Overall it am quite pleased with the Lounge. The seats that act as a little alcove for single guests actually helps block out some of the noise. The set up is straight forward and checking in was a breeze. The standout here is the service. All of the servers/employees that I interacted with were quite pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely a guest first attitude, which is difficult to find these days. Tip them and more than a dollar. Many options are free, so. $10 or a $5 is still way less than you would pay at an airport restaurant. And, again, the staff was great! Now for why it is only 4 stars. The food. Seriously? Cold (and congealed) mac and cheese, salad ingredients that were completely picked over, and brownies that were not brownies but a mass of crumbles. (Seriously, no piece larger than a nickel.) Who ever heard of an airport lounge closed on a Saturday. I was fortunate they were actually open on the Saturday I arrived in St. Louis, but they closed at the strangely odd hour of 4:30 PM. There were only two people working with one bartender checking people into the club as well as bartending and another dealing with the food. They did a great job, but were simply and embarrassingly (for the company) overworked. What a disappointment, As expected, the bathrooms and general area went uncleaned with water leaking on the bathroom floor and paper plates (yes, paper) overflowing in the only trash can I saw. I stopped into this lounge during a layover to Chicago. They have small bites, but they do have a full bar. What I will say about this place is that the staff is absolutely incredible! They are such a delight and are extra friendly yet professional. If you're looking for a hearty meal, you may want bring something or grab something from within the airport. Came in for a 2 hour delay at the STL airport and given that this is the only lounge and non branded, I didn't expect much. The place was not too full and plenty of seating but the only food is an unstocked salad bar. There is no a la cart menu with a QR code, the espresso machine is broken, the tables were dirty and then I walked in, the hostess as talking to the bartender and when I walked past, she seemed irritated that she had to help me. There isn't even music on inside so whenever anyone takes a phone call, it's for all to hear. There is a row of window seats facing the runway so a nice source of entertainment and the bathrooms were pretty clean and well kept. read more

The two restrooms were very clean. At the bar, for the more basic cocktails/spirits/beers/wines, those are complementary. If you want something in the higher end, there is a charge. Overall, there was a decent amount of complimentary drinks. I don't know if this was a normal thing, but the day I got there, at noon, nothing was out on the food line. It didn't come out until after 12:30 PM. Once it got there, The food was very good. Somebody mentioned "small bites", they actually had a very good amount of food. The day I was there, they had the little handheld "slider sized" ham and cheese sandwiches, but then they also had a decent salad bar, that included diced chicken and ham.. They also had a lasagna and a fried rice, and the desserts were also very good. I did not leave hungry. Given this the ONLY lounge for this entire airport, I guess it shouldn't be a surprise to me, the caliber of the lounge is not up to par. Limited space with limited seating, and filled up quickly. They have a limited numbers of wine without charge offered at the bar. And All liquor needs to pay. They do have some food out for breakfast and lunch time (that's when we were there), but very limited, ok to snack on but not enough to call a meal. They have a menu with prices for the "better" cooked and prepared food. 2 restroom stalls with long line. Service was good as far as for staff take away your empty dishes, bot no one is wiping down the tables, so crumbs all over the seats and floor throughout. Had a very quick layover in STL and was surprised to find a Priority Pass lounge being available. Why not stop by and see what they offer? At first glance, this place is small. I came in on a weekend evening and it was surprisingly not packed. No tables were available so I hung out at the bar, but it was still a decent place to chill if you've got some time. They had a variety of small finger foods, salads, and fruit. Nothing extravagant but I always appreciate the options. While the lounge itself is not much to write home about, the staff here were fantastic. The greeter served as bartender as well and was super friendly. Another bartender walked through all their drink options and made me a stiff screwdriver that I chugged before my connection. I try to be generous in spirit here. It is important to me, to strive to be positive. But I want to share two aspects of the last visit. That is of maybe ten total. (My in-laws are all in St. Louis or elsewhere in Missouri. So we go in and out of this airport at least twice per year.) When you find the lounge unexpectedly open when the hours said that it was closed on Saturday it was a nice unexpected surprise. This lounge is close to the gate E22 and many SouthWest flight gates close by. Saturday menu was sparse and the lounge was also manned with lean staff. It's probably not a busy day. I loved the plug points everywhere, most regular beers were free but for IPAs or other beers you have to pay. I got myself a nice Michelob Ultra. Had salad, chips and cookies. Come here on a Friday for a 3 hr layover. The server is nice and welcoming and friendly. . Bathroom is clean and spacious inside the lounge. . Kaldi coffee which is from Missouri. The machine is great and uses their espresso. Loved it. . Food - just your average finger food. Bbq chips and plain chips. Ham sandwich with cheese and ham. Salad with side of white onions, cheese, and tomatoes with ranch or Italian dressing on the side. This is from 5pm til closing so options don't change. . It's almost hard to rate this lounge as it's very basic as far as lounges go, BUT it's the only one in STL, so by that standard, it beats the heck out of sitting at the gate. There was no one at the check-in stand, but the bartender (who seemed to be essentially running everything everywhere) scanned me in quickly. There is a small dining area, bar, and seating area toward the back. The food selection was mostly ham sandwiches with little things on the side. The tea machine made a horrible sound and ended up generating about 1/5 of a cup of water. LOL. All that said, the WiFi is reasonably fast and the gentleman behind the bar was friendly and came around to see if people needed anything. I'm happy to know there's a lounge at this airport now and will definitely keep it on my radar. Rating it compared to sitting at the gate, not compared to other lounges. read more

Of all the lounges in all the world, this.... Wingtips Lounge STL... is easily the most memorable. Not just for it's astonishingly terrible presentation but joyously... for its comedic elements! Last time we stopped in there were zero amenities save for a solitary crockpot. We were so looking forward to the sight of that friend but much to our chagrin, old faithful had been retired. Only to be replaced by a score of half complete snacks... chips with no dip, salad with no dressing, tea with no milk. Oh the tribulation!!! The lounge was cluttered and crowded and staffed by a single honorary bartender serving at once as the mixologist, cleaner, and caterer. Oh, and the greeter/concierge. Fare thee well valiant officer! Our prayers are with you. Fortunately we found a secret annex at the back (conference room slash storage area). My party and I holed up here for a few hours. Find the slightly ajar door and knock three times at noon or midnight to enter in. Be forewarned dear traveller. Hold your loved ones close and drench thyself in hand sanitiser. read more

This lounge is probably not the top choice for most of the seasoned travelers nor business related patrons. The choice of food is scant, quality and taste nearly non existent. The sorry state of buffet offerings included bowl of salty potato chips, dry tortilla chips, croutons. They occasionally served cold burrito wraps with same disappointing Cèsar Salad with bottle salad dressing and hedious shredded cheese and void of any taste or smell of Cesar salad. The soup was dried up tomato soup served in a Crock Pot lined with plastic. I'm sure that we arrived at 6 pm on Monday evening and the regular kitchen staff's day off, but still there is no excuse for the display of disappointing absence of any decent quality in food, service, etc. I give three stars for the staffs' kindly gesture and effort to make it as best as possible for the guests with minimal kitchen staff and poor food preparations. read more

Service was also minimal. I think they only had 2 people working on Easter Sunday, even though the lounge was full! Someone needs to give that woman a raise since I didn't see much help from her coworkers. Wingtips is located across E29 so if you're flying southwest, this one is easy access. They have a full bar and a buffet breakfast with mostly cold offerings (pastries, fresh fruit, fresh berries, cereal milk, granola, yogurt) with a single toaster and bagels. The staff is incredibly nice! The bathrooms are full service and gender neutral.coffee machine does have options on various brews so that is a plus. Laid back-easy chill place. Priority pass is accepted but they also allow a pay and use. This one is a solid at STL airport. I would think you can't jump terminals without going through security again. read more

This is the only option at the St Louis airport, second terminal. If there were other options, this place should get negative points. There is one gal who seems to run plac on her own. Most people just don't show up to work at this location. I'm not sure if it's a pay thing, but it's a consistent problem for this location. The food is from Sam's, displayed on platters. First place I came to with a bag of chips poured on a plate, that's a head turner. Please don't use St Louis priority club as your decision maker. I've been to quite a few of them, not all of them great, but this one is close to rock bottom. And as I sit here on a Saturday, I just found out now they are closed permanently on Saturday. Checkin process was super easy even though I had a short wait to checkin in (doesn't appear to be much staff and the lady checking people in was doing double duty cleaning tables.) Not many food options .. salad with several toppings, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, a small roll with a slice of meat which I'm guessing was a "sandwich", fruit and of course a decent coffee bar. It's well lit but not much in ambiance. The bartender made a mediocre margarita after asking me if I had been scanned in. I mean .. do y'all just have people walking in here off the street? He didn't ask anyone that after me .. can't ignore the fact it felt a little .... racial (considering the only other black person in sight was working). I hate that .. I don't go lookin for it but when issues present themselves you see them. He didn't ask the 3-4 caucasian people at the bar right behind me if they had been checked in. That's weird bro. Cute little lounge in the St. Louis airport.. small, but just enough amenities to make it well worth the pit stop. The staff were super sweet and helpful, and I enjoyed a delicious mimosa as well as an espresso and some cereal. They did refresh the food at least once during the short time I was there so it also seemed fresh, which isn't always the case at these lounges.
