Once I found my specific esthetician, she became the sole reason I continued to stay a customer. I have been on a consistent schedule with her for a long time and know exactly which dates she is available and what hours she works. I'm not sure what has happened with EWC over the last two months, but none of the esthetician schedules make sense anymore. They seem to be working completely different days and hours every single week, and there doesn't even appear to be a consistent pattern. Someone may work an entire shift twice one week, four times the next week, and then maybe only once the following week. I'm someone who likes to book my appointments three months in advance with a specific esthetician because I do not work a regular Monday through Friday schedule. I need to plan ahead, and I have always been able to do that with EWC. Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to consistently book with the same person because their schedules are constantly changing. EWC, whatever this new scheduling change is, it's not working. If the scheduling doesn't change soon, I will likely be leaving once I use the remainder of my passes because I can no longer reliably book my services with the esthetician I prefer. I really don't think this is a smart business move. I understand that schedules and staffing need to change, but completely removing consistency makes it very difficult for loyal customers to continue coming back. I think you will likely lose far more clientele than just myself if this continues. Once again, all of the estheticians are wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of the quality of their work or the care they provide. My concern is specifically with the inconsistency in how staff are being scheduled each week. The previous scheduling structure made it easy for loyal customers to plan ahead and stay with their preferred esthetician, and that consistency seems to have been completely lost. I went to this nail salon hoping for a cute and clean manicure design based on a photo I showed the nail tech. While I wasn't expecting it to be an exact replica, I did hope for a similar look with attention to detail. Unfortunately, the result was not as expected. The nail technician I had seemed dismissive when I pointed out the details that weren't quite right, and she reassured me, "no one will notice", which didn't make me feel confident in the quality of the service. Since I wasn't satisfied, I returned 20 minutes later for them to fix four of my nails. What frustrated me even more was that the nail tech didn't take ownership of not being able to complete the design correctly the first time. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, her and other staff members claimed my nails were "too small" for the design to work, which made me feel like they were trying to place the blame on me. After the fix, I did appreciate that they offered stickers to make the design look better, but my no-chip manicure started chipping within 3 days. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager explained that it wasn't possible due to their policy, but offered to redo my nails for free on the same day or the next day, which I declined. While I appreciate their willingness to fix the issue, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service and attention to detail didn't meet my expectations, and I likely won't be returning. read more

I wanted to like this place. The first time I cam in was for a manicure. She told me it would be a 5 minute wait, which eventually turned into 45 minutes. The really push for no chips here. I think every single employee asked me why I wasn't getting a no chip. The woman doing my nails did a decent job. It definitely could have used a few more coats, but I had waited so long and I was ready to get out of there. I reluctantly came back. I was grocery shopping nearby and it was most convenient. This time I got a pedicure and a no chip, and both experiences were awful. During the pedicure, she used something similar to a Ped Egg, which was fine. What was not okay was when she cleaned it out in the tub that me feet were still soaking in, releasing all the dead skin into the water. So gross!! I should have left after that but I stayed for the no chip. I went to stick my hands into the boxes where the UV lights are, only to feel crumbs, dust, and something sticky. It was disgusting. I don't understand why they wouldn't take a few minutes to wipe those down daily. You can tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. read more

The owner Jessica and her employee Lilly are extremely rude and yell at you infront of customers. The service is TERRIBLE. Their CHEAP WATERED POLISH is watered down with acetone and chips after 2 to 3 days. The wait is at least to 2 to 3 hours long! They had a lady soaking her feet for over an hour for a pedicure, so she eventually got frustrated and walked right out while yelling at them. Worst Dip Nail EVER! I have had this done several times before and never had I had to ask them to fix so many things. He first off spilled some of the dip powder and right in front of scraped it back into the container from the table, that had my nail clippings all over it. Then I had asked for pointy and he did them round. The dip was so uneven and all over my cuticles that when I said something, he said he was going to soak it off and do it again. WHATTT?? After I was there for 2 hours already? His manager finally came over and fixed them as much as she could. They charged me full price after being there 2 1/2 hours, bleeding cuticles, and dip all stuck under my nails. Do not go there. Although this place gives off a spa feel when you first walk in through the door, don't get excited because that's about as much spa treatment that you will get out of it. The owner and her workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I noticed that THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS. This is really disgusting and unsanitary. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Extremely Rude customer service from the owner and staff. I was very disappointed. I had a mani and pedi, which was completely rushed and wasn't thorough. Horrible service!!! They are the rudest people i have ever encountered on my life. I went in to get an SNS manicure and received one from a lady who has no idea what she was doing. I paid $51.00 for a job that was horrible. My nails were chipping within 2 days and called to see if i can get them to be redone and the lady said i can come in at 10 am the next day. i go in and they don't have an appointment for me, so i had to wait an hour just to get seated. i got seated and was told that i would have to be charged again because that was their policy. i was in disbelief that they said that to me. it was the worse experience in my life. Jenny is who does my nails and she does them beautifully and she always remembers the style I love. I use the SNS dip and it's helped me get long and strong nails. I also got the hot stone pedicure, I enjoyed the leg massage it came with. There were a couple of times where I just melted into the massage chair. Honestly I'm definitely coming back again.

If you're reading this and haven't gone yet--please DONT…read more I rarely write reviews, but after giving this salon multiple chances over the course of more than a year, I feel obligated to warn others. I have tried every single person in this salon for both manicures and pedicures, and unfortunately the quality is consistently poor. At best, the work is careless; at worst, it has caused real damage to my nails. Over time, my nails went from healthy to severely thinned, brittle, and painful. Improper filing, aggressive cutting, and poor technique caused ingrown nails and hangnails, and my nails were left so thin they were essentially paper-like. I now have to "retrain" my nails to grow straight again because of how badly they were cut and filed. The owner is rude and dismissive. On one occasion, he actually criticized the condition of my nails--nails he himself had done two weeks earlier. Most recently, after a particularly bad service in January, the damage became painful. When I returned for help, I was told I should have come in sooner--even though I work full-time and the salon closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays. When I did come back due to pain, they clipped off my no-chip polish on my toes, attempted to fix the issue, failed, and then simply painted over it instead of redoing the work properly. A week later, I returned again to have everything removed. I strongly advise not allowing the older gentleman to work on your hands or feet. His filing was so aggressive that another nail technician immediately pointed out the damage. You could clearly see where my nails had been unevenly and incorrectly cut. The photos show the difference: the "before" nails are thin, white, and damaged; the "after" shows what healthy nails look like when done properly by a competent professional. Despite explaining that my nails were painful and damaged due to their service, the owner still charged me $45 just to remove the product. I take responsibility for continuing to go back longer than I should have--it was close to my home and I kept hoping it would improve. I regret that decision deeply. My nails are now so weak and brittle that it will likely take 4-6 months before I can even paint them again. If you care about nail health, cleanliness, or proper technique, do not go to this salon!! Please learn from my experience and save yourself the pain, damage, and money.

This is probably the worst overall nail product. I've been left with from a salon appointment. The nails are textured and peeling three of them have already peeled off. When I paint my nails at home, I can usually keep the polish on for about two weeks and this hasn't made it three days. The workers were very nice, and overall the salon was relatively clean, but I will not be returning. When the bottle of white that I chose was starting to run a little dry, a different white was substituted for one nail and, to me, the difference is stark. Overall, the service took about two hours which surprised me because with a basic mani pedi typically you're out much quicker than that. The technician started over on my nails multiple times, completely removing all polish, to try again, which was odd to me. From the pictures you can see that the final product I was left with was very bubbly and uneven. I paid $60 in total and the value was very much not worth it.

I raised concerns during the appointment and asked for fixes multiple times. At a certain point, it's not on the client to keep repeating themselves--the technician should take responsibility. She was also watching a show during the service, which didn't help. Saying I confirmed satisfaction at the end ignores that I was being polite after already voicing frustration as I didn't ask for a discount or anything. I spoke to the front desk because nothing was actually addressed the front desk because of the unpleasant experience I had. Then dissatisfaction with my actual nails. Which is shat anyone would do. Also I didn't trust the hygiene after I used the bathroom causing me to find a reason to cancel my pedi. You shouldn't defend these nails. Please be for real. These are absolutely undeniably trash.

My nails were bridal nails inspired: chrome with French tip and pearls. The price was pretty hefty for just no chip but i did have a lot of designs (~$85 + tip). I took off one star because the communication is mid. Before I was able to set my appointment through their website and they HONORED that appointment. Now, you have to personal dm the Instagram account. My experience I had an original appointment at 9am and the owner said she would send me a link to confirm. Night before I didn't receive anything so I followed up. Originally they wanted me to come in at noon which I couldn't do. Luckily they fit me in for 10am. So keep that in mind! You NEED verbal confirmation and may need to FOLLOW UP day before/of. Also I inquired about bridal party nails but was left on read so not sure ‍ Other than that, the vibe was very clean. They now have skin care services and lashes which they didn't two years ago!

Sarah was my tech; she cleaned up my grown out no chip like a pro. I wanted them to look natural and very clean. Mind blown! Best no chip I have ever had in my life! Thank-you Sarah!!!
