Robert and his whole team is absolutely amazing!!! Our mini split AC had been having problems turning off randomly and eventually it just died and we couldn't get it back on. We called Robert and explained the problem and he was here the next day to take a look and diagnose the problem. He figured out that the mother board had overheated and fried so he ordered us a new one and came back with his team a few days later to install it. It turned on right away and the problem was fixed. They also checked everything else and for leaks or anything else that may be wrong. Now our Ac is back to blowing cold again and good as new. Robert and his team was prompt, efficient and solved the problem, they all explained everything very thoroughly through every step of the way. Robert was great to speak with. I called his company in error thinking it was a company that installed the new AC units in my new home. It turned out they both have similar names and since the other company was not getting back to me after several messages, I asked Robert for some assistance. My heat in the upstairs of my house where the bedrooms are was not working and the temperature was naturally down to about 63 degrees...everyone was very cold and not the best way to sleep!!! Robert, though his company had nothing to do with my house installation, was willing to walk me through some trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. Again, he was under no obligation to assist me and he was very busy with his appointments, so when he knew he could not make it to my house today, he took 20 minutes to trouble shoot with me over the phone. Amazing, as the trouble shooting told us that the system was not set-up properly and once he talked me through it, the system was working fine....no bill, no visit, just an incredible generous person with his time. Worked with American Home Shield. Unscrupulous and disrespectful company. Came onsite and gave me wrongful diagnosis. Just want your money and not there to fix your problems. Dispatcher is very disrespectful. People can manipulate for good reviews in Yelp, but most likely would not write bad reviews about their company's. Therefore, bad reviews should not be taken lightly. Don't hire this company. If American Home shield or any warranty company push wolf HVAC to you, you should request to change to another company. Smart people can learn from other people's bad experiences to improve themselves. There are thousands of AC/HVAC companies out there, you don't need to waste your hard earned money, you can always hire another company who at least can deal with their customers and not let things spiral out of control. Someone also reported this company on Best Business Bureau (BBB). Given that when the customer and the merchant got into a disagreement, most customers are first at fault because the customers didn't do any or enough research or there was not enough data to make the decision and hired the wrong company. Our home warranty( American Home shield) sent this company.The company called to set up the appointment and we discussed how to use the warranty service for replacing the system in the future. The tech Bryan not only arrived on time, he arrived 30 min early which we appreciated. He was very professional and friendly. Our furnace needed a repair simpler than I expected , which he completed. We discussed the future plan to replace our old HVAC system which we know is needed. He did not try to up sell as a previous company did. He tested for carbon monixide leaks and gave us info on getting carbon monixide detectors and importance of doing so. Recently got new ducting, heating and AC by Wolf and they were great to work with. I got three quotes and each company seemed fine but so happy we went with Wolf. They took the time (a lot of time) to help me understand the options for our house so we could get what made the most sense and feel confident about a pricey home upgrade. They did the quote quickly, followed up with my questions, and when we were ready for them to install everything they did it within the time frame they had estimated. They also were just a great team to work with, you can tell they know what they are doing and have been working together for awhile. My a/c unit was having an issue an didn't know what the problem was . I got ahold of Robert at Wolf HVAC and he quickly sent someone to diagnose the issue. This is my second home Wolf HVAC has upgraded our cooling/heating. Bob and his team were very punctual, friendly, and did a fantastic job. All of the team are local guys from Sonoma County and they do great work. When our heat was down for the day Bob provided space heaters for all of our rooms to make sure the kids were nice and warm. They also brought us coffee the first day of work which was a nice touch. These days, it is almost impossible to find honest high quality people in anything to do with construction. We were in the midst of doing HVAC for a 5,000 sq foot remodel when our HVAC person just bailed. Robert Wolf came to the rescue and took on a job that was half finished. He was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job for us. We have had a few issues (not related to his work) with the last being a brand new Goodman AC failing and Robert sent his guys out the same day to help troubleshoot the problem.
