I placed my order over an hour ago and just got home to find that it was completely wrong. I ordered 20 wings with Mild and Hot Honey Rub seasoning, but instead received 20 plain wings with no flavor at all. I am writing to report a serious issue with an order we recently received. My family was eating chicken from your restaurant when we discovered it was raw. We immediately notified your team by phone. We returned the food. The order cost $67. Despite having the receipt and clear evidence of the problem, we have not received a refund. I give it a 1 because the employees were not rude but not inviting. The customer service lacks. The environment is a basic Wingstop restaurant. The day I went it was not busy at all. There was 1 person at a table. My wings were extremely overcooked. Not seasoned properly. The fries were horrible. It's unfortunate because there was a a time Wingstop was so good! Since we ordered it online they refuse to send the correct items, so we are forced to waste our gas and drive 15 mins to get what they forgot. Never again will we order from them. Worst of all, no apology, and they refuse to provide the store owners contact info. If you're reading this and had a similar issue, file a complaint with the BBB. Between Google and Yelp there are over 1,000 complaints regarding missing food, rotten wings, hair in the sauce, etc and they need to be shut down! read more

This is the best location I've ever been to.... Dylan's customer service was amazing! He brought our food to our table and included ketchup without having to ask for it. We were given a 10 minute ETA and our food was ready before that. He cleared our table when we were ready to leave. The wings were extra crispy, delicious! However when I go to eat the wings I met with just a seeping heaping load of oil in the container wings were soggy ordered them extra crispy I understand it's like 10 at night but still. Food was being prepared at a reasonable time for those who ordered at the counter, online, etc. However they messed up my order. My hubby even repeated it several times. I ordered boneless habanero wings. When I got home, opened my bag I received regular wings that were crispy, crunchy, and didn't have that much meat on them. To top it all off they weren't even tossed in the sauce. The wings must have not even been cleaned properly because I found a feather inside one of my wings.
