They have 2 locations, one in north copper and one on south copper. Same doctors just 2 locations. I came to this location to see my GYN since her north office was booked a month ahead. This office is located on the second floor above the asian restaurant in the corner. You kinda have to go towards the back of the building to go into the doors but you can park anywhere there is parking. Once you park you will see signs, pass the doors there are some stairs you can take or use the elevator. Once you get to the second floor the office is located to the left of the stairs/elevator. Once inside is pretty basic waiting room, chairs, magazines etc. The front desk staff both times I went were nice and made me feel welcome. Once they called me they bring me back and take my height and weight. The patient rooms are simple, you got your bed, the sink, the cabinets with all the special equipment etc. There is a TV playing a slide show with all the doctors in the practice and a bio next to their picture, it gives also gives the hours of operations, relays announcements etc. There is a half way with a chair on the other side so you can undress with some privacy and if you bring someone with you to the appointment they can sit in that chair by brining it over. I recently switched to a provider in this office and it is a different experience compared to the previous provider I was with in another city. So far my experience coming here has been positive and I hope it continues to be that way.

I've been coming here since last year for women's wellness services and love Dr. Kuriakose. She is super personable and such a friendly face to see. Sometimes the front desk person isn't always the most welcoming, but overall I've always had a great experience with their nurses and doctors.

I transferred out of this OB office in January 2026, and I am still trying to resolve a billing…read moreissue more than five months later. When I was a patient, the office collected a $1,500 deposit and explained that they would file claims with my insurance and refund any remaining balance after the claims were processed. Since March, I have repeatedly followed up regarding the status of my refund and insurance claims. Each time I contacted the office, I was told that the insurance claims had been denied. However, after speaking with my insurance company multiple times, I was informed that they either had no record of the claim or that the claim had been withdrawn by the provider. My insurance company advised me to submit the claim myself and requested an itemized bill. Despite numerous requests and even providing screenshots showing exactly what my insurance company needed, the office repeatedly refused to provide an itemized bill and would only send a total balance statement. Without an itemized bill, I am unable to submit the claim myself for reimbursement. When I spoke with Nora in the billing department, she told me that I could not file with my insurance because the office's claim was still pending. I explained that I had already spoken with my insurance company multiple times and was told that they either had no record of the claim or that the claim had been withdrawn. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was simply told that they do not provide itemized bills. During that same conversation, Nora mentioned that the claims are handled by their corporate office, not the local office. This raised even more concerns because no one seemed able to provide a clear answer regarding the status of my claim or when it would be resolved. What was especially frustrating was that when I asked how much longer I should expect to wait after more than five months of delays, Nora's response was simply, "Keep calling." After months of following up, receiving conflicting information, and still not having access to the documentation I need, that response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Another major issue is that the billing department is nearly impossible to reach. They rarely answer their phone, and the only way I have been able to communicate with them is when they decide to call me back. At this point, I feel like my $1,500 deposit is being held hostage. More than five months have passed, and I still do not have a refund, a completed insurance claim, or the itemized billing documentation needed to pursue reimbursement myself. Owner, please do better. Patients deserve transparency, timely communication, and access to their own billing records. All I am asking for is one of two things: 1. Refund my $1,500 deposit and bill me appropriately after insurance is processed, or 2. Provide the itemized billing documentation my insurance company has requested so I can file for reimbursement myself. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that future patients obtain written documentation regarding deposits, insurance filing procedures, and refund policies before paying large amounts upfront.

No doctor should not be judgmental unless there's a bad condition to push the patient to be better with their health, but this was not the case at the moment. The professional work was not there with the help I need and guidance. I wouldn't not recommend her to new patients while she performances no positive energy and lack of empathy.

The office manager Tami was forcing a problem appointment in which would not be covered by my insurance. I told her several times I'm not sure if there is a problem and I would like an annual check up instead( since that would be covered by my insurance). She then was telling me I would have to reschedule because my appointment was for a problem appointment. I explained to her I drove an hour from Plano and if I could be seen that day. After going back and forth with me, trying to get $140 for the visit. She finally allowed me to get an annual check up. She told me if I did have a problem related to my IUD I would have to pay for the visit. I told her I would be ok with that. She made me feel like a liar and that I'm just trying to avoid the visit fee my insurance wouldn't cover. After I was seen everything was normal. Dr. Pickles nurse prescribed me a antibiotic due to a minor bacteria I had. Her nurse did not mention the bacteria. I asked her a question and she said it was minor and prescribed me antibiotic. Which resulted in Tami being able to make my whole appointment a "problem appointment" and charged me $140. She was aggressive and loud she embarrassed me in front of other patients. She would clearly talk about my situation and visit with other staff members in front of me. I just felt humiliated. I was not informed that Dr. Pickles nurse prescribing me medication (antibiotic) would cause me to get charged. I suggest anyone looking for a friendly doctors office staff to stay away from the Mansfield office. Tami was finally able to pin me for what she wanted. Even though she was wrong about me having a problem with my iud. I should have never asked the nurse a question to get prescribed antibiotic and get charged. I spoke with Cassandra from the omega billing department and she kept giving me wrong medical information and was being rude, unhelpful and even raised her voice on me. She was not sincere about Tami falsely noting I wanted a sonogram due to extreme IUD pain. This whole situation has been extremely crazy. I've never experienced this before. I'm not a rude person nor would I lie. Tami told me if there is a problem with my IUd I would be charged even though I was going for an annual. I would be more than willing to pay the 140 if my iud had an issue but I asked the nurse a question. I've been pushed with incorrect information and have been mistreated by that office. It hurts me because I'm not able to do much but write this review. I hope this gives you an idea on how this office is managed.
