As I entered through the garden section, I asked a male employee who was standing by the door if the bug spray was in this area. He shook his head no. I assumed he didn't understand what I was asking for. It didn't matter, I spotted some Raid on the shelf near the pottery. I eventually found the brand I looking for which was on clearance. I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Was out of that store in minutes. I'm not sure when I will return. Decent customer service was a bit difficult to get at this location.

Yes, there are some times you can go where lines aren't as bad but the parking is terrible although better than North Miami. Hard to find a spot and usually carts left in parking lot and no carts in store. The lines aren't very long, I've been here before, with 2-3 registers open and a line nearly half way back through the store so appear to have staffing issues. As of recently, it also seems like there's a whole section of women's clothing missing. I came across sportswear, bathing suits, and plus sized but maybe that's all Walmarts as it's maybe a biannual trip for me. I'd say it's worth a trip here over the mess and crowd in north Miami but also worth driving further west to go if you need to.

I tried to purchase a product that was not available at this store. I went to customer service the girl did not know how to check if other Publix in the city carry product. She at least got the grocery manager. He did not know how to check other stores. Said he can request the product and can call me when they get the product. That was waste of my time. How are employees not trained to use an application to cross reference other stores to help locate a product if it is available. Now I have to manually drive to each Publix to see for myself. Refills turn into unnecessary delays, and instead of proactively resolving issues, they send automated text messages telling you to call them. There is no clear communication and no accountability. They also do not apply available discounts unless you specifically ask and push for it. I was initially quoted a much higher price, and only after insisting did they adjust it to the correct discounted amount. Patients should not have to argue to avoid overpaying. The overall experience feels disorganized and inefficient. If you are relying on timely prescriptions or accurate pricing, this pharmacy location is frustrating to deal with.

The staff here is very friendly and very helpful and answer a lot of questions that I particularly had on this very first visit I ended up ordering a potato bourekas and took it back to our condo and I was thoroughly surprised that it was still warm realizing that the case and tray that it was displayed at in the market was also warm. And added bonus is that it was kosher as is everything else in this market. I would definitely come back, especially on a Friday because I was here on a Wednesday and disappointingly enough matzo ball soup is only made on Fridays.

During our stop today, we got an iced coffee and a Diet Coke. I really didn't expect the iced coffee to be very good. There aren't alot of places offering coffee on the Boardwalk. The kindest people work here. Their iced coffee is $3.99, and the hot coffee is $4.99. They accidentally charged me $4.99, I hadn't even noticed or said anything, they corrected it to $3.99. Unfortunately, it wasn't even worth that much. This coffee had no flavor of coffee at all. Oddly, it actually smelled and tasted like cardboard. Not that I consume cardboard, I've just opened a fair amount of boxes in my time to be familiar with the scent. We sat outside on their little deck overlooking the beautiful Hollywood Beach.
