We needed our old meter base repaired asap since PGE flagged it for a hot socket issue. This team saved the day, they came out, provided a quote right away, and were able to get the meter base moved to a new location on the exterior of the house extremely quick! They are professional, very friendly, and super efficient. I would highly recommend them, they made this stressful situation feel a lot smoother than anticipated and were very respectful when coming in and out of the home (even aware not to let my cats run out, thank you!). They helped coordinate everything logistically with PGE and the city inspectors so I didn't need to hunt down numbers or try to translate what was needed as someone not very familiar with this process or technical aspects of the job. We had an electrical issue late on a Friday afternoon and it caused two of our three bedrooms to no longer have any power. I started looking for electricians immediately, assuming that no one would be available until the next week. Jocelyn got back to my Yelp message saying she could have someone over that evening! So Dan called me and came over even though it was after 4pm on a Friday and checked things out. He was able to schedule for the following Monday to replace our breaker. When Alec came on Monday, he was on time, polite, and not only did what he came for (the breaker) but also did some investigative work when the bedroom power still didn't work after the breaker was replaced. We had lost power to our outdoor storage shed and I was worried about how big of an issue it would be. I saw the other review about someone getting troubleshooting help quickly so I contacted the company. They were fast at responding and said that Dan (the owner) could come out Monday morning to look at the issue and provide an estimate (contacted them Thursday late afternoon). Dan was on time (early but contacted me to see if that was OK) and determined the issue and was able to fix it right then for their minimum charge which was very reasonable! I had set up a bid request through Yelp. Multiple people had contacted me and I had initially set an appointment with someone else to come to my home for a EV charger install. However, that company didn't show up at 9 AM as promised (in fact they never showed up). I had taken the day off work to make this happen so I started calling other people who had reached out. Jocelyn answered right away and said that they could come today. Dan was there within about 15-20 minutes and provided a reasonably prided bid to accommodate my needs. Once I approved the work, Alec showed up only minutes later. Because my home was old, it required a new panel as well as service upgrade so it was a 2 day project.
