Glad this place opened up to replace the old pizzeria that was always here. Good selection, didn't try much but their plain slice was good.

Freshly made chicken roll had lots of chicken and cheese and was cooked just right! Delish!

This is Greenvale's newest Pizza place! It's located on Glen Cove Rd in a small strip mall just north of Northern Blvd on the east (right hand side heading north) side. There's plenty of parking in the rear of the restaurant. I ate here for the first time on Saturday (6/24/23) having a chicken roll. They didn't have any pre-made so they graciously made one fresh for me. It took just a few minutes and was cheesy and delish and reasonably priced at $8.00. The place is owned by two brothers that previously owned Attilio's Pizzeria in Roslyn Heights (now permanently closed). They told me that they opened Pacific Street Pizza Co. on Thursday (6/22/23). They have a brand new outdoor patio with tables and chairs in the back of the restaurant, near the parking lot. As expected, their menu offers many types and varieties of pizzas well as chicken dishes, platters and salads. Their Sunday Gravy (Ragu of meatballs, sausage, Italian pulled pork, choice of macaroni topped with whipped ricotta) at $22 looks like it may be the next thing I try. I wish Pacific Street Pizza Co. much success and encourage others to try it and share their experience.

Attilios is back baby! I couldn't be happier, and now at a more convenient location with ample parking in the rear. I've always been a fan of their grandma and grandpa pie but wanted to try their new creations. All were excellent. Crispy crust, tasty sauce and great cheese. Staff was friendly as usual. Highly highly recommended.

I should have read the reviews better before going. It's my first time in Long Island and I hear they have some really good pizza here, and decided to try this place since it's so close. Well this place - is NOT one of them. Had to be one of the most flavorLESS pizza places I've eaten at since moving to this part of the county. Pizza definitely looks better than it tastes. Plus how can you serve "garlic knots" when they have absolutely NO garlic taste to them at all? I ate enough to not be hungry anymore but the rest was trashed. Couldn't even finish my slice

Excellent light crust pizza. It might be new but it has that old world charm together with pictures from times gone by. Great tasting sauce.

I was out on the Island running some errands when I suddenly felt a hunger. Since it was lunch…read moretime, I looked around and noticed Barefoot Peddler was steps away; it looked decent enough at first glance, so I headed in. BP is very much a no frills spot. We stayed in the bar area as that takes up the majority of the interior; there are, however, some booths and a separate room with tables. Decor was simple - typical bar/pub aesthetics. It wasn't busy at all when we arrived so we had our choice of seats which was nice. The menu was more extensive than I expected. There's a selection of apps, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, soups, fajitas, and burgers - with several sections having a "make your own" option. I decided to go with a sandwich - specifically, the chicken pesto was speaking to me. This was grilled chicken with mozz, pesto sauce, and roasted red peppers on a roll. The sandwich was good - flavorful with all the components marrying well together. The bread was also soft enough that it broke through my bites; I was concerned being a hard roll that it would be too tough, but the consistency was perfect. I opted for tots instead of fries on the side which were good as well. Service was good - our server was friendly and food came out at a good pace. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the Barefoot Peddler. The food was tasty, and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm in the area again.

We sat at a round table near the bar, which gave us a little privacy and allowed us to be a little loud which no one seemed to mind since everyone at this restaurant was having a great time. The bar was packed and the energy was awesome. We all loved our food and the service. I can't remember our servers' name, but she was amazing! We never had to wait for anything and she was also a lot of fun. This is a great place to go if you want a fun, relaxed place with great food. The bartender is also awesome. He's funny, attentive and you can tell he really enjoys hanging out with the people he is serving. We will definitely be back!

To celebrate Valentine's Day, my wife and I enjoyed a $38 three-course prix fixe lunch. Although…read morethe public parking lot was full, we managed to find a spot for $2 for two hours. The restaurant, Gatsby's Landing, draws its name from the romantic nostalgia of The Great Gatsby. Situated near the Long Island Sound and Roslyn Pond, the setting offered a beautiful waterfront ambiance. My wife opted for the Baby Roasted Beets Salad, Salmon, and Crème Brûlée, while I chose the Lobster Bisque, Squid Ink Tonnarelli, and Tiramisu. The menu highlights their commitment to fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients - a promise they certainly delivered on. The dishes were both delicious and generously portioned. It was clear the kitchen doesn't skimp on quality; for instance, the lobster bisque was loaded with tender lobster meat, the squid ink tonnarelli featured an abundance of blue crab, and the salmon was a substantial, thick-cut fillet. The chef clearly possesses a mastery of technique, knowing exactly how to pair garnishes and balance flavors in perfect harmony. Furthermore, the waitstaff was both diligent and courteous. We can see why this establishment is so popular--the combination of exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and the serene lake views is hard to beat. However, there is one area for improvement: the restaurant should consider replacing their current chipped plates with larger, more elegant dinnerware. High-quality presentation would better reflect the dignity and caliber of the food they serve.

The place is quite spacious upon walking in - a bar area when you walk in, a larger dining area as you walk further in past the stairs, another bar and dining area upstairs, a private room upstairs, and an outdoor patio. For appetizer, I tried the crispy sushi and it was delicious! There are 4 pieces of different fish served on top of a crispy rice. My colleague got the burrata and it smelled/looked amazing as well! For entree, I got the burger which was perfectly cooked but did not have any seasoning so be sure to add some sauce of your liking. It did come with fries that were beautifully fried and seasoned. For dessert, I got the cookie sampler which came with 2 of 5 different cookies - chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, sugar, sesame, and chocolate. The cookies were fresh and they came out warm and soft. My favorites in this order are oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and chocolate. Everyone else got the cheesecake with whip cream or chocolate cake with Ice-Cream. The cake slices were pretty big and heavy. Very nice ambiance and our server was attentive/helpful! Will definitely be back to the more things on the menu.
