Probably the best Americanized Chinese food we've ever had. Especially the kung pao. One thing to watch out for is the tip is added to your bill automatically. We also ordered Moo She Pork and Mongolian Beef. The Moo Shoo Pork was better when doused with hoisin sauce. It seemed a bit bland without. The Mongolian Beef itself was pretty good. The issue was the sauce was totally congealed making it visually unappealing. The beef definitely needed the sauce and it was hard to spread the "blob's of what was supposed to be sauce. Service was a fair at best. One of the floor people was responsive with water and drink refills but we rarely saw our server. I remember hearing somewhere, "you can't go back". Now I know what that means!

The Hunan spicy beef and chicken appeared to be all globs and sticky because of excessive and over use of corn starch used during the cooking process. This dish didn't have any unique flavor that one would expect. Previously we had experienced a difference in the food, taste and quality and that's what kept us returning.
