This is the best location I've ever been to.... Dylan's customer service was amazing! He brought our food to our table and included ketchup without having to ask for it. I got the lemon pepper which had no spice, but still satisfied my belly bag quite well with its tanginess (it earned a 7.2/10 on my wing scale). The garlic parmesan aligned my chakras and delighted me with a warm crispy pinch in the tongue (6/10 not spicy at all). Granted I have only been here twice and help by a total of 3 people, and they were in fact understaffed the first time, but they are very kind and are trying their best. I thought this location would be very promising since it's a year or so old. The guy who helped us was friendly. They had a full staff working. Food was being prepared at a reasonable time for those who ordered at the counter, online, etc. However they messed up my order. My hubby even repeated it several times. I ordered boneless habanero wings. When I got home, opened my bag I received regular wings that were crispy, crunchy, and didn't have that much meat on them. To top it all off they weren't even tossed in the sauce. The wings must have not even been cleaned properly because I found a feather inside one of my wings.
