Overall a great experience I got thai from the food all ordered from the app for pick up. I got three items a beef curry a green curry with shrimp and papaya salad The red beef curry was the best item it had a great flavor rich and savory with tender slices of beef. It has a vegetables and peanuts adding great texture. The green curry tasted great nice and spicy with rich coconut milk and vegetables adding great texture. The shrimp tasted pretty bland unfortunately and I would only get this dish with tofu or chicken in the future. The papaya salad was a big disappointment it's one of my favorite dishes. Overall it was very bland there was little seasoning to it. It needed chili to balance out the sweetness. I wouldn't order this again.

Really darn tasty! Food- I got marcus Samelson wings and fries combo. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned the fries as well. A friend got the tenders and those were nice too. Concept-Love the eclectic chefs and different types of food. There was pizza, sushi, Thai, wings, sandwiches, poke bowls, salads, tacos, noodles, bbq and so much more. Well seasoned, good portion sizes and awesome that you can order dumplings and brisket in the same order from different spots !!! Ordering- the app is easy to navigate and love all the offerings and different restaurants participating. Delivery- I placed my order in the app and within an hour a man on a scooter had my food at the entrance of my office. Pretty seamless process and the app communicated well throughout the process similar to uber eats. I had many friends order and all reported that the quality of the food is unexpected and delicious. It seems like the new store is still working on the delivery during busy times but excited for this new food option near u street.

Barbacoa bowl next to my tiny hands for portion. Half the size of chiptole.

Update: tried again at the wing place here. I was served frozen chicken. As I type this they have been in my oven cooking for 10 minutes and are still not at temperature. Besides the god awful food this place is a health hazard 1- lime salt: Got lime salt during a soft opening event. It took over an hour and a half to get food (was supposed to be 25-30 min). The portions are insanely small (about half the size of a chiptole bowl). Flavor was ok, I'd give 3 stars for flavor but I'd never go here over chiptole. 2- tejal bbq. Got the BBQ sandwich. It was insanely small and so tough it wasn't edible. I ended up throwing it out. Thankfully I just had used promotional credit for that from the opening. 3. My husband during the opening got streetbird. That again was absolutely horrible and we threw that away as well. It tasted like old heated up chicken. Only thing mildly ok from that order was the slaw on the side. 4. Sripraphai - Thai food. We got the pineapple fried rice with chicken. Meat tasted old and kind of bad? We eat around it since the rice and pineapple parts of the dish were ok. Overall I would stay away from this place. Everything seems to be reheated/frozen and horrible quality along with small portions.

Discovered this place on TikTok, ordered online with their $15 off code, my food and my roommate's food were ready after about 16 minutes! Inside is spacious with 4 tables and window counter seating, 12 seats total. Another friend we were with ordered 2 minutes after us and waited over an hour for their food before cancelling their order. Customer service gave them a refund plus $15 credit, but they're not sure they'll be back. The food itself was alright; to be fair, mine said it was ready at 12:16 PM and I picked it up about 10 minutes after that so maybe it's much better fresh. They gave me 1/3 ranch cups.

I think the three stars is exactly what this is. I've tried it twice now and everything has been meh. You're not getting fresh food, so don't expect that. My sesame beef was very chewy while my egg rolls were pretty good. I also tried the Greek food which was fresh but every expensive what it is. Cool concept, but that's about it.

    Royal Greens Bowl

I built my own Royal Greens bowl for a pickup order from here and loved it! It's a food hall concept that has a lot of different "restaurants." Sort of like a ghost kitchen concept in that they share some ingredients and labor for the different food styles. I like the variety that they offer and would come back to try more! I loved my bowl from Royal Greens and enjoyed all the vegetable options that they offer and the flavor of their soy marinated tofu.

Basil fried rice with tofu slapped. Honestly the best fried rice I've ever had. They cooked quicker than I expected. Seating inside was nice. An employee confirmed my name before handing me the pickup order, which I appreciated. Wish their delivery radius was wider.

10 pieces of salmon and three shrimp. Very scant protein portions for a poke bowl, in my judgment. Very disappointing.
    J. --or Call Me Bolanle O.

HANU POKÉ review I haven't eaten the bowl of poke yet. I'm already the most disappointed I've ever been at the side of a poke bowl. There are approximately 10 pieces of medium small cubed salmon and three shrimp in my salmon shrimp poke bowl. At this point, it's just a salad with some generous meat garnishing. I'm not sure why the portion of me is so small. This is very strange and I definitely feel cheated. I don't think I'll ever get poke from here again unless after I taste it it's just the most amazing thing ever. See pictures for reference. Okay, so I have to add one star for a total of three stars to be fair, because I'm eating the bowl now and it is quite delicious. But I believe there is still no excuse for having such alittle portion poke in a poke bowl! I'm rationing. This really should be fixed; there's potential for a perfect bowl here.

I have to say, my husband and I are VERY pleased and have gone past our one week "trial run" and are now entering our third week. First, I feel like I spend wayyyy more money than this at Whole Foods every week, and only get a few meals out of it. Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too. Sometimes for lunch we will even split a container in half and be fine (and we get more meals out of it!)

Food taste: In other weeks, I've had to add my own sauces. I always order the deluxe portion for 20% more food because the regular size is too small for me. I cook and add more veggies because most prepared foods don't give me enough. The only thing I needed to add to these last meals were a pinch of salt, but this makes sense because the food is made for all types of people. Delivery: I love the fact that the food is delivered to my doorstep. They deliver on Sundays and seem to be providing service every other week now. There are 4 options available but you can adjust how many servings you want of each meal. Service: No issues and I get a prompt response each time.

I've been to one of Guy's chop houses before but haven't experienced true Flavortown, the menu looked like the epitome of Guy in food form lol! I ordered the Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger, fries, and fried pickles. It's always kind of iffy ordering fried foods for delivery because you're not quite sure how they'll hold up by the time they get to you so I was very happy both the fries and pickles were still very crispy when they showed up! The fries were even the double fried type which are the freaking best! All of the items showed up in cute little Guy Fieri boxes which I'm sure helped in the food keeping its integrity by the time it got to me. The ranch that came with the pickles was very good too and packed a punch! The burger was great as well and not super overwhelming which can happen with some of those off the wall burgers. It was a decent amount of mac n cheese on top but not to the point where it was spewing all over the place. The bun was nicely buttered too! Overall, this meal is exactly what I would expect from Guy - fun, funky, and approachable. If you're looking for some comfort bar food, this is definitely the place to try!

Advertised as an award-winning burger, the Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger looks like money. Flavortown Kitchen is only available by delivery and it came in a cool, vibrant, cardboard packaging to reflect Guy's tv personality. Turned on the tv to watch Guy's Grocery Games while I dive into my burger and I'm instantly in Flavortown! The burger is delicious! It is packed with yummy goodness. The burger patty is perfectly seasoned and paired with al dente mac n cheese and crispy onions. Everything you'd want in between two burger buns is here. The butter brioche was my favorite- light and pillowy but hearty enough to hold in all the burger goodness. This is guilty pleasure, indeed. I can't tell what the donkey sauce was- all I can decipher was mayo. All in all- I'm digging this burger.

To start, I reached out to Chef Bernard based on the Yelp reviews to see if he could prepare a romantic dinner for my husband and I on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015. He was available and agreed to serve us. From the start, he was very professional and communicated well. He sent me sample menus with options galore. If there was something on the menu that I wanted mixed up a little, he had no objections. My husband is a very 'simple' eater so I wanted to know if the Chef could also prepare something 'simple' like Potato Au Gratin. Whew....he did and it was sooooooo good! He arrived at our home in what I call his mobile kitchen (because he had everything in it that one could imagine), introduced himself to us and got down to business. We had a few small plate items, entree and dessert. He talked to us while he prepared the meals and it simply felt like he was a friend. It did not feel weird or awkward having him in our kitchen at all. It was great! He gave us tips on cooking at he prepared meals and spoke to us more about who he was (in and out of the kitchen). Some of the items we enjoyed were: 1. Pork chimichangas 2. Cajun eggrolls 3. Peking duck rolls 4. Filet (cooked to order) 5. Potato au gratin 6. Broccoli w/cheese 7. Cheese blintzes wi/ a strawberry wine sauce 8. Crab cakes Everything was perfect! He served us well and we could not have asked for a better experience. We are looking forward to more dinner parties with him in our home. If you are looking for a chef to help you make a memorable event, Chef Bernard is your answer. There's also a menu of Thai items, including curry and noodles. I'll have to try that next time. Perhaps that is why their chopsticks are so big and not the delicate Japanese kind.
