I received a new screen in February 2014 after shattering the screen. The screen was working great up until recently, November 2014 and then started to have issues with the LCD. They were able to fix my screen today, but I still had to pay for the screen (under a year of use). The back of my samsung s8 cracked so I brought it it. I went it on Wednesday and they said it should be in my Friday but I couldn't come back until Monday so I went in on Monday morning and they didn't know where it was. Then later I called and they said they were waiting for the mail delivery and finally it came in and I went to drop off my phone. They said it would take 2 hours. When I picked it up the back panel was loose. You can tell it didn't fit well. They said I needed to wait for the glue to set. Over the weekend I let it "set". Still loose. There is a visible gap between the back panel around the camera lens. Plus the back panel is not oem and low quality. Super disappointed. read more

They unlocked my Apple 3G so I could use it for T-Mobile. I would have given 5 stars except that it took more hours than I thought and while we tested the phone to make sure it did calls OK, we should have tested for texts as well, since that part didn't function and I didn't notice until after hours on Saturday. The audio on my Ipad2 kept cutting in and out. I initially went to the Apple store to get it looked at and they quoted me $250 to replace it!!! The guys at Wireless Planet stated that it was potentially the logic board and that opening up the Ipad might do more harm than good. The technician suggested to return to Apple store and 'kindly take no for an answer', as the problem was not due to any fault of my own. But if Apple store did deny a replacement then he said to bring it back and they will fix it. Happy to report that Apple replaced the Ipad for a much cheaper price. So I absolutely LOVE this place. It is the best place you can go to repair your phone. Not only for their great prices but for the quality of work they did. I had a completely messed up Iphone 5. I dropped it twice . TWICE. The guy told me he was surprised my screen still worked. Well anyhow, I left my phone and was told to return in an hour. I had to repair the camera lens for my husband's Galaxy 5 & at first the camera picture was still blurry after the technician replaced it, but then the technician said he could try cleaning inside as sometimes shards of glass or dirt get on the lens.
