The flaky salmon was also perfected cooked, I don't remember what it was smeared with, but it christened it with deliciousness. I grapefruit was citrus-y and quenching, it was kinda thick because it wasn't filtered and that's exactly how I like it. I'm a picky organic a-hole, I actually bring my own organic ketchup bottle to "fast" food restaurants. The other Russian loved her Omelette. The Russians surprised me with two candle lit brownie sundays, I didn't expect this but it was much appreciated. The sundays were absolutely delicious, they didn't taste like diabetes bombs, I could actually taste and enjoy the delicious chocolaty flavor and the cold soothing vanilla ice cream interior of the brownie. First off I will say this restaurant is located in an extremely busy area both traffic wise and parking wise. It was a bit hard locating the restaurant because it does not have a big sign. It is on the side of the complex where the Starbucks is located by the liquor store. We had to park on the other side of the complex and walk across as the parking is ridiculous closer to the restaurant. Walking into the place it reminds me of a cafe you go and have a glass of wine or a coffee, and catch up with old friends. You place your order at the register before taking a seat. I ordered breakfast in the afternoon. The omelette was delicious, the bread a little too hard to eat but I was full from the other items anyways, the potatoes were pretty good, the latte was great, and the juice was freshly squeezed. Strolling through The strip and was hungry so I decided to give this place a shot. My parents are in from out of town so I was a little nervous and wanted to make sure they enjoy themselves....well, all three plates were empty before we left so that speaks volumes haha. This place has nice ambience, decor and very well prepared food. Their is a mild lounge style EDM music in the background pumping energy into the environment. They have nice old school wood accented lounge chairs facing each other for an intimate outing or date. The decor is a cool farmhouse style with some industrial accents. Their major challenge is system of service. I shouldn't have to wait 50 minutes for a burger meal and a quinoa salad. Despite the long wait, the burger was excellently prepared with creatively applied condiments and garnishments giving the burger a full flavor profile of meaty, greasy, sweet and delicate tart. Stopped in here late night for an espresso and cappuccino. Frankly, the woman at the counter, who I presume to be the owner, seemed angry. I asked about the flavor of a cupcake and she seemed to be frazzled, confused, and flat out couldn't answer. Also, there was a serious language barrier. I'm absolutely in love with Wolsen caffe, not just because the aroma of the coffee when you open the door but I feel like I'm home sitting in my leaving room. Wolsen Caffe has many option for coffee like lattes, americano, cappuccino and many more, everything is serve in gorgeous mugs that you just want to take home. They also offer wines from Cabernet franc, merlot, pink nori, pouilly fuisse and many more again in stunning wine glass that you wanna take home. Lol. Now let's begin with the food options. I been here few times if it's for coffee or wine,but yesterday 06/15/17 I order a sandwich (tasty Italian) well it was tasty. Prosciutto, stracciatella, tomato and basil in a toast bread with a side of salad and a home made dressing and yes I order a latte. The sandwich was just perfectly done and so tasty ( big enough to share). I left my discover card so I had no choice but to come back again and now that I was here, hey let's order breakfast why not. 06/16/17 I order (ooh toast) oh yes great choice for breakfast recommended by the owners son. It had two sunny side eggs, pesto sauce, permesan cheese, tomato and toast... you can also share. Sandwich was excellent but it was to messy to eat. My experience was just amazing. Just had breakfast at this gem in Sunny Isles. I had the Mr. Benedict and my girlfriend had the Catch the Benedict. Both were fantastic. We also ordered a side of German sausage which tasted amazing. There was a hiccup in the kitchen but they handled perfectly. Informed us of what was happening and made sure we were satisfied with the meal. Then the waitress came and I told her: please tell me when somebody leaves for us sitting inside (actually the coffee is own by Russians so of course as we were Latin one Russian couple went inside 5 min later and they were immediately located) there were tables available and the waitress just didn't tell us, even when I asked before! - [ ] Then the food arrived, the owner and his friends left the table and we moved. The waitress came and told us that we couldn't move because they had a reservation of 3 people. That was insane, she knew that we were uncomfortable there! - [ ] We received the bill. Awfully rude Russian waitress (tall, Blonde, with long hair), I do not know her name. My friend and I sat outside, ordered 2 coffee and a sandwich. The waitress didn't bring sugar and napkins, I said that I want to share a sandwich with my friend but she didn't bring an additional plate, we ate from one. As a result, after we ate and paid, the waitress said that we should leave and empty the table because someone else wants to sit there, we replied that we came to this cafe not only to eat but also to spend some time together and that she could just kick us out just because we already paid the check. As a result, she came to us twice and asked when we would leave and set the table free. In fact there was no customers inside the cafe and new visitors could sit there. When we told her one more time that we did not finish our conversation and that we ate and paid so we can sit here she aggressively slammed the door and left! We had a fantastic young man take care of us by the name of Arseniy. Despite how busy he was, he managed to give fantastic recommendations, make us wonderfully robust cappuccinos(the best we had in Miami) and still take care of everyone else. Out of the infinite coffee shops in sunny isles and Miami, this place has accomplished the wondrous feat of standing out in coffee, decor, food, dessert, and that special uniqueness with their occasional but truly talented live musicians. However, the prices are little expensive for what you're getting. It's a small cafe in SIB and the portions aren't that big. I got the sunny times & 2 mimosas + 3 other dishes & that all rang us $80. A friend suggested this small cafe in a busy strip mall. Like most other service places in area it seemed to have only 2 employees. We sat outside and waited and finally a young girl came with 2 menus. She couldn't speak English very well so the tall young man came out to go over our breakfast order. My eggs Benedict came out first and we had to go in and track down my daughters omelette. It wasn't busy but they seemed uncaring that we had to find and retrieve condiments and napkins. 2 apparent locals sat down next to us outside and they lighted up immediately with smoke blowing in my face just when her omelette finally appears. This place was great. Needed a quick breakfast spot with good food and good coffee and this was exactly what I was looking for. Had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict with an almond latte and everything was spectacular. Service was great and they even brought us samples of their own in house ice cream for us to try.
