the food taste like here because we can't seem to get any. I'm not sure what happened to the old staff but the new staff is apathetic so good luck. I should also mention we noticed the location looks a lot dirtier and messy than any other time we've visited. They appear to have plenty of employees at the location so I'm not sure what is going on but I hope they get it figured out before it's too late. read more

TERRIBLE! I ordered online and choose to pay in person, when i got there they let me wait in line 20-30 minutes then i get to the front of the line and they tell me our system crashed a while ago so you will have to pay with cash. I was upset because i already waited WAY too long. So leave to closest ATM (Walmart). The round trip took 25 minutes and Walmart walking distance was not even 4 minutes. So get back and 1 lady is in line, she was waiting a while too, they told her she could try the CC because the system might be up again. She tried because she too did not have enough cash with her. YAY system worked. So when she stepped aside to wait for her food, i stood at the front waiting while the cashier, manager and another worker stood around kitchen LITERALLY just standing, hands empty not doing anything (and that is just what i saw). IDK why! The phones were ringing off the hook. The cashier eventually comes to the front & lets me pay. I can see my food sitting ready. She then takes that next call. OMG I was pissed, I already waited over 1 hour after coming when the website said it would be ready. While she was on the phone explaining everything on the menu to the caller, i still stood there, receipt in hand and the manager still stands there right next her. I finally asked if they could just give me my food because i was already waiting too long. The manager then asked to see my receipt. WTF? I am not trying to steal from you. At this point i should have just been given my wings free.. Bad service, rude employees. I will never go there again and neither will anyone i know. I very much enjoy going to WingStop. The wings there are in most cases better than the wings I get elsewhere. However, there should probably be a system in place for when back to back people in line who have the same name as I am confident that the person behind me in line with my name just got my order. Rather than lose my cool and be a dick to the employees here when I hadn't received my order I just left as I am not the best at confrontation. It's not a big deal. Like I said though, perhaps you should have a system to avoid such things happening in the future. read more
