The wings are meaty and seasoned well- a great price especially on Wednesdays: $4 for 8 wings! I rarely have a problem finding a preferred table- I like booths over chairs and low tables over taller ones. Plus, they won Red Deer Wing Fest people's choice award this past summer. The rest of their menu is pretty good too- I'd recommend the Murph's chips both loaded and not loaded. Only real downside is sometimes the karaoke music gets a little loud to have conversations and service is intermittent sometimes, depending on who is your server. All in all, Murph's a great place to go for wings or a drink with friends!

We made a reservation a few weeks ago and when we arrived we got seated right away. Our server was really friendly and polite. She provided wonderful service during our visit. Our issues definitely weren't with their service, but it was their food. We started our order with 2 cinnamon buns, and they were really good! They're a heavier dough, but they were delicious and a must try when you go there. For our entrees, we had 2 Classic Eggs Benedict, Huevos Rancheros Benedict, Harvest Omelette and a Harvest Skillet. Our meals came out within 10-15 mins of ordering. The one thing we could all say is that the flavors of our meals were great. Very flavorful, seasoned well, and good sized portions. The problem was in the temperature for all of our meals. At first, all three of us that had eggs benny, our eggs were cold. Not luke warm, cold. We told our server, they refired 3 new plates, and when the new dishes came out it was the same thing. At that point, a couple of us changed our dishes to the Coffee Garden waffle and the biscuits and bacon. The 3rd person wanted to try the eggs benny again. The Manager came out and let us know that the hollandaise sauce is made from scratch, which is great to hear! That doesn't happen often. When the waffles came out, they were crispy, tasted great, but again, they were cold. I ate them because at that point, I realized it wasn't going to get any better. Our guest that had the biscuits and gravy enjoyed them, but the bacon wasn't hot either. The 3rd time for the classic eggs benny, the hollandaise was brought out on the side and the egg was hot, but the sauce was ice cold. Not kind of warm, but refrigerated cold. "Real" hollandaise won't be piping hot, but it shouldn't be cold either. After chatting during our meals, the other 2 guests with the omelette and the skillet, their meals were just luke warm as well, they weren't hot. So while the flavors were all good, the food temperatures of our breakfast was not good which was offputting. For this reason, we definitely won't be back.

And this happened pretty much every time we made a request for more food. I was blown away. We asked 3 times for more garlic bread and such too, and never received any. This was extremely disappointing, and given that you pay a minimum of $50 each on weekends, this is a LAUGH. We even had planned on desert and to get the digesto shots, but after getting incredibly annoyed after 2 hours, we decided to give up and leave. We could have gotten completely full from normal portions at any other restaurant, and not have had to wait 2 hours. After making our 3rd or 4th order, our patience left and we gave up trying to ask for anything because we were not going to get half of it anyway. I couldnt help but wonder if they were laughing at us from behind the scenes. I am so sad to say that I do not recommend dining here.
