Such a great addition to downtown Los Gatos! Mel, the owner is so nice, and the champagne selection is beyond what I could've imagined. I'd been following them on instagram eagerly awaiting their opening, so when opening week finally came, I rushed in. They were still in sort of a soft opening phase trying to figure out what the hours would be, but I was thrilled to have them open a little bit earlier on a Sunday so we could enjoy some post hike bubbles. When we went in they had two different flight options of three champagnes. We opted for one of each to share, so that way we could try all of the open bottles. In addition to the flights they have champagne by the glass, bottle, and half bottle, as well as a still red, white, and rose, and a beer. They also have a few n/a options and some snacks and light bites. Mel helped us the entire time and was very fun to chat with! A lot of the time champagne can feel unapproachable, and that was not at all the case here. The whole experience was very fun and casual, but in a beautifully upscale space. Whether you're a champagne expert or have never tried it, this is a great spot to come. read more

Such a lovely new spot in DT Los Gatos! The champagnes were all delicious and the woman serving us were so knowledgeable and delightful in steering us towards 1 of the 2 flights based off of our preferences. I went with the less sugary of the 2, and they were so yummy! I love that I could detect some different undertones in the champagne. I also loved the T Swift reference on the menu. ;) This stop made my friend and my birthday such a fun and unique experience. Lots of ode to champagne with the gold colors in the shiny backdrop to the artsy bubble lights hanging above the bar. - Fun: from the sign when you enter to inside, they set the vibe. Cute touches like a train station like sign with a fun saying and a menu with a smiley face reading "champagne problems." - Variety: not just your average champagne you see everywhere which I like to be able to explore different ones. - Options for flights, glasses, half bottles, or bottles. Who says no to CHAMPAGNE, let alone a women-owned champagne bar that boasts great ambiance, awesome champagne options, good food, and finally, the best servers! Our group of four walked in on a Sunday afternoon like it was no big deal. Oh no, this place was packed. Luckily, we were able to squeeze in as two of the patrons on both sides made some room for us. This champagne bar is sooooo cute, but even cuter are Mel and Iria; they are soooo nice and so engaging. It didn't take any convincing to become the 25th member of this champagne club. We heard there is a new champagne bar opening in Los Gatos. So we dropped by last night. We did not have a reservation but were lucky and got the last two seats at the bar. The place was pretty full on a Friday night. The space is not large but has a good ambiance. They have two different flights of champagne, each has three champagnes with a range of variations of sugar content. I love that the menu specifying the amount of sugar in each type. They also offer a whole page of champagne by the glass and a more extensive selection of champagne by the bottle or half bottle. We also tried some snacks: truffle payable chips and fresh crab on hash browns, delicious. The hostess is friendly and knowledgeable. We will come back. read more
