My friends and I've heard quite a bit of hype since this place opened, so after seeing a movie, we decided to try Wingstop for the first time! It was around 4:30 pm, so too late for a lunch rush and (presumably) too early for the dinner rush. We got the 15-piece boneless wings and regular seasoned fries to share, as well as some fountain drinks. 8 of the wings were teriyaki and 7 of them were mango habanero. First of all, I love the soda machine! I could honestly just sit there and try all of the different sodas! It took about 10 mins to recieve our order, and the woman who gave us our food gave us 2 sides of ranch free of charge! The wings were fairly large, and despite them being boneless wings (aka chicken tenders), there were no strange grisly pieces (unlike those at the new Buffalo Wild Wings that just opened near Wal-Mart, which were nearly inedible). They also slather them in sauce, which I really appreciate! They were piping hot and tasted fresh, not microwaved! While I was not a fan of the teriyaki sauce due to their overpowering ginger flavor, the mango habanero sauce was to die for! Definitely not for the faint of heart, this sauce is sweet and tangy, while also packing a bold punch. Our lips burned and our faces sweat, but we couldn't stop eating them! So good! I don't have much to say about the french fries, though. They were good, but not the best spuds to pass through these lips. While many of the reviews of this Wingstop reference the staff, we honestly didn't pay them much attention. The two women up front were very patient with us while we took forever to decide on a sauce combination. We received our order promptly and accurately. The restaurant and bathrooms were all clean. No complaints here! Overall, our experience was very pleasant! Not sure if we'll be coming back on any day other than Monday or Tuesday (when their boneless wings are $0.60), just because of how pricey it was. But you really do get what you pay for! read more

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Management really needs to step up and teach these employees how to even handle people. They're rude, they don't smile, they constantly get orders wrong and they gossip the whole time in the back. Not paying attention at all and the worst part is they DONT EVEN CARE. I love wings and Wingstop has pretty decent food. However, the service is just offensive and ghastly. If I could just rate the food and the service separately, it'd be 3/4 for the food and 0 for the service. I came to pick up the order that I had placed online. I told the staff my name more than once to make sure it was the right order. The staff didn't give me the drink cups that came with the combo order, so I mentioned it to them. The response was literally, "I don't think you had those drinks on your order, but okay, here you go." Turns out they didn't even listen to my name when I said it multiple times. They produced someone else's order (whose name was completely, utterly different than mine) and showed me that I had not paid, nor had any drinks on the order. After some more confusion, they managed to bring the correct receipt and brought out my order. I headed home with what I had purchased. After getting home, my wife and I noticed that they had left out the rest of the combo order. I called the store right afterwards and was told that I could get a refund for the items that were left out of my order. The night staff would leave a note for the staff that was on the next day that I'd be dropping by for the refund since it was already late in the evening. Big NOPE. I show up to the store the next day, no one knows how to issue a refund, let alone knows that they had messed up my order the night before. I could either wait and get the food today (why would I want that? the food was for last night) or get store credit. I won't be coming back to Wingstop. I would not recommend visiting this place. If you're in need of some wings, hit up another restaurant or just buy it at the grocery store premade. Least you won't have the terrible service bringing down your food experience. read more

This place scares me. Every table is completely filthy with dirty trays and waste. The floors are filthy they don't clean after customers leave. Make me wonder how the kitchen looks if the dinning room looks like this. Clearly this place is ran by idiots, with no management skills and without a manager. Mmmmm had me a craving for some wings. This place satisfied my cravings. I love the fact they have the only infinity soda fountain in the area. Worth alone to make my trip and concoct my own unique soda flavor. This is the go to spot for wings. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The indoor restaurant is clean and sociable. We haven't really had any issues like the other reviewers but we just stopped in to pick up a quick dinner to go and discovered they've stopped serving potato salad and bourbon beans. You can get fries with your food anywhere. The bourbon beans really made this place unique. They screwed up my wife's order and my wife didn't realize until she drove to our home across town. I was still on this side of town so I figured I'd swing by and get a replacement as they had completely left out my wife's wings and included only my own. When I got to the front of the line I said I was here to pick up for the messed up order. They tried telling me I had to go home, get the order that they screwed up and bring it back. This is unacceptable and they just kept saying "it's not our policy unless we have the incorrect order" well it's not my policy to receive an incorrect order. Place was dirty and all three staff could not have acted any less interested in me standing there waiting to order. While I was waiting, one employee got off work and yelled, "Bye Bitches" as he walked out the front door. I am assuming she is the manager, but she opened the till and started counting cash within view of me and the other customer that was waiting (tacky in my opinion). Also while I was waiting, a former customer came in to complain because they made an error in processing a refund to her due to a previous complaint she made about the poor food quality on her last (and likely LAST) visit. I was in the area and since I like wings I decided to give this place a try. The place is pretty small but looks clean. Service is alright. Be prepared to wait extra for your food. Then they said we had to wait another 15 minutes because they were running behind schedule and they asked us to wait outside all because we didn't have masks. The mother with 3 kids then was asked to wait outside when they didn't have masks and the mother complained "Wait a minute there were other people sitting here waiting not wearing any masks and they were never asked to leave." The Yuba City location needs new ownership, management, or both. There is no process in this store. The waits are 4x's as long as they should be, employees huddled discussing what they should do next, team members pacing with no direction, and an all around nonchalant demeanor at this store. Review for 07/01/15, 9pm - I placed an order online, not on the app, for 6 CLASSIC WINGS COMBO (abbreviated CW on my email receipt), and an order of veggies, carrots only. I arrived a little before my 20 min wait just in case my order was done early (which it was not). I first walked in and all 4 girls working stared at me, but I got no response or indication of life until the main cashier for the night greeted me (skinny blonde girl). I asked if my order was ready, it wasn't, so I took a seat. A few minutes later it was done, I took my bag home, and... I got boneless wings. I quickly drove back to the restaurant and got the same initial greeting, or lack thereof. I was pretty heated at this point, because I had triple checked my email receipt to make sure I wasn't going in there looking like an idiot. The same cashier returns, and I tell her "you guys gave me the wrong order" and proceeds to ask me the usual problem customer responses "do you have your receipt" "what did you pay with" "how did you order" and finishes off by saying "ok it's going to be 14 min to make your order over". I said "you guys are going to mess up my order and make me wait an additional 20 min to fix it???" At this point the chick looked a little lost and I asked for a refund, knowing she would grab a manager/shift lead, which she did. Holy hell, who promoted this next girl (hispanic girl) I dealt with for the next 30 min She refunded my money no big deal, but I knew she was trying really hard to keep her cool dealing with me. I waited for my food, and I checked the bag before I left. She said something about "how the receipt doesn't tell which kind of wings I ordered" (abbreviated CW; really you don't know what kind of wings, there's only 2 different options, I looked right at the physical receipt she was holding up) and "to double check to make sure I know what I'm ordering" to which I responded, pulled out my phone and showed her the email receipt "6 CLASSIC WINGS, it says it right there, are you saying the email receipt is a lie?" and she went on to say more incredibly stupid things like "oh you didn't use the app how did you order" (the actual website), "you should call in next time", "the receipt doesn't say what kind of wings it's not our fault!!". Anyways to wrap this up, She had only replaced the wings (I ordered a combo that came with fries) So I told her, "are you really not going to replace my fries also?" to which she replied "you didn't ask to replace your fries". I smiled at how stupid of her answer was and I replied "so you're telling me I'm going to have to eat cold fries", and she gave another stupid response "you already got another meal and you didn't ask to replace the other things" and I replied "I didn't even touch any of this, you can throw it away" Another 4 min wait for fries. I checked my bags one last time and she gave me everything except the veggies right (she gave me Celery and carrots) Long story short, the WORST customer service I have received at this location. I was so excited we finally had a wings place in Yuba City. It seems like given the demographics - it would be a perfect fit. However, I was disappointed. I guess it will depend on what your prior experience with wings has been. If you have had good wings- then you would agree that this place will be like ordering wings at Denny's. Exceptional Taste and Quality. My wife had the Hickory Smoked BBQ and I had the traditional Original Hot. We were both extremely satisfied. Last week we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. BWW Sucks! I usually only come here on a Monday or Tuesday for their 60 cent boneless wings, which used to be 50 cents by the way. I loved the food when they first opened, but the quality seems to be going downhill. Last night I had an order of Louisiana Rub and my usual favorite Lemon Pepper. Both flavors were extremely salty, even the lemon pepper which really disappoints me, to the point that I couldn't finish eating them. I could have gotten a dipping sauce to help with the taste, but they charge for sauces and I didn't want to waste any more money. The wings always come out really hot and burn your mouth, not to mention that the wings have always been pretty small.
