I normally don't like trying new wing spots, but I actually really enjoyed the food. The place is clean and they greet you when you walk in.Now this place offers a huge variety of things so im sure you're probably gonna have a hard time deciding what to choose. It was one person seated and another ordering. The dining area was very clean. I ordered 10 piece honey garlic all flats , 9 piece Buffalo shrimp and house fried rice. One of my friend ordered 8 piece honey hot wings combo with tots. My other friend ordered 10 piece wings. Half boneless Thai chili and the other half traditional honey hot. Bacon Ranch Tots , Cheese sticks. The food was amazing. The only reason I gave them 4 out 5 is due to them messing up our order. I received a 10 piece lemon pepper instead of honey garlic. My friend received bacon ranch fries instead of tots. She also didn't know it was ranch seasoning instead of ranch dressing. My husband and I came here as a bit of a last resort; hungry but with no idea what we want. I am so glad we gave it a shot. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. He got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and I got the 8 pc lemon pepper wet wings with fried okra, and 2 drinks. Under $30! The cashier was sweet as can be and waited patiently for us to figure out what we wanted, and the food came out incredibly fast (granted the restaurant was empty- but it was also 1 PM). The portions were bigger than I expected- my side of okra took up half the tray. The wings and okra were delicious and fresh- the lemon pepper was very strong, but I had expected that from the wet seasoning. My husband loves chicken sandwiches and is a bit of a snob, and he had his tray cleared of fries and sandwich within 10 minutes of it hitting the table. Placed an order for 30 wings for a party , placed order at 11. Picked up and 2pm it wasn't what I ordered. Wrong sauce and soggy. Smelled bad when I opened the box. They said they would correct the order. I said ok I will come back. I called 2 hours later and I was told they couldn't redo it because of time. They close at 8pm mind you. I said then why did no one called, they could have said they couldn't do it when I was in store. If I didn't call, no one would have notified me. They had no remorse. My partner and I order the 10-piece wing combo with fries and a drink along with a cheeseburger. Everything came out fresh. The burger was tiny considering the price, but the flavor was good. The buffalo wings were a little overcooked and they have the same similar taste of most buffalo wings spots. However, they were crispy and crunchy unlike most places which is my favorite. The food was okay. I had the medium Buffalo wings, and the garlic Parmesan wings combo. The wings had a nice crispness about them but the flavor of the sauces were lacking. Especially the garlic Parmesan. The French fries were pretty good. I would give this place another chance, and order something else. The service was fine, they were nice enough. One of the best burgers in the area (get the pretzel bun), a few different sauces on both bone-in and boneless wings (never disappointed in any of the flavors), and the bacon ranch fries (dip them in blue cheese or yum yum sauce). I experienced the unprofessional personality of the female clerk on Sunday April 7, 2024 around 12noonish. I place a call in order for my wings. She yawned twice in the phone never once said excused me continue to take my order, however during one of the yawns she missed when I said all flats. I walk to my truck and check my order and it was wrong. I took the wings back to the counter and said I order all flats she immediately said no you didn't. The first order took about 10 mins.... When they corrected my order it took 20 mins and my wing was soggy.. Then she charge me a dollar more after waiting 20mins for my wings versus acknowledging it when my wings was wrong. I'm a huge fan of WNB the one in Villa Rica, Ga I never received a bad order. So I was excited to see one in Dallas, Tx. I read the horrible yelp review and gave it a try anyway. Little to be desired. The 12 inch spicy with little onions, mushrooms, and jalapeño was very disappointing. Bread was smashed and all your tasted was beef and soggy bread. Couldn't eat second half No flavor on meat. Combo fried rice was extremely fishy and greasy. Girl counter was rude. I've been thinking about stopping in for a while, finally did and I was pleasantly surprised. The price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. Normally when I eat wings I feel bloated and lethargic for hours afterwards. With this, I was just full enough to be content. They advertise that their products are all natural and I guess that's what made the difference! My only complaint is that the customer service could use some improvement.
