Great addition to StL Nightlife! This rooftop sits at Hotel St Louis, a Marriott Boutique Hotel. Upon entry into the hotel, which is very nicely decorated and has a great bar lobby, proceed to the elevators and select 16 or R. The skybar is an open space with a bar and a variety of seating options to accommodate small or large groups. There were a few tables reserved, which leads me to believe that is an option for reservations. Above the bar are 2 large TVs with sports. Because the space is open, it is very loud, so if you are planning for intimate conversation, this might not be the best spot, stay at the bar in the lobby. Form offers Cocktails and Appetizers for guest. I settled on the Sidecar martini along with Crawfish Nachos and Potato Croquettes. Sidecar tasted great! Well balanced on the flavors, but not weak in the least. @ $12 apiece, these were enjoyable. The Crawfish Nachos are amazing!! I was surprised at how much crawfish was in the mix and very happy with the flavor and thickness of the sauce. Now, the potato Croquettes were not my favorite, they were just ok. Primarily mashed potatoes that have been fried, it felt like something was missing in the mix. My primary challenge with this place was the restrooms located 1 floor down that didn't appear to be well attended. The ladies room had run out of toilet paper and the hand towels were out too. I ended up calling the front desk to request the bathroom be checked. The music seems like an afterthought as they were streaming Pandora through a standing speaker and please be a little patient with the wait staff and there doesn't appear to be many on duty. I was happy about the turn time for the food from the kitchen. Overall, a great experience for hanging with friends and I would visit again.

Fantastic! A unique and refreshing must-do in downtown STL! Located on top of Hotel Saint Louis; the recently revitalized Union Trust Co. Building, the rooftop location offers an upscale bespoke experience with spectacular views of the city skyline. Classic and clever drinks paired with well portioned small plates consisting of fresh locally sourced comfort foods did not disappoint. From the friendly valet to the attentive servers and bartenders; the staff was outgoing and very accommodating. Historic and hip, Form Skybar and Hotel Saint Louis are refreshing and a welcome addition to downtown STL. Don't let the reviews claiming the service was sub-par deter you from trying this place out! Form Skybar only opened on March 4th 2019 and every new establishment takes a few weeks to refine and work out the operational kinks with an epic opening like this. The group I was with had a wonderful experience. We're excited to return and try out Union 30 next, and the pool with cigar bar will be the spot to be this summer!

My bridal shower was held here this past week and it was absolutely beautiful. Trina is a pleasure to work with, she was very attentive, responded to our emails quickly and made sure the event went by smoothly. The bartender and all the staff were just amazing. Highly professional and friendly, food and drinks 10/10. All my guests were raving about how beautiful the space was and the friendly staff. I can't thank them enough for making this day special and highly recommend to all!

This place is all about the views. It's surrounded by windows, some of which open up. The set up is very nice, with different areas where you can eat or chat. The decor is very modern and in line with the rest of the hotel. They have a small late night menu and the sandwiches come with your option of their version of French fries, or my personal favorite, a bag of red hot riplets on a plate. The consensus across the board were that the drinks were pretty weak, imbalanced, and high in juice . They have nonalcoholic drinks as well, so maybe...never mind. The basal in the mojito was refreshing and a nice touch but the French 75 was lacking in fizz and too citrusy. They also use plastic glasses, which is interesting. Will be possibly be back during daytime hours to try the main menu.

The staff seemed to be very inexperienced. The drinks were not worth the cost. They need to invest in training their bartending staff.

Food was GREAT! However, we ordered the sangria and it was terrible. Tasted like boxed wine on ice. And it was as much money as my meal.

Is this place normally crowded? We'll be headed there next weekend and would like to know if we need to call for reservations or can we just show up.

Moody lighting, cozy corners, and an effortlessly cool vibe make it the kind of spot where time slows down in the best way. We stopped in for their Sunday late night happy hour (8-11pm) and honestly? Elite move. The energy was relaxed but still buzzy, perfect for winding down the weekend without feeling like the night is over. The cocktails are art. Every drink feels intentional, balanced, and a little unexpected in the best way. You can tell the bartenders really know their craft. Whether you go classic or adventurous, you're in very good hands -- especially during happy hour when trying a couple different options feels very justified. What really seals the deal is the overall mood. It's date-night perfect, ideal for catching up with friends, or impressing out-of-towners who think they've "seen all of St. Louis." Service is warm without being overbearing, and the experience feels elevated without a hint of pretentiousness. Don't rush. Order another round. Let Sunday stretch a little longer.

I recommend placing a reservation online to ensure you can get in. Our group of 4 were seated quickly, and upon entering we could see that the place was filled. The waitress for us was incredible. She offered great recommendations and answered the question we had well, including getting to know our flavor preferences to make the best suggestion. The drinks are fantastic. All super classic but unique. My favorite was the espresso martini, which had a great slightly sweet tastes without the strong alcohol taste. I hope to be back for their happy hour sometime soon!
