Incredible service and a wonderful first-time experience. My sister's iPhone dropped in the toilet and we called Wireless Planet after seeing their great reviews on Yelp. Bijan helped us out and gave us our options, and we chose to open up the phone for a diagnostic for a $45 service charge. After opening up the phone Bijan determined that a couple of parts needed to be replaced and it would run us $120 total. Since we had insurance on the phone we decided it would be wiser to take advantage of the insurance and buy a replacement phone for $199. Bijan told us no problem, but when I came to pick up the phone Bijan said he had a spare part lying around and that he'd hate for us to take the phone back without him at least trying to repair it, so he went ahead and replaced the part and cleaned out the battery as well. After replacing the charging port, the phone is now 100% functional! Bijan told us there would be no extra charge and the only cost was the original $45 service fee, with no extra charge for the spare part and labor! Incredible service and a wonderful experience altogether. I would highly recommend this store, they are honest about whether or not they can fix it and are very good people who are really willing to help you out. Can't say enough good things about this store and Bijan especially for helping us out and saving us $200, even after we decided not to repair the phone through them. Hey there I'm Omar the Jedi knight. I'm a medical assistant and realy depend on my phone since I am on call 24/7 at the urgent care of south bay in Torrance ca, 4305 Torrance blvd st 106. 90503. So ull want to read this.Well I've never written a reveiw and never even bothered with it untill I went to this place to fix my iPhone.!!!! Nugh said right well anyway I called everywere asking how much it would be to fix my phone; never the less everyone told me lost cause and don't bother, they would just try to sell me another. Then I remembered wireless planet were I took my tilt by htc. They fixed my screen before, so I called and they told me they would absolutley fix my iPhone no stupid appointment needed and it was less than $100 well Chris was awsome he fixed my phone and assured me anything I was concerned with he'd gladdly take care of. I was amazed at how fast and how curtious Chris was. It's a small shop but they've got the biggest heart. I took my daughter with me and they're waiting room has toys for little ones. My phone is workin 100% and if it wasn't for Chris and wireless planet it would not be possible. So thanks Chris and all of ur people at wireless planet. After going to numerous stores for fixing a problem I had with my Samsung Galaxy S4 for t-mobile they told me to basically throw my phone away, or sell it for parts, or buy a new motherboard. Now you have to realize the motherboard is worth as much as the phone it self now days. So I took it to Wireless Planet , and spoke with a friendly you woman that took my appointment and she introduced me to Chris. Chris told me he will diagnose it for free and if his team can fix it then it is up to me to accept the offer or not . I can simply say no and move on with out a charge. Other places charged me 20 dollar FALSE diagnosis. So after 24 hours, I call in just to check up on my phone, now I was already determined that I was was wasting my time and they are not going to find a solution because I myself have tried everything.. David was working on it and gave me 2 HONEST options. Which was to take it to Samsung and a warranty repair or to do a software tweak that he knew how to do at very little cost. So I chose option 2. I bought a used Macbook from this store today earlier, I paid $380 and left the store, I didn't do anything is wrong while using the computer but after a few hours screen wasn't attached properly and came out, I felt bad with that and went the store back, told them I want to return it because I started to have a problem only after a few hours and that's not my fault, they started to I need to come back on Monday, if you are selling something you have responsibilities, you shouldn't sell it if you don't want to take the responsibility, I asked the guy can I get a receipt for sell and he said he already got the serial number and I don't need to get another receipt(I don't think that's right), I have OfferUp conversation, I have a different CCTV record I'm going inside without a Macbook and I'm leaving with a Macbook, they told me to wait until Monday but I said I didn't do anything wrong and I paid cash for it, why I need to until Monday for that? Because I trust you guys and get the computer? I'll wait until tomorrow and find my rights by filing an online claim by the Federal Trade Commission which is protected the consumers. read more

After waiting 30 minutes to get my Iphone 4 unlocked at the T Mobile store, I brought the phone here and got it done in 5 minutes. The T Mobile store was a madhouse that had only 2 employees working, whereas Wireless planet had 4 people that quickly attended to my needs and made me feel welcome. They can't teach you customer service like that!!! A few months later I brought my IPad here that somehow survived a tumble down 2 flights of stairs with a shattered screen. I dropped it off at 2 and was told by Sarah that it would be fixed by 330. I came back at 3 and it was ready to go and looked almost brand new. Everyone that works here is friendly and real experts when it comes to Android and Apple devices. No need to shop around, come here for all your wireless needs. read more

This place has been so amazing! All the staff are very knowledgeable, approachable, and kind; they will fix your device for a great price. Wireless planet is a great local repair business, they will do anything to get your phone/laptop fixed to the highest quality standards. Had a broken iPhone screen and a virus on my Mac they got it taken care of in a few hours. The prices were low compared to other places, but they don't forfeit quality or service. My iphone 4 had a cracked screen. I went on-line and checked the price on Wireless Planet and it was approx. $79 on their web site to fix it. I called and asked how long it would take and they said an hour and then quoted me $59. I went in that morning and dropped off my phone, it was ready an hour later and I was charged $59. Edit: I just tried to get the phone repaired at Apple by a skilled technician with a quality part and found out that this botched repair VOIDED MY WARRANTY. I'm reducing two star review to one star. See uploaded photo. Repaired glass was not applied evenly and I question the quality of the parts used since it is shinier and clearly easier to break. read more

This place is awesome. My daughter's iPhone 7 got water damage and we were desperate to recover some important photos. Chris worked tirelessly to identify the problem and ultimately was able to save the data. I dropped my phone in the ocean, brought it to Wireless Planet to look at..it was too far damaged...BUT they did give me valuable information to go to the Apple Store instead of going through Verizon (where I purchased the phone) and saved me over $450 in getting a new phone. a small tech rehab with great costumer service, and fair prices. there is a small parking lot behind the building for pick up and drop off. *pro TIP* call and make an appointment and they can repair your tech in less time** this is a GREAT place to go if you have a cracked iPhone screen. read more
