A pipe burst and water was everywhere in our walk in closet draining down into garage. I frantically started calls again and TJ answered at WJ Plumbing. He came within 45 minutes and fixed our pipe and got our heat back on. I am so thankful he picked up and came to help us. He was very personable, laid back and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and like he did the job right, but wildly unprofessional and expensive for the amount of work that was actually required.

They all had my best interests in mind and never charged me for a thing without telling me the cost first. And I never felt pressured, no hard sell. The work, effort, care, timeliness, honesty, and all around customer service makes C&G one of premier plumbing contactors in N.E. Looked at hose spigots outside. Went through pricing for brand-new bathroom faucets and shut off valves. All told, tech was at the house for 1.5 hours, 25 minutes of which was spent in the truck working up various pricing plans. Was finally presented with an estimate for over $1600. Was told it wasn't possible for the tech to quote the price of parts. ?? Paid the $99 service call and none of the simple fixes were performed. The most appalling service call I can remember. Again, not the tech's fault. This company should do some very hard thinking about its approach to making $ and doing business. Know what's really hard to fix? Lousy word of mouth advertising.
