Do not use this company! They send out unskilled workers that will mess up you house! We hired them to repair and upgrade our kitchen after water damage. That was one year and eight months ago and I still don't have a kitchen that works! At one point they actually caused structural damage to our house! Nothing was done correctly the first time! I hired Mario and Wizard to help renovate my home. They were to do many simple jobs such as paint, drywall and carpet. This project was to be a few months of work. It turned into almost a year and ended in them filing a lien on my property. They damaged the kitchen, the bathroom and painted the walls different colors than I agreed to. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. My neighbors even called the police on them as they showed up with weapons on their belts one day to work. It was scary. If I could rate a zero I would. Stay away from this company and save yourself a lot of trouble and money. read more

Valerie was great in always answering all my questions and concerns at anytime of the day. She explains the entire process and I never felt rushed. Just wanted to say something about Wizard .My mom's house had flooded so We called Wizard they arrived immediately but boy did we make a bad choice they packed up the house the next day and hired a contractor that really sucked its been 8 years and everything started falling apart with in 3 years like cheap cabinets in the kitchen ..walls need to be redone..and paint..closet doors suck...wood flooring so cheap they used cheap material for everything but got a big pocket full of money from my mom's nsurance because she had great insurance and that's the first question they ask her was who are you insured with..wth..right ..dollar signs for everybody up to this date my mom is 87 still complains about all the bad work done she is so inhappy so please reconsider hiring this company read more

They did an okay job but I was told they would arrive within the hour. Two and a half (2 1/2) hours later they showed up. I called twice to check on them. I was again told they would arrive shortly. Granted it was Saturday night and his son was involved in a quinceañera but since that was the case they should have had someone who was available to come within the stated hour or stated that they would arrive later. The gentleman was unable to explain the various contracts I was required to sign so he kept calling the company so I could talk to them. I learned later that the insurance company is open 24 hours for emergencies such as this and they contact all the people/companies for you. If this happens to you call insurance first and save the hassle. read more

Wizard Restorations, office in Rancho Cucamonga, is the BEST! They are for the people. They see to it your job is done perfectly; and, your home is put back the way they would want there house put back...perfect like before. See... I had contacted my Insurance Company to help me. A good Insurance company by the way. My adjuster, there, never came out. He told me on the phone that everything would be taken care of. The adjuster sent a guy out from another restoration company first. He led me to believe that this guy would take care of everything/ dry things out. What a mess. He did nothing even though I was told it was 80% damp behind wall and cabinet. It turned out he just sent a report back to the adjuster. It was not done as I was told it would be done by the adjuster. The Insurance Company drafted out a check, which would not have even covered anything/ what needed to be done; the insurance adjuster did not even talk to me before that. Plus I was told by the Insurance adjuster that there was nothing more they could do for me, he was told. The whole thing was not true/lie. They should have installed blowers to dry everything out right away; but, they did not. Everything sat for a week or more. The adjuster had blown it. That is when I had Wizard Restorations step in to play. I was referred to them from an honest Plumbing Company that had taken care of a Restoration job for me before; but, they no longer did Restoration. This Plumbing Company refers his clients to Wizard Restorations. Immediately, I called and talked to Mario, the owner of Wizard Restorations. He is a wonderful, honest, and kind gentlemen. He came out right away. Mario looked at the damage; and, Mario told me everything will be ok. We do not want you to have to pay for anything. We are for the people; and, we do not want you to pay for anything...that you do not owe. We will get your house back to were it was in the beginning. He told me that they would take care of everything. They did!! Mario had Fernando, his Operations Manager come out. Fernando is the BEST too! Fernando confirmed to me the same thing Mario had said to me. Fernando took over. (They work with the Insurance companies so they know what to do.) Fernando called my adjuster; he saw that it was taken care of. You have to be patient because they have other people too...and that some people have worst conditions then you; but, they/all come through for you perfectly. It turned out I was without a kitchen for 6 months. All my cupboards had to be pulled out into the garage. They were warped out badly. They had to dry out everything. The drywall in the dining room and behind the cabinets had to be replaced as well as the cabinets. It was horrible. They took care of everything. Everyone, at Wizard, from the painter, drywall person, the pack out crew for the kitchen are excellent and very kind and nice to work with. They make it a calming experience. Fernando explains everything simply so you can understand. He guides you through everything to, if you have to handle anything. They answer their phones and get back to you too. Great customer service. If it had not been for Mario; and, then Fernando taking over and taking care of everything for me I would not have my beautiful kitchen / and my house put back to where it was before. Oh by the way. They DO NOT take a lien out on your house. They only have you sign the papers so that if you do not pay your bill, which you owe them for a fact, they will get paid. They would talk/communicate with you first before ever doing such a thing. Common sense. So thank you so much Wizard Restorations for coming to my rescue and taking care of everything like you had promised. You are all angels; and, I have referred others to you. read more

I found Wizard here on yelp I liked the reviews I called THEY CAME WITHIN 30 MINUTES!!! LIFE SAVERS- I didn't know where to start... there was water all over my house it was a nightmare. TRUSTWORTHY- they had to empty the wet stuff left me jewelry and money they found. ORGANIZED- They separated everything into boxes, clear plastic bags and ziploc bags. They labeled EVERYTHING and the exact location schedu found it. POLITE AND CONSIDERATE- everyone was very nice and act like they care about how helpless I was feeling. KNOWLEDGEABLE- they knew what to do *I didn't right away they put all this weird fans all over the house. Highly recommend them! read more
