Went to Wonder in Westbury for the first time. It shares a huge parking lot with multiple stores and I was a little scared I wouldn't get parking. Drove across the parking lot and there was a lot of parking in front of Wonder. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a worker who was very friendly. He asked my name and asked me about my order. I told him I was early. My order wasn't ready yet. I sat down. Another customer came in and he was equally as attentive and friendly. Love the customer service Establishment itself was very clean. There is some seating in case people wanted to sit and eat as well. I definitely went big back and got two chicken sandwiches, french fries, coleslaw and onion rings. Don't judge me The chicken sandwich was good. Seasoned well and the condiments helped a lot and I had swiss cheese on top. No idea why I always get Swiss because I can never taste it. But that has nothing to do it the store Came with a pickle tomato, lettuce and sauce. Because I don't live as close to this particular Wonder, my fries and onion rings were cold by the time I got home. I can't give them a fair assessment because of the temperature. Not the fault of the store it's because I live a good distance and did a couple of stops before getting home. However I will say they were seasoned well and the onion rings have kind of a sweetness to them Overall a good pick. The customer service goes a long way. read more

My son & his friend always comes here for lunch. There is zero human interaction, you order on the kiosk, wait awhile for your food & choose if you want to eat it there or take it to go. Fyi, limited seating- only seats 4. He said the food is decent and he loves that you can order multiple restaurants at once. There's 24 restaurant options at this location- his favorite is Bobby Flay Steak- the 16 oz ribeye, creamed spinach or mushroom & truffle mashed potatoes are his go-tos, and he also likes the wings from Wing Trip & Thai food from SriPraPhai. He got me takeout a few times- I've tried the spinach & mashed potatoes- they were pretty good, the steak was flavorful & juicy, the poke bowl from Hanu Poke was okay and the meat lovers pizza from Detroit Brick Pizza Co. was my fave. I didn't really like the burger from Fred's Meat & Bread and the Chinese food from Kin House was mediocre. Will not deny that this place is quite pricey depending on what you get but for the most part, it's worth it for the conveniency & cool concept experience. read more

Not going to say much about the food but if anyone is "wondering" about Wonder, it's a glorified ghost kitchen with 6 or more menus of "restaurants" I'm not even sure exists. But the chefs do exist and I had their Detroit style pizza. Taste was great , weak on the execution and at the end of the day it's food, not fine dining. The staff is great , hospitable and friendly,and the setting is a generic fast casual seating restaurant but gotta say , clean and spotless. I have not tried the other menus... maybe in my lifetime I'll get up to 2 menus here, barely. But it's a great concept, and if I was one of the venture capital investors , of course I'd give my own business 5 stars. You can tell the quality of the food is definitely more elevated than fast food but call me old school, I'll patronize my usual single menu restaurants. To each their own. read more

I think it's a great concept for quality take out food. There were so many vendors that you could choose from. I definitely recommend choosing from the option of "made in wonder" cause it's cooked on premises. It was super easy to order from the website. You can also order in store via the tablet station. And you can sit in to eat, there are limited tables though. They do have a complimentary water station too. The place is very clean cut and simple. Not fussy at all. I've eaten from Wonder a few times at different locations. I like the concept, and the fact that my family can order from different restaurants all on the same order. I think for what they are, the quality of the food is pretty good. It's not going to be the same as sitting down at one of the restaurants offered on their menu, but I've enjoyed the items I've tried so far. My go to has been the Build Your Own Bowl from YASAS. It's really tasty and filled with fresh ingredients. Honestly, something I could eat every day. The service there is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and they get your orders out quick. There's also seating inside. You order through the app or kisok, but you can sit and eat in if you want. read more

I am actually pleasantly surprised at this place. It's a great idea and not bad for what it is and you need to go in knowing what it is. They don't cook your food from scratch here. From what I understand, different restaurants/chains send in par cooked food and Wonder just heats up the rest at time of order. Because everything is sent frozen/half cooked, you can't expect restaurant quality food here and that also means not everything is going to taste the same as the original. The Detroit pizza we had was mostly bread and salty. The poke bowl was a very generous size and something I would order again. The Philly cheese steak didn't taste like an authentic cheese steak but still, was decent for what it is. Wonder isn't a place I would go for a date but when I want to eat a poke bowl, and my husband wants to eat something else, and my kid doesn't like raw fish, this is a great compromise for all of us without stopping at 3 different places. I had such an amazing experience at Wonder Pickup Order! Paul and Jenna were so friendly, professional, and kind -- they treated us with respect and made my kids smile the whole time. I ordered a Pastrami sandwich from Ben's through Wonder. They said they couldn't do that, but they would give me a pastrami sandwich from Texas BBQ and they showed me a beautiful picture with a sandwich full of pastrami meat. This location of Wonder opened in late September 2025 and seems to have problems in their kitchen preparation. A cheesesteak (from Fred's Meat) had a piece of plastic still attached to the protein inside the sandwich. Meatballs (from Alanza Italian) were ice cold. The chain provides variety with many different celebrity driven cuisines, but the food quality and prep is underwhelming.
