I had a random craving for LA Burger and decided to stop by the Carrollton location today. I used to frequent the one in Richardson back in college and I am glad that the food still tastes just as good as a few years ago. My favorite burger to get here is the holy smokes which is a cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, and bbq sauce. I love their onion rings but could never finish a full order of onion rings so this is perfect for me. Their buns are reminiscent of a giant Hawaiian roll as it is slightly sweet and it goes well with the burger. This location had plenty of seating and a bar area. It feels a little awkward walking in as you are facing the register from across the room when you walk in but there is spacious seating. It is located in the plaza across from hmart so the area is a little quieter. This would be a nice and chill place to catch up with a friend or even to eat alone. read more

It is huge and love how seasoned the patty is and how egg adds an extra dimension. Bun doesn't get soggy with all the juices either. String fries were very crispy and seasoned well. So I came here about a year ago and absolutely loved it! My boyfriend has never been so when our burger cravings struck today, I knew I had to come back! To go, I ordered two El Jefe Burgers (one single and one double), regular french fries, onion rings, one order of K-Fries (Fries with bulgogi, cheese, Chipotle Aioli, onion, cilantro, and kimchi, but I got mine without kimchi) and one order of Texas Fries (Chili Cheese Fries with onions and jalapeños)! Everything was made fairly quickly and packaged perfectly for delivery! When I finally made it home, thankfully the food was as delicious as I remember! The buns were super soft and with a hint of sweetness, and the burger itself was super juicy and flavorful! The fries and onion rings were great! The K-Fries were AMAZING!! The Texas Fries were a bit disappointing because there was waaaay more chili than cheese and the chili itself was pretty standard. By no means was it bad, just didn't live up to the greatness of the rest of the meal! So i'll likely skip this next time. Anyway, aside from that, everything was absolutely on point! Yeah, so I have been eating at LA Burger for some years now and it has always been great - but today (10/8/21) at 4pm we had the BEST MEAL since the Pandemic! (and we have had plenty meals) My wife and I ordered the West Coast Burger, LA Burger and their famous Kimchi Fries. The Burgers were so good that I ate half of hers - after I ate mine.
