Don't ever order online. I ordered the 2 person meal, classic wings. As soon as I put the order in I received a call from Angie the manager. Apparently, they ran out of wings. At a wing place they run out of wings! I asked them for a refund. And the rude and not caring manager told me it would be 24 hours until I get a refund. It's been past 24 hours and still no refund. I called back and she gives me the number of the owner Steve (the owner) and he doesn't answer or return his phone calls. They are very unorganized! All this for a few somewhat good wings. In the midst of the national turmoil and Foreign crises these wings make me proud to be an American. The wings paired with the Equally matched fries make a great meal for lunch or even dinner. I often visit this location even though it takes me a 12 minute trip. I do not like the fact that I have to wait 20-30 minutes for the prep, but every time I end up enjoying the wings so much that I always return. First and last time here. Employee told me it would take 2 minutes for my to go order. It took more like 8 minutes. That was not so bad. What was bad was finding out they didn't bother packing utensils or napkins. Do they not realize some people eat on the run in their own vehicles? It's hit and miss with both wing stops. Sometimes you will get prefect wings not too greasy not overly seasoned, other times... there would be so much grease , that it will sit at the bottom of the trays they come in and start to leak out the bag. If you're going to order carry out, do it over phone and do it early. I ordered online and had to wait 20 min after the set time. It's pretty cool to find a place that's dedicated to wings only. Lots of different seasonings and flavors. Love their fries too- Not too salty. The carrots and celery that come alongside the wings are always fresh and crispy, too. I'm also a fan of their ranch! Parking is a little tight and it would be really cool if they had a drive thru. Had the Cajun wings, very good flavor. They were cooked well and you can tell the cooks know what they are doing. Fries were very good as were the rolls. Had a solid range of beer selections but nothing that jumped out. Things like Boulevard/Shocktop/Domestics. More of an in and out place so the fact that serve alcohol at all is surprising to me. A fairly small establishment, seating was hard to get around lunch time. Wait times were not outrageous, but not short either. The staff was helpful, the manager (I assume) brought out small orders to customers and seemed very pleasant. Will update when I try the original hot buffalo flavor and the hottest flavor "atomic". Would recommend for carryout, but call ahead or order online to eliminate wait times. read more

First time eating at Wing Stop, and WOW their wings are delicious! I had the 8-wing boneless combo with Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ sauce. The wings were plump, juicy, and generously-sized, and the sauce was second-to-none. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Some may consider it pricy compared to chicken nuggets from McDonald's, but it was about what I would expect to pay anywhere else for quality chicken wings. I'll definitely be going back anytime I'm in the mood for wings. They beat Applebee's, Chili's, and any other bar/restaurant I've been to hands down. read more

Tried Wingstop for the first time. The service was excellent... the cooks even chatted with us while we were ordering. They estimated a 45 minute wait, but it only took half that time. first of all , a 30 minute wait is okay . but when u say 30 minutes and i stand there in ur store pregnant on my feet hungry for over 1 hour and 15 minutes , along with 30 other angry hungry people who are waiting for their food , that's when it becomes ridiculous. the whole place smelled like burnt food which should have been a red sign for me but i was just hungry and ready to leave . after i get my food 1 hour later and come home i open up the bag only to find the fries are so burned they aren't even edible . every single fry was so burned it had no inside . the whole thing was a burnt crisp . the wings were so drenched in oil and grease that my DRY RUB lemon pepper was now a wet rub . shit is disgusting & i will NEVER come to this location EVER again. also the service fucking sucked . i over heard a guy who was complaining about the wait because he had food in the car for his family and the lady told him to just go home and come back later . what fucking bullshit read more

The wings are good, but they charge extra for ranch or celery which is included anywhere else. The prices are not exactly cheap either. One of the best restaurants in Wichita. The atmosphere is amazing, they have these huge flat screen t.v's that always have some kind of sporting event on them. The employees are always happy and serve their customers to optimum satisfaction. The fries are seasoned in a way where when you taste them, they taste unlike any other fry made by any other restaurant. Its truly remarkable how good they are. They also have dipping sauces that add to the already immensely amazing tasting food. Even though it takes awhile for the wings to cook, it is definitely worth the wait when they finally are cooked.
