    Terrible experience. My appointment was moved and rescheduled 3 times and I was worried showed up…read morethat it would be rescheduled. The receptionists don't greet, nor do they talk to you about next steps etc. she just asked for my I.D and handed me the paperwork to fill out. I had to ask what would be next. It wasn't until I asked the other receptionist to make sure my insurance is covering. they were STILL checking , my scheduled time was for 3:15 and still running my insurance check. Why isn't this something that could have been done prior to me coming? I waited 50 minutes for them to tell me that they've been on the phone with my insurance and they were giving them the runaround... not sure why, this is the 3rd time they've blamed my insurance. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield... I ended up still having to pay $280 out of pocket. They don't provide any itemized receipt just receipt of payment. Janey was my tech. Very nice and accommodating to my injury and comfort. Complete opposite of the receptionists. She made the quality of care nice. I gave them a better rating for her.

SAY IT on your voice prompts, SAY 8T if someone arrives and it's 3pm. Don't say, "we stop taking MRI walk ins at 3" and the reality is, YOUR MACHINE IS BROKEN you bonehead. I swear, folks hire these McDonald's mentality low pay just out of highschool looking workers and they will treat the job that way. Wasted two days with these idiots, and the surgery is this week. This job isnt like working at the Starbucks or something. Take your job SERIOUSLY. YOURE SCREWING PEOPLE OVER treating your receptionist job like you're giving directions on where the toothpicks can be found in a Fry's grocery store.. Do your due diligence, and take the job like it's serious and you're a grown up.

    I have never had a night appointment for an MRI -- or any appointment for that matter -- but last…read morenight I did at Banner Imaging Estrella, and it was, by far, the best medical experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt something different. I was immediately greeted by Alma at the front desk. Even though she was assisting another patient, she acknowledged me right away. Her spirit seemed to beam through the glass. Her smile, her tone, and the way she welcomed me made me feel seen and valued within seconds of arriving. I was early for my appointment, so I sat in the lobby -- but I didn't wait long at all. Soon, I was called back by Jocelyn. Her voice was calming, gentle, and incredibly kind. She provided the garments I needed for my MRI and reassured me that they would be with me shortly. There was something so comforting in her presence. Then I was introduced to Abby, the MRI technologist. She, too, carried that same kind and gentle spirit. Abby and Jocelyn worked together to help my tiny self get positioned into the machine, treating me with patience and dignity every step of the way. Before beginning, Abby asked what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. "Smooth jazz," I replied. Throughout the entire MRI, she communicated clearly with me, explaining what was happening and checking in along the way. While this wasn't my first MRI and my situation wasn't life-threatening, it was absolutely my first experience receiving such outstanding, compassionate service. If anyone out there feels anxious or hesitant about undergoing an MRI, I would encourage you to visit this location. The care, warmth, and professionalism of these three remarkable young women truly transformed what can often be a stressful experience into something peaceful and reassuring. I sincerely hope the company recognizes and treats them well -- because they certainly deserve it.

The office is very clean and looks new. We only had to wait 1-2 minutes before being taken back for the ultrasound. Brooke, the Ultrasound Technician, was outstanding . She was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. Based on the clarity of the images, the ultrasound equipment seemed to be state of the art ( in comparison to other ultrasounds I have been to with my ddaughter and daughter in law). Brooke explained everything in detail, and was very thorough, checking measurements, anatomy, and organ development. All of the images and videos were emailed to my daughter upon leaving. I highly recommend this medical center. As a retired Registered Nurse, I can usually determine competent medical care, and all aspects were there.

    This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional medical offices I have ever dealt with…read more My wife was referred for an emergency ultrasound after concerns from her OB about our baby's health. Because of this office's limited availability, the earliest appointment they could offer was over a month out, several weeks after the OB recommendation. In a situation where timing actually matters, the delay alone was unacceptable. When we finally got to the appointment, we found out they had scheduled everything without ever confirming that they accepted our insurance. Because of that, we were left with a nearly $2,000 bill for a visit that should have been covered. Since then, I have called repeatedly to try to resolve this. Every single time, I am told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. Not once has that happened. After more than three months of trying, not a single call has been returned. No follow up, no accountability, no effort to fix a mistake that they caused. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to send us to collections, which makes it very clear where their priorities are. Rather than speak with a patient who is actively trying to resolve a problem, they would rather ignore it and escalate. During all of this, my father was taken to the emergency room for heart issues. He ended up being in the hospital for over two months and ultimately received a heart transplant. He is now recovering at home. How is this relevant? Well, if you are considering dealing with this business, remember that it would be faster to get a heart transplant than it would be to work with them. This has been an incredible situation to deal with while supporting my pregnant wife, navigating a family medical crisis, and trying to get a response from an organization that seems completely indifferent to the people they serve. To be fair, the doctor was good and the care itself was fine. There were no issues there. However, everything surrounding that care is completely broken. The scheduling, the insurance verification, the billing, and most importantly, the complete lack of communication when something goes wrong. If everything goes perfectly, maybe you will get through your visit without issue. But if anything goes wrong, you should fully expect to be ignored and left to deal with the consequences on your own.
