They damaged my IPhone 11 instead of fixing it!!…read more I went in there to get slightly cracked screen replaced and he replaced in within 10 minutes which was cool I then paid using Apple Pay and using my Face ID option. Afterwards I realized the left side of the screen was darker than the right I told him to fix that he did. I then tried to open my phone using the Face ID and it wouldn't work the first time then tried for a second and third time nothing took my Face ID off through my settings tried to set it up again and it wouldn't work at all
