Overall, I had fun. I knew about the $10 entrance fee to go to the rooms. I didn't care cause I wanted the experience. I personally didn't think it cost that much and plus the $10 entrance fee will be credit to any makeup you choose to purchase afterwards. I made reservations for 3 online to make sure we get the first slot available on a Saturday morning. I know the malls open at 8 am but not necessarily the stores. Unfortunately for us, there was another group that tagged along with us for our "tour." Now, usually I wouldn't care as much but we had one extra person and the same amount of time to take photos. I felt we should have gotten extra time to do so for that reason. Each group had like one minute to take pics in their group. Sucks for us, we had an extra person. Because of that, I didn't take my phone out and got my friend to use her phone and for her to just send to me. Each room had a theme and a WinkyLux product it represents. I was sadden that most products were sold out. Plus you are only able to use the $10 credit after going to the rooms. Even though a lot of the products were sold out, I was happy with what I got. I had alot of fun visiting here with my girlfriend after work. I read about the event on yelp so I decided to stop by and check it out! So, first of all, there is an entrance fee to pay when you want to go to the photogenic experience rooms. Its 10$ plus tax but well worth if you actually plan to buy any of their products since they give it back at the end to go towards your purchase. The experience - fun! Especially if you love taking photos because they have rooms set up just for that purpose! Each room features a product of winkylux and the decorations represent what the product is like. Sadly, alot of items were sold out but we were still allowed to sample them. Personally, Ive been to the Museum of Ice Cream and honestly this setup is pretty dissapointing and alittle run down compared to it, especially since they were apparently inspired by the moic concept. The lighting was meh, and they could have tried better in most of the rooms. Also, you have to constantly put your bags and coats on the floor since they didnt have a place to put your things to take a picture. The products - cant complain! I mean, nothing to rave over but considering theyre a more "economical luxury line" it wasn't half bad as in, their shadows were very pigmented and their lippy sticks were good tints! Still, it was pretty pricy. I ended up purchasing their signature ph flower balm and it was 14$ (i paid an extra 4 dollars with the 10$ credit). This only sounds reasonable if the lipstick was alittle bigger, its no bigger than a normal person's thumb. Its really tiny. The eyeshadow paletts were 25$ and single shadows were 12$. I didnt bother checking the prices of other things. It was still a fun experience for me and my friend. Its only a popup shop so its worth going to to get some cute pics and cute cosmetics. read more

The Winky Lux Store is the first of its kind in Atlanta, and it's about time! Every time I visit a bigger city like LA, NY, and SF for leisure, I always miss the best pop ups by just a few days, so having this "pop up" experience in Atlanta is awesome. The store is settled inside Lenox near the valet entrance on the first floor. Had I not walked by it, I never would've known it was in town, and without a little digging, I wouldn't have known there was a "museum" like experience in the back. There are 9 rooms - each with a different theme that revolves around one of the Winky Lux cosmetic products. Each room has various backdrops that are supposed to be conducive to posing for social media pictures. Some of the rooms are awesome, and some of them look cheap and have awful lighting. My favorite was the disco room. A few things to keep in mind: -The exhibit won't be advertised. You'll have to actively seek out an associate and ask about the exhibit. They didn't seem very excited about promoting it. - The payment through Shopify was really weird, and I felt like they asked way too many personal questions about my payment method and information. I wish they would streamline this into card swipes. -Go on a weekday/ at a slower time, so that you can get a timeslot with fewer people. We were in a group of 8, and it was super awkward waiting for each couple to take their pictures. Plus, one of the couples was very inconsiderate and kept hogging the spaces. -The tour guides are super strict and won't let you stay behind or go ahead to take pictures even if they can still see you. This results in a lot of wasted time waiting for other people, and it's hard to take cool pictures if especially if you're shy and put in the spot in front of other people. -Be prepared for your photos to have awful lighting. I wish they would fix this since the exhibit is for the sake of picture taking. At the end of the tour, the ~$10 exhibit entrance ticket results in a $10 voucher for their cosmetics, which is a great deal in my opinion. They need to work out things logistically, but overall, I think that the Winky Lux Atlanta experience was pretty fun! read more

I am so in love with Winky Lux at Lenox Square Mall! Seriously I 100% recommend visiting this pop up before they are gone! They have SO many cute photo-worthy mini studios you can shoot in for a very small fee. Something that's worth every penny. We had an amazing tour and a very helpful chat with the managers. Everyone was so positive and cheerful and they really embodied fun and brightness! You can tell this company is all about that! They were so sweet to every single person that walked in! Our tour was fun and I can't wait to share photos and my full review! Definitely come out to the #winkyluxexperienceatl it's good for all ages! It's so much fun, and I guarantee you will find some makeup you love, paired with the sweetest people and the cutest interactive exhibits. Farrah was our tour guide and she was so kind and knew all the best lighting, she even helped take photos! She was so helpful with all the makeup stops and really made this a great experience. Manager Rahle took so much time out of her day to talk to us and answer questions and just listen to what we had going on! She was so polite and every single staff member was excited to be there and made us and every person feel welcome. I absolutely will be back and you will definitely see me sporting their makeup. What a cute place! I walked by with my husband and loved how the outside looked. Then we walked by again and I just had to go in. I got to try some of the makeup and it's such good quality. Then there are rooms in the back with different themes, that are perfect for Instagram photos. Lastly the staff were so helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend checking it out. read more

My little sister and I had such a great time at the Winky Lux pop-up store in ATL! Austin was our tour guide and was the BEST; the other staff there were nice too. You pay $10 per person to get into the "experience," and it's well worth it, because it goes towards a purchase of any products in the store (and they're all amazing). The experience rooms themselves are super cute and made for some great photos; we loved that Austin helped us out by taking photos of us and helping find our angles and light. It's also cool because you have your own time slot, so you don't have a bunch of people crowding in the same rooms at once (and there's also spots in each room to put your bags). Highly recommend people checking this out! read more

The experience was good but I bought something and the guy did ok job at returning my money THAT day but check my account again and they charged me again for the same amount. They don't answer the phone and it's a day before Christmas so I can't drive up there. Hopefully they can help from here read more

Winky Lux is it! I love the concept of photo rooms with props! I went for a friend's birthday and our tour guide Austin was the best! He showed us the best ways to pose to each room. He was professional and friendly. Overall I am fan of this cosmetic line and the price point for the items. I'll be back! read more

We weren't allowed to go into the experience rooms bc it was an hour before closing and the staff said " they didn't want to have to stay late to clean up" I would have bought something if we had been allowed to go in the back. But I'm not going to spend money there. read more

My daughter and I were shopping at Lenox and decided to check out the products at Winky Lux. We were in for a surprise. Hadia asked if we were interested in checking out the nine interactive instagrammable photo backdrops, $10 and you will be able to use for cosmetic products. We had so much fun and Hadia gave us tips on posing and even took photos for us. Hadia is so helpful, friendly, she is AMAZINGLY NICE. We enjoyed talking to Rahle who inquired on our interactive experience. Rahle and Hadia are the friendliest and will help with any Cosmetics product questions. This was our lucky day read more

AUSTIN who works at Winky Lux Atlanta!!!! YOU MADE OUR DAY! It was my birthday and I also had a long work schedule. My sisters invited me to this place that I've never heard of and I was scheduled to meet up with them for the experience at Winky Lux. The traffic ended up making me 2 hours late coming from work but when I walked in Austin served us immediately and my sisters and I enjoyed his help and company. I was so stressed on my birthday and Austin just made it 1000 times better! The exhibit was very creative and we will have photos for great memories.
