I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are you willing to risk having to live in nearly a dozen different hotels, motels, and apartments within 6 six month timeframe? Oh, and imagine doing all of this during the height of COVID-19. Stay. If you want the long version keep reading... We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for. Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed. The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. He followed up several times after that to make sure everything was okay and even answered a couple questions that I had. You just don't get that kind of customer service at most businesses anymore.
