Arsh explained every detail well. Though the communication seemed to be smooth, there were a few little details that were missed such as when I was asked what the theme would be so they could incorporate some of the theme on the welcome signage on screens. Upon arrival of the party, the signage was plain and did not match the decor. I expected it to match because I was asked for the theme and they said they would but didn't. The food was decent but it was not allowed to be left out long enough buffet style which is not reasonable because guests come at all different times. Every time a guest arrived late, I had to flag one of the staff to bring them a plate. This too was quite inconvenient because instead of enjoying the event, I have to monitor every single detail and make sure all the guests have food being offered to them when that shouldn't even be a problem I have to worry about. Another issue was when it was time to blow the cake and I was asked if I wanted it cut up for the guests and I said yes. I was so busy during the party that I didn't even notice that it did not get cut and offered to the guests. Instead, it was put away in the back kitchen without my knowledge or consent. Therefore, we wasted money on a cake that wasn't even eaten.

The owner was a wonderful host and made our time so enjoyable!

Bella Terra has always been on my list of things with my kids over the summer. I had absolutely no…read moreidea on how to proceed with bringing my 6 year old for a mommy daughter date. I called the number and asked if they had any availability for the two of us and the lady on the line was very helpful on getting our reservation. Upon arrival we were directed to wash our hands with soap and water, then we could proceed to choose our item that we wanted to paint. We'd let the lady know what we were interested in painting and they'd rinse the item with water. They showed us all the colors of paint and instructed us on how many coats of paint we'd need to brighten the color. After we completed, we gave wrote down our number and less than a week later. They came out wonderful! The cost was more than understandable for the items to paint, colors, and quality of service. We had an amazing time and will for sure be back again!

My children…read moreparticipated in several productions with this group and the most recent experience we had will stop me from ever trusting this organization with my children again. In my opinion, I do not believe that child safety is a priority for the leadership of this organization, and when my child and I tried to communicate safety concerns to members of leadership, we were ultimately made to feel unwelcome by the organization. This left my kids devastated as they had come to love and trust these people. To anyone with children participating in their programs, I would strongly recommend being present with your child at all times, especially backstage during performances and dress rehearsals. Hopefully, for the sake of the other children in our community, what happened with my family served as a wake up call to them and changes will be made in the future to prioritize child safety. I personally don't feel comfortable or trust the organization enough to give them more chances with my own children. Since I promoted this organization to other families for years, I feel compelled to share this information despite the organization bringing up legal counsel, defamation, and having a lawyer email me to set up a meeting with me and my child. The second-to-last thing I want is to get sued for trying to protect kids, but the last thing I want is for something to happen to any kid because I didn't say something.

The horrible back-beating seats. During intermission I inhaled a bag of chips like a voracious raccoon. Despite these setbacks, the shows have been incredible. We had to stay here for a conference. This CA town has a population of 7500 people. Everyone knows each other and there are 4-6 big families known here from the town's origination. We were greeted upon arrival at the hotel registration desk. The registration is two large sit down desks with the hotel agents offering a glass of wine at check in. There is 1 restaurant attached to the hotel, and it is only open for most business from 4-9 Mon-Sun. They offer a coffee shop with pastries counter service Mon-Wed 7:30a-11:30a. It's a bit inconvenient because if you work earlier than 7:30, you must walk a block to another place or drive 10 mins to Starbucks. The hotel is beautiful, very minimalistic, rustic modern, and the design is geared towards Wine Vineyard/Tuscan/Farm like decor. There is a common area in the lobby, an outside large patio with a shallow fountain pool. The inside offers a two sides fireplace with seating on both sides. A small corner next to the 2 elevators has 3 tablets that are fixed in place for guests, this seems to be a business corner in the open space. There is also conference space. Our room was nice but when we arrived, the toilet paper stand was on top of the toilet seat. This was very odd at 8:30p since they had several hours to quality check our room before we checked in late at night. The good news is that I had no itchiness after staying here. There was a clean bed, bathroom, desk, and carpet. For our 3 night stay, it was a good experience.

We were able to check in before the standard time and was offered a glass of wine. The room we chose was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and we were happy enough. Our focus was on the wedding so we didn't check out the hotel too much, but we appreciated it for its location, cleanliness, and kind staff.
