So they took it home and didn't want to use it for a few days till they get a screen protector and cover for it. So as soon as they started using it the phone is extremely slow and doesn't allow network ( might be stolen or locked). The phone had a minor scratch on the screen. So they went to the dude and told them they should just trash it because the motherboard is damaged due to the minor scratch. Like what?? I will upload a picture of the scratch. Since when does a phone motherboard get damaged because of a small scratch? He told them he guarantees it'll work if the motherboard is replaced. See now it all makes sense! He sold them a phone with a damaged motherboard and now suggest they replace it at their own cost. Currently working with Federal trade commissioner do scam and guess what? It's not the first time!

Other places were saying it would take a few days. I took it in the next morning and it was fixed in an hour and a half and my phone works like it was brand new. I even had an issue with the speaker on my iPhone not working correctly and they fixed it with no additional charges. It was just loose but it was awesome they fixed it. They are very nice and have great customer service. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their phone repaired and I will be using them for any future phone repair needs. The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor. Note to the store owners- I hope you are taking care of Chris because he deserves to be a highly paid employee! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding ambassador of the business.

This was due to overly charging the battery. Zuly, a phone tech assistant, informed me that due to safety issues, I needed to have it fixed immediately. Upon her further inspection, she told me that Fix My Phone could most likely fix my phone. Zuly evaluated the phone and ordered a battery immediately. All of this was done on a Friday, and the phone was ready the following Monday! The phone is now operating as if it were a brand new phone! I could not believe the results. I was told by the store employee that it would cost $300 to replace my phone screen, because the product/item being used as a replacement is a Samsung product/part. I kindly asked the staff member to see the breakdown on the computer that shows a detailed description of how and why he was charging me $300 to replace my phone screen for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.  He refused to show me the price and the breakdown of the price in the system/computer. Prior to our interaction, I was present waiting in line when he allowed a female Latina customer to look at the computer. He had turned the computer to her so she could see and understand everything he was discussing with her. After they finished, he turned the computer back to his view and angle. When it was my turn, I asked him if I could see on the computer what I am paying for and he said No. More than once, I politely asked but he refused every time. All of the sudden, he says he doesn't speak English after he was just speaking perfectly with me in English. There were 2 gentleman that were in the store at the time. They decided to assist by conversing with the staff member in Spanish and they told him what I requested. He told them in Spanish that he understood and understands what I was requesting but that's just the price. By the way, I am fluent in Spanish. As a result, I feel discriminated against since my complexion did not match everyone's who came in the store. The Basis for discrimination: I was discriminated against based on my appearance and race, as evidenced by the different treatment I received and the staff member's sudden and implausible claim of not speaking English. This is also a deceptive practice: For refusing to provide me with a detailed breakdown of a $300 service, while providing one to another customer. Combined with the sudden language barrier claim. I am very disappointed. I believe I was lied to and disrespected.

When my phone smashes into a metal table shattering the screen and rendering it unusable (the day before a major work event, at that), my life is suddenly at a standstill. I panic. I can't contact anyone. I can't access any important documents. Can't see work emails. I can't even call an Uber. I am not okay. This kiosk is conveniently located outside of Best Buy so that when you come out of Best Buy after they tell you they can't fix your phone, iCell is there waiting for you - waiting to be your savior. The woman who worked on my phone had to have some actual experience working in phone factories or something. She performed serious surgery on it, dissecting each part with skill and ease, and once she put it back together I had a brand new functioning screen. I'm usually extremely skeptical of mall kiosks, but this one challenges the stereotype. They saved me from having to spend $1200 on a new phone, and for that, I am infinitely grateful.

I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he's getting brand new screens and he'll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen. I accidentally dropped my phone while exiting my car, and cracked…read moreone of the camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro, which caused the view finder to be blurry and lose focus - brought it in on 3/17/2022 for a replacement lens and the man behind the service desk analyzed my phone and guaranteed that he had the correct lens to replace the broken one. Needless to say, once I received my "repaired" phone, the "replacement lens" was entirely a different color and slightly larger than the rest. I attempted to take a picture, and while the lens was repaired, the view was still blurry and the lens was unable to properly adjust its focus. The man who repaired my phone then tried to convince me that issue was indeed corrected, and proceeded to show me that the focus was clear once you place the phone on .5 view versus the default 1x view. I told him that his repair did not properly solve the issue with my phone, and he proceeded to say "Well you didn't ask me about the view. You just wanted the lens repaired" - while this might be true, the problem here is that instead of being a genuine and honest salesman, he proceeded to take my $26.50 non-refundable payment to provide a solution for a problem that he KNEW he couldn't fix. Not to mention, replace the lens with an oversized lens of a completely differently color. Consequently, I asked him to remove the faulty lens from my phone and restore it to the condition it was when I initially brought it in, so that I can proceed with requesting a replacement from the Apple Store. Casing point - if you're looking for a quick fix to your phone, be advised that all of their replacement parts are faulty and will deem your phone out of warranty for future repairs through your authorized retailer. Trust me: this is the second time I've been scammed by these folks (shame on me), and ended up STILL having to visit the Apple Store to pay more so I KNOW. #BEWARE
