Sadly the fries were hotter than the sandwich. The sandwich roll was not heated or toasted at all. Barely could notice any cheese even though there is suppose to be to kinds of cheese. From watching the kitchen it appears the meat is pre-cooked and kept warm until an order is placed. These sandwiches are not cooked to order but more of an assembled sandwich. Fries were pretty tasty with nice seasoning and served with a booya sauce which taste like a chipotle ranch. One size basket which is great for sharing with at least 2 people even 3. Requested a ranch dressing to dip my fries (cuz who doesn't like some ranch to dip fries) however this ranch has a funky taste to it and was a hard pass. 3 stars just for the fries. My husband is a sucker for a cheesesteak and anytime he is in spitting distance of Philly, he's on the search for a good one. He was in Bethlehem for work and stop into Wiz Kidz for lunch. He loved the 80s theme and enjoyed watching GI Joe cartoons while eating. He tried The 610, the local version of the cheesesteak with marinara & pickles. Got take out here for the second time. Easy to order online, prepay and choose curbside or inside pickup. I did try to call today but no one answered. No biggie just ordered online. Everything was good, but everything was also cold. It seemed like the fries and pierogies were prob not made to order. I reheated everything and then it tasted great. We have been wanting to try Wiz Kids since they opened this location at Madison Farms, but the stars never aligned till just now. It was not the best cheese stakes that we have ever had, nor was it the worst, overall I would say that it was better than most. Wiz Kids is a cheese steak restaurant that wises it was back in the 90s, if you can remember saved by the bell when it first came out you will feel right at home here. The only thing on the menu is cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, pulled pork sandwiches, fries, perogies and milkshakes, they like to keep it simple. Everything is made fresh when you order it. The price is not too bad, a little higher than your local cheese steak from a pizza place, but the quality is also higher. My biggest problem with Wiz Kids was that while the food was good, there are a lot of places in the area that sell steak sandwiches that are the same or better, so I would only come back if I was in the area. The other concern is they have very limited hours here, they are closed Monday and Tuesday and only open for 4 hours on Sunday and Wednesday. Overall a fun, interesting place to get a cheesesteak in the Madison Farm area, but not worth the trip if you are farther away. read more

Three stars strictly represent the food. I really like how for any/every sandwich you have the option to choose steak or *chicken (especially since I do not eat beef or pork). I ordered The Soprano cheesesteak (with chicken) - the arugula was overkill for a hot sandwich - while it was tasty (minus the arugula), the wait time inside of an EMPTY store was absolutely ridiculous & nothing less than disrespect to a customer's time. Sadly, it soured my experience. The gentleman who took my order apologized several times, but after a while, you still just want your order so you can go. There were literally about 3 or 4 people who came in AFTER me and ordered their food (both to go and for dining in) and they received their orders before me. I hate to nitpick, but this was so blatantly obvious. Especially being that it's like an open kitchen, so you can see the cooks preparing the food. I waited an hour for a sandwich... a simple sandwich! The sandwich was tasty, it could benefit from a little more seasoning - but the meat was tender and juicy. To the one negative I just picked up an order and they charged me 1.38 for ketchup and 1.38 for mayonnaise. For many years I really on ate all my cheese steaks at George's Light Lunch on Broad St in Bethlehem. When the owner retired, it closed only to come back for a short time in South Bethlehem. While I have been to Wiz Kidz in Bethlehem on Elizabeth Ave, my favorite is Carl's Corner, just a block away. Today I stopped at the Bethlehem Township location near Shop Rite rather than continuing a few miles to Greasy Dick's, which is really Richard's Drive-In. I had tried to stop at Geaker's but they are closed on Sunday. Great sandwich, ok roll. Held up while I ate. Had several cheeses, and that did make a difference. We were visiting Lafayette and my teen wanted a cheesesteak, so we ended up here! The service was fantastic - the manager (Jerry) introduced himself and checked on us during our meal. Wow!!! So my wife and I have wanted to try this place since our son was born just down the street in Jan. Finally made it happen. I got the Judgment Day cheesesteak and she got the soprano. They were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. The only reason I'm going 4 stars is cause the Buffalo Pirogies were not the best I have ever had. They were good just not great. I am certainly no cheesesteak aficionado, however I do know when I want to eat something ever again or when I don't. Therefore a cheesesteak from this place in my future is without a doubt out of the question. The meat was flavorless and chewy, the roll was dried out and Falling apart, and the fries were the greasiest I've ever seen, they were literally dripping with grease. I can't believe I'm going to say this but is rather eat steak-ums on a hot dog roll than a cheesesteak from heat again. First I have to say the customer service is always great here. I have had nothing but very pleasant interactions with all of the staff here. It is part of the reason why they will continue to get my business. I did a curbside pickup order and found it to be incredibly simple with the pickup window. The food was out right on time. The cheesesteaks were great as always. The regular whiz kidz steak is always delicious and definitely my favorite. If I were to have anything negative to say it would be that the garlic parm fries were very greasy and had way too much garlic on them (coming from someone who loves garlic and uses a lot of it). So much so that I couldn't eat them. Some may love them they just weren't my favorite. Despite that we will definitely keep coming here! read more
