Send two dudes to an old historic home who kept asking me about a plumbing feature only found on new homes. Then they told me I would have to pay a $350 diagnostic fee before they began. Like used car salesmen, they then pretended to call their boss to get me a discounted rate. I'm immune suppressed and gave them masks to wear. One dude just put it under his nose. I said if they were to do the job, he'd have to wear the mask properly. He comes back in with the mask both upside down and inside out and offers me a discounted diagnostic of $250 for a job I was pretty sure was just cleaning out the P-trap. He started talking about cable cameras into drain lines. Given his lack of understanding of the quirks of old home plus his total disregard for my health (and his general MAGA attitude and t-shirt symbolism), I declined. Hall's dude must have been Covid asymptomatic, because I'm now starting to feel sick. PS - Job turned out to be a fast 15 minute fix for which I paid a fraction of the Hall's diagnostic by someone who cheerfully worse a mask.

Victor provided detailed and thorough information, and showed me all the areas that were broken/corroded and were contributing to the overall dysfunctions. We had had our dryer repaired a few weeks ago by different vendor, and Victor's assessment aligned with that vendor's assessment -- that we were possibly dealing with a full HVAC issue. Victor was able to apply a bandaid fix to hold us over in the heat and scheduled an appointment with Mark, who came to our home later that evening to do a further assessment and to provide us replacement and financing options. We were able to secure an installation appt of the new HVAC system two days later, in which, Bobby and his team came in and took care of. The installation took just under six hours and from what I could tell, went smoothly, though I did feel bad that they were installing the system on a very hot day. But they didn't complain and remained professional and courteous. Overall, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by this company! All the employees we interacted with were professional, personable, laid back, and provided us great, fast, and generous service and care. We ran into some hiccups with financing but Mark helped us iron that out quickly and smoothly. The investment of the new HVAC system was resonable and fit our home goals. I appreciated that we didn't feel upsold to or pressured, and that they took the time to understand our pain points so that we could make the best decision. We called our regular HVAC servicing company which we'd had for the past 2 yrs. Unfortunately they totally fell short on several things. We ended up calling Cozy Home & Mark showed up on time the next day. He immediately put on booties so he wouldn't get our dark floors all dirty. He had already done his homework on the age and sq. footage of our house, which impressed us. Mark was very knowledgeable about our system as well as the Mitsubishi system we decided to go with. He was able to give us a quote that same day on both a single zone and dual-zone (we wanted the option to cool the living room too). Mark told us that it would only require one day to install the 2 systems, which was a lot quicker then the other company quoted, & the price he quoted us was even $1000 lower. They still had a slot open the next day so we told Mark to set it up. Roberto, Salvador, & Gaio showed up right on time at 8:30am, just as Mark said they would. The guys did a terrific job on the install aside from the dirt/dust. We were going to have them wear booties until we realized it would be way too difficult for them to keep having to take them off when they went outside throughout the day. They brought in a tarp to put down under each unit to catch some of the dust & dirt. We made sure to keep them well hydrated and well fed since they were here from 8:30-5:30pm, and it was 100 degrees that day. All in all the systems work wonderfully, and we wished we'd done this 2 years ago. We were so happy with the company, we decided to hire them to be our HVAC service company from now on.

Let's just say that no wipe is flushable. We just had to convince our 2 year old granddaughter of that! Jamal had to do quite a bit of work to fix a broken pipe (sawing through my first floor ceiling to get there). But he nailed it---And I think they charged a fair price for the repair!
