Looked at hose spigots outside. Went through pricing for brand-new bathroom faucets and shut off valves. All told, tech was at the house for 1.5 hours, 25 minutes of which was spent in the truck working up various pricing plans. Was finally presented with an estimate for over $1600. Was told it wasn't possible for the tech to quote the price of parts. ?? Paid the $99 service call and none of the simple fixes were performed. The most appalling service call I can remember. Again, not the tech's fault. This company should do some very hard thinking about its approach to making $ and doing business. Know what's really hard to fix? Lousy word of mouth advertising.
