This place is amazing and worth every penny!! The BEST customer service I've experienced in YEARS!!! The entire staff learned everyone's name and were right there for anything you needed. The food is AMAZING! Lots of wine, beer, soda, coffee machine. Plenty of food!! I had an 8 hour delay and had lunch and dinner here, as well as snacks. High speed internet. Electrical plugs at each table. Private bathrooms. If you're military they have a discount to the entry fee. Very inexpensive for all you get. The service is bar none. I had a four hour layover in St Louis during which I also needed to call into a meeting. Wingtips was the perfect place for both. Being out of the normal airport bustle, it was much quieter and I left rested and refreshed. The WiFi speed was excellent (able to easily upload a 100MB file I needed to share). The food was also excellent and the service very courteous and attentive. The made-to-order food and non-alcoholic drinks, which is included in the fee, is worth at least half of the cost, given what I would have paid outside in the airport. Overall, I found the value excellent and will certainly use it again if I'm in STL and have a longer layover. read more

I'm simply in Amazement and grateful for Jenotta!!! After a 1 hour flight delay was released by SWA I roamed the terminal and found this place. Little did I know that the young lady whom checked me in to the lounge would be the person to go out of their way for me, when I found out my I-pad slipped out of my bag and was still in the rental car. I was on hold with Hertz trying to figure out if I should make a run to Hertz or not and then just after hanging up on another auto response I approached Jenotta and asked if I could re-enter if I left. She said yes, but then continuedto inquire. I explained that I needed to go back to the rental car place and get my IPad. She said don't go, and that she would take care of it. Being that I'm almost 2 paragraphs in, I will cut it short and say that she DID. She went above and beyond for me. She filed a claim, and pushed forward, calling the location, calling the desk at the terminal, she did NOT give up until she located it. Then she went to security and picked it up for me from the Hertz representative that was brining it here. There is no way I Could've accomplished this. She didn't not have to do any off this but she did. When I paid for a single "day pass" I became one of her members and she went above and beyond for me. But I know why my heart that she did this also because of who she is, and amazing person that takes her job and humanity seriously. $30 to get in today (normally $38). This gets you four hours of free food, soft drinks, beer, bar-level cocktails, and food. And comfortable chairs, plenty of plugs, and private restrooms. Do the math. If you're suddenly hit with a 3 hour flight delay like I was, you can more than make up for that entrance fee. Only negative thing I can say is that it faces the airport driveway instead of the runway, so the view isn't much to look at. Well worth it. After traveling for 20 hours, I was tired, stumbling through the STL airport. Trying to find a quiet corner, I turned down a random corridor and see a light, a shining beacon that said "lounge". Knowing I needed just that, I walk by to peek inside and hear a friendly, welcoming voice say, "come try us out!". My travel mates and I walked in and saw all WingTips had to offer; a quiet relaxed setting, wifi, chargers, (did I mention a quiet, relaxed setting?), A full bar and Beautiful food. Another added bonus? Private restrooms. As we walk in, we are greeted by a lovely young lady. She tells us about WingTips and the amenities. As she discusses all this relaxing atmosphere has to offer, we are met by the Manager. She is also bartending, and makes fabulous concoctions! As we are encouraged to find our perfect, cozy seat, we see the buffet of delectable treats. I highly recommend the potato leek soup. Seriously. Eat it- it's so delicious! A very special thank you to Jenotta, Tosha, Areil, Loreen and Johnny for making this 6 hour airport stay relaxing and comfortable, in a friendly environment -I'm so happy we made friends with you all and can't wait to see you again!- thank you for all the beautiful and delicious food and thank you for providing all of it in such a clean and tidy environment. Faced with a six hour wait for a continuing flight, my husband and I purchased a one time access to the lounge. It's fabulous! Lots of space, clean, plenty of chargers, bar, clean bathrooms and above all, very gracious staff. The food was very good and the bartender will make you a cocktail or pour you a glass of wine, and there are lots of options on the beer, wine and cocktail list. The staff checks on you frequently to see if you'd like to order anything off their large varied menu. Made the wait so much more bearable. If we continue to fly in and out of St Louis airport in the future, we will definitely purchase a membership. read more

The charcuterie board was nice. Italian flatbread was very good. Small bites on the buffet included desserts and pub snacks (pretzels, chips, cookies). WiFi was fast, seats comfortable, bright and sunny, temperature was just right. Quiet and restful for a few hours delay. So, faced with a 3 hour layover the choices you have are slim. Each being somewhat painful. Well surprise, surprise. Take a look at Wing Tip. You can buy a 4 hour pass to Wing Tips Lounge. $38 bucks. Or go out in the terminal and get bad airport food with one beer for $25 and sit in a dirty chair. This was a no brainer to me. What Wing Tip rovides you with is a little piece of calm and some solid amenities. Super clean lounge. Great restrooms. Near E29. There is a buffet that is included with some salads, munchies, soup and some sandwiches. Check out the pics. Multiple drink types that are complimentary and an alternate menu with light fare that you can order from as well as eat from the buffet. Good wifi included. You don't need to be a member in advance!
