Also, she is so unprofessional - examples include: booking a hotel room over the phone during my lash appointment, taking breaks in between my lashes to text (she told me she was texting her boyfriend), was eating while doing my lashes & said "sorry if I smell like fries". The list can go on & on... The picture is from the last time I got my lashes done (way too long, didn't do a full fillin, and they hurt). DO NOT GO TO HER. I wanted to pay for the adult pedicures so they could have the full experience but they refused to offer that to them. They would not sit the girls together even though it was empty because they said they didn't want to twist their backs. When I said can you please put them together so they can talk one woman was particularly rude and said "they are basically together" and rolled her eyes and then refused to paint their nails. One woman finally offered to help them because the girls were so disappointed looking. Then we we went to check out and they charged me an extra $150. I told them the bill was incorrect and they grabbed my hands saying I got gel on my nails. And I said no I didn't have any services today. But they argued with me like I was lying about my nails. I've never seen anything like it!!! The girls were extremely sweet and quiet and well behaved. I'm not sure what their issue was with us. But I think someone should know because the experience is usually much more pleasant.

And after these women are done, these tootsies get as soft as babies. And the exfoliant leg and feet massage? Brings ASMR shivers for me every dang time. They're incredibly detail oriented, and I've never had a bad nail job, even with colors that don't take kindly to weird brush swoops. I wanted this pedicure so bad and instead of getting the service I deserved, I got service that WAS RUSHED and lacked effort in all things spa. The rep I had did not cut my cuticles right leaving left overs, rubbed each leg 3 times, not massaged at all with the scrub and lotion, put a too hot towel on my leg (I told her it was too hot to which she ignored), then went to polish. (7 mins at this point) I stopped her to ask her could she cut the rest of my cuticles and her reply was, "Wait I will get to it after." (As she bilegins to polish.) I asked why do I need to wait. She continued answering in a rude disrespectful tone. I decided that since this representative was having a hard time prpviding me the service I deserved she could stop. I told her I did not want a rushed pedicure. She interrupted me while I spoke to her to tell her my requests so I paid and left. I will NOT bring my friends back or recommend a place that should be peaceful, that will not provide the best service. Especially if we paid our hard earned money. Rico Nail was open, not packed and had power! That's all that I needed to try it. Met the new and really nice owners. They just purchased the location and opened at the end of October. It's only the two of them for now...so call ahead to book an appointment and save 10%. Maria did SNS on my nails. She did a really good job!! The square round shape can look funny, depending on who does them. But I really liked the shape, her technique and the overall experience. The other owner, Maria's fiancé, did my feet. I got the Vocanol Pedicure for $57. I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure. Let's start with the massage! He used the right amount of pressure, rubbing and kneading! The massage was just what I needed. The Vocanol also comes with a hot rock massage and paraffin wax. The hot rock massage was good; I don't I'm a fan of hot rocks...even with back massages. The paraffin wax at the end of the pedicure was great!!! It was an overall GREAT pedicure and worth the money...and he took his time!!! I will definitely be back!!
