Inside was very nostalgic of old restaurants from my childhood in South Carolina. It feels like you're stepping back in time, but in an authentic way. The gentleman taking orders could tell we were new to the restaurant and was both helpful and patient with us. We ended up choosing a Philly with bacon, buffalo chicken Philly, and chili cheese dog. Everything was delicious. I wish the chicken on the Philly would have been more crispy, but they make their sauce in house and it was delicious. I was very surprised at how soft the bread was and that it still held up all the toppings. The friends were great and old fashioned. The star of the show might have been the chili cheese dog. When I saw it, I thought we made a mistake. It looked a mess for real. But it was a mess in the best way. It surprised us both and was so tasty. They use slice cheese and a thick chili. My favorite aspect of this restaurant is if I ask for more sauce or seasoning, they happily provide the tray with all the condiments so I can put it on myself to have as much as I want. The cashier never has an attitude, the place is clean, the food is delivered swiftly. The price is reasonable as well.
