I really didn't want to commit to a large monthly new car payment, so instead, I started to look around at used cars. I visited several lots and after looking at cars online and then going to those lots - the cars looked nothing like the pictures. It was a nightmare One a Cadillac SUV I went to look at didn't even have oil in the engine as one of the first things I always did looking at every car was to check all the fluids. Then I ran across a posting by Westside Motors, for a white Volvo C70 T5. I did all the usual research, Carfax, tracing its movements and maintenance records going back to when it came off the car line in Sweden and also whatever eIse I could find out about that particular year model etc. all before I even went to their lot. Unlike many other lots I went to, Westside Motors had several other cars that might work for me if the Volvo didn't. Because of my work I wasn't able to look at it in person right away. But I still had some questions and requested some more pictures too and Joe at Westside immediately responded to every request. The first day I was able to, I showed up at Westside Motors right after they opened up to look at the Volvo. Wes, the owner, came out to greet me as I was looking at the car and he was just great! There was no typical high pressure sales, nothing like that at all. He answered all my questions as I went over the car and showed me how everything on the car worked. Then he let me take it out for a good long test drive. Everything, every button on it worked like it was supposed to. The outside was beautiful and the interior still looks great all around, (with only a minor exception where I did replace the leather on the small console armrest.) When I returned from my test drive, I told Wes I wanted it! And talk about service - after I completed all the paperwork to purchase it, Wes personally delivered it to my home! I then had it detailed inside and out, tinted the windows and now everyone that sees it at work believes I bought a brand-new car!! I love this car!! I highly recommend these guys. (And if you have the time, after talking with him I discovered Wes is another great American success story for himself and his family!)

The dealer told me they'd make it right... they sent me a late model basic car to use while they repaired mine. 2 weeks later I got my car back with still visible damage and a refusal to take any more responsibility. After a ton of back and forth with a manager they offered me a too small amount of money to buy me kdf but have yet to deliver. Its been another 2 weeks and counting... Bad dealer. Bad communication. They provided the Carfax report, gave me a good price on the SUV, take my payments over the phone (so I don't have to drive over there), and today, the reason for this review, they really saved my butt. I received my registration sticker and put it on during my morning break, but wound up locking my keys in the car! A locksmith was going to charge me $85!! I called Jeff at Best Way, and thank God he had a spare! He sent Esteban over to unlock the SUV, and I have my keys back. I'm very appreciative! I really have only good things to say about Best Way. I have been a customer here for as long as I can remember…read more I have financed 4 different cars here and none of them had any major problems and also Hami did all of my maintenance on all of them while I was purchasing the cars so that I know he was doing a good job while he still owns them. While I am here, I've seen one bad review on Yelp but never anywhere else before now recently. They were all positive about Hami Motors and don't understand this one at all because this Hami seriously tries to help everybody out especially during this crisis of covid-19. I asked him about a recent bad review he had from some bully. He is not even a customer here. Go figure. Hami gave this guy a 20 dollar bill the first time he met the guy because he didn't have gas money. No favor goes unpunished I guess. THE mechanic here, his name is Michael. Very trustworthy. He explained every aspect of my maintenance needs and then his general manager even took video to show me what they were doing exactly so that I would be well-informed at every stage. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.
